Efficient ferry operator to Batam. One can book tickets online and head for the ferry at Harbourfront. Be careful of weekend & public holiday rush hour as the lines can get really long

Very casual and average service by the staff. The lady at the counter was more interested to go back to surf her phone than handover tickets. While the main service may be ok, people at singapore counter are very disappointing in their interactions with customers.

good service. we collect our feri ticket from harbor front "batam fast" ticket counter. fast feri drive. it take about 35 minutes feri ride from harbour front to batam island.

Batam Fast is like cattle cargo, crowded with people bring back second hand stuff from Singapore ( which is not really legal) , always late, the stuff is great and friendly, but the management just sucks!! My advise use Majestic ferry operator , same price, depart 10 min after the BATAM SLOW and arrive at the same time, and please super FAST Batam put in place some reguation for the luggage if not soon we start to see kambing and ayam kampung running around!!! It was a great journey from Singapore Harbourfront to Batam Ferry Terminal, Indonesia. Its just one trip, and possible to book a ticket online from the company website. its affordable price and helpful staff. December 2015

Check-in counter is so far always smooth. Never find long queue (assumed bcs of its fast service). Sometimes it offers good deal for ticket for 1 week validity period.

This is a budget ferry to Batam (and back to Singapore). I booked online and the experience was okay. Other passengers can be annoying though if you are travelling alone and chanced upon a rowdy bunch or out of control kids. I still give this a four as I did not really experience major problems and most of the hiccups was not caused by their service nor their crew.

they have many schedules & many ferry terminal for departure and arrival make us easy to reach. but some ships are slightly old, net to renewal

The only.ferry operating to Nongsapura from Singapore. Their Boats looks old, but i hope safetywise they have am awesome approach in maintenance. Looking forward for more trips with Baramfast

Very convenient and pleasant experience. The ferry from harbourfront to batam center terminal took about 1 hour. I had booked my return ticket from Harbour bay terminal to Harbourfront terminal, but later wanted to return to Tanah Merah instead. I went to the batam fast ticket counter and they made the change immediately. This saved time for me to reach home sooner. The ferry was comfortable and sufficient for the ride to and fro from batam.

One of the worst Ferry service I have been on to Batam. Freezing cold on one way in and blistering heat on the way out. The a/c was so bad, the ferry was so noisy as the engines were breathing its last. Left the ferry with a massive headache, never recommending them anyone.
