Purchased a trial membership and visited here while I was travelling. Amazing trainers, classes, and facilities. I was glad to work out here as it was challenging to workout outside with the weather and construction that cut multiple park walking route. However, when I visited for a morning yoga class there was no info on how to check-in when there is no one at the reception. There were new people including myself. We wandered around and navigated ourselves. Thankfully we found the classroom on time. The building itself can be confusing to navigate yourself when there's no one guiding you for a visit. Arrive 30 min early if you are visiting for the first time in case the reception is practically closed.

Nice quiet cafe hidden inside this gym/club. Don’t expect much from the menu as it is suppose to be just a snack bar. The salmon sour dough was quite substantial for me and coffee not bad.

An incredibly inclusive fitness/health club unlike any in Singapore. Class sizes are relatively small and the coaches are remarkably patient, knowledgeable and supportive. If you are, like me, naturally averse to exercise or fitness, this is the place to be. It doesn’t throw you into the deep end and let you incrementally increase the intensity of your training. The music is varied and pretty awesome. The facilities are well kept and comfortable; the shampoo in the shower is amazing too. Also has an ice bath and sauna if you are into that.

Trapeze Rec Club has become my go-to hangout whenever I’m in the area! My favourite place to do yoga / get a massage & chill at the cafe. Great vibes and really friendly team.

Thanks to my Coach, Viviane who recommended TRC to me as I was looking for a gym with classes that are not fully packed & always rushing. Love how the committed trainers conducted the classes & functionality of the equipment used as well. Not forgetting the nice cosy cafe with superb coffee too! Have also recommended to some friends to try out TRC as well! 💪🏼

This gym uses effective training methodologies backed by world renowned coaches, housed in what is the most aesthetic gym you might ever train in. The amenities provided are top of the line (think Dyson hair dryers, fresh white fluffy towels, a thermal suite and cold plunge to aid recovery, AND an office space to "WFH" in). If you've read this far, you might think it's way over budget. But it's not. Prices are very reasonable. I'm enjoying achieving my fitness goals here and would recommend it to anyone

Been to their Yoga class (Playful balance) and Fitness class (Mobility and Strength), Teachers were nice and encouraging. Pace and difficulty was okay as well. I do not recommend beginners going to Playful balance as it can a little fast paced and requires some flexibility. Reflexology was a very interesting and relaxing experience to me. Worth a try 👍🏻 Aesthetically pleasing and instagrammable at every corner. Studios and shower rooms have a pleasant smell (no sweaty smell at all). Their cafe has really good açai and kombucha. Definitely signing up their package after finish my trial package 😉

Consistently helpful and responsive club crew via email, Benny and Ruhi . Even your WhatsApp support club crew are fantastic. All your club crew members made it a point to address us by our name even if it’s only a WhatsApp message. And I particularly love the recovery suite - the space is just splendidly spacious - equipped with private shower space and unlimited use of towels - oh did I mentioned the excellent quality of the shower amenities (Ashley right?). Top notch quality!

Great rec club and gym for people with general fitness goals, or very specific performance training goals. I have been working with Jarratt as my personal trainer for 6 months now and I'm constantly learning new movements and disciplines, while unlearning some bad workout habits from the past. The training sessions are always innovative, coaches know when to mix it up to keep things challenging and engaging. I've tried so many new techniques and tools - the club, mace, gymnastics, animal flow to name a few, on top of weight and endurance training. For the casual joiner, I highly recommend the Bodyweight, Mobility and Movement, or Strength classes. For those who already play a sport, or workout elsewhere, try the mobility and movement class to challenge your flexibility and range.

I booked to use the IR sauna via ClassPass. It’s my first time at Trapeze but I had little difficulty navigating the place. I find the vertical structure of the facility quite charming as each level has its specific purpose. I would also like to thank Timothy for showing me around the place! The sauna itself was quite enjoyable and I was pleasantly surprised that it’s a private pod. Will definitely return!

Holistic and mindful physical training that really helped me sort out my shoulder. My personal trainer assessed my mobility thoroughly and worked with me to help gain most of my mobility back - in just a month! There’s a kind, positive and engaging vibe with all the instructors here that really sets it apart from other fitness studios. The yoga instructors come from established studios and make helpful adjustments that improve your practice wherever you are in your journey. The service has also been impeccable all-round. I’m a return customer.

Facilities are very well maintained and clean. Shoes are not required so that's one less item to bring. Classes are kept pretty small (at least for the fitness classes I went to). The instructors I met are beginner friendly. Range of classes is a plus if you are looking at training on a variety of areas (mobility, strength, etc)

My stretch therapy session with Zul was amazing! Perfect for post-CrossFit / weight training recovery and mobility (and was relaxing like a massage). I also enjoyed a Green Glow smoothie at Canteen (TRC's cafe) after my stretch therapy session ... Very yummy :)

For me, the main thing that comes highly recommended after having tried a few classes at Trapeze is the consistency of instruction by the instructors here. Garie (Gi, nogi, muaythai) in particular is skilful at differentiating his instructions to learners of different levels and I appreciate that he made it a point to make sure each of us picked up the same skill at a level that adequately challenged us. His lesson is properly structured and easy for beginners to understand. Tiffany is patient with answering questions and always makes it a point to include time for me to recap what I have learnt in previous sessions to make the learning stick. Royston is meticulous in his feedback and coaching of MUAY Thai techniques. He doesn't allow us to cut corners but at the same time is generous with his encouragement when he sees even the tiniest bit of progress. Osz gives good details at bite-sized level so that we are able to understand each concept fully before moving on to the next. He is also generous with his encouragement so his classes are filled with good vibes.

All your fitness and wellness needs under one roof! Yoga classes, strength & movement classes, a cafe (if you need a shake or a meal) and even a thermal suite with an ice bath & sauna for your recovery and more! Training with Jarratt has helped my fitness tremendously, he's always able to help me work around my injuries and has also helped me a lot on injury prevention. I've had a few massage appointments with Koon Hai and he's knowledgeable and very experienced in his craft! All the staffs at TRC are always super friendly and the service is always great! Good vibes!

Tried the massage here with Kun Hai and Cheryl. They are one of the nicest, sincere masseurs I ever met. Their massage hits the right point and was so soothing and reliving. They take their time to truly understand your aching point and it was therapeutic. Also, all the staffs at Trapeze was so friendly and welcoming. Also, hands down the nicest massage place interior ever. cannot wait to be back <3

The first true wellness club in Singapore! It is very well executed. Every detail is beautiful. Love spending weekend afternoon here with my girl friends! The membership (super reasonable) comes with free sauna/cold plunge! And the cafe is very chill, esp outdoor area!

Koon Hai’s reflexology sessions are in general top-notch but a must-try is the bio electric meridian therapy - it was an interesting sensation but worked wonders in relaxing and loosening the knots in my body. I left feeling refreshed and definitely with better posture! Apart from the reflexology, Trapeze Rec Club has very quickly become my happy place. The yoga and fitness spaces are perfect, and the smaller class sizes allow instructors to ensure that you’re always doing the right thing for your body. The cafe serves amazing coffee and simple but nutritious, nourishing and absolutely delicious food. Most importantly, everyone there always has a smile on their face!

lovely menu at the canteen (the spicy dan dan was life-changing), and super cozy to hang at. there used to be a super lovely massage therapist named Cheryl! I almost don't want this spot to be famous b/c it's just nice now - place is super chill and relaxed. would love to try the bar menu next time!
