Bad service they dont care about their patients. My dad was in a room supposed to be private, no AC for 2 days we always complained about it and the answer was we will fix it and no one fix it and the temperature was about 33 deg with a patient having a cardiovascular problems inside the roo can you imagine? Beside that their was a heavy water leaking inside the bathroom, and no one tried to fix it.

This is not a hospital. They are thieves. An operation for broken leg and hand costs us 34000 $. I don't recommend it to anybody. You will have a heart attack and blood pressure after your visit this hospital.

Great hospital with great medical staff, I would have definitely given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the extremely unprofessional security and parking staff who are stationed outside the entrance, always asking for money for no reason, trying to sell services that no one asked for, I see other people have complained about it too in other reviews and the hospital hasn’t tried to fix the issue.

Worst service, worst cardio doctor, I doubt if even he is a doctor, the rudest nurses , no communication between the doctor and the nurses & the doctor and the patient. Shame on them.

This hospital is not even a 1 star ..be warned !! Rude staff!! Daughter was having mini seizures due to high temperature, and all they cared about was sorting out the paper work for there money. Do not go to this hospital !!! Charged 75 euros for a lateral flow test .. absaloutley disgusting behaviour. No empathy at all. Really ruined our holiday .. the public hospital was absolutely amazing !!!! And it was free .

you take appointment and you have 1 hour more to see your doctor, no communication between receptionist and doctor. leakage all over the hospital, ac system is bad and its hot inside hospital.

This hospital hires the most professional doctors in town and they are very specialized. Very professional staff, very clean and pasiante health and comfort are their top priority.

I had a procedure done here, the nurses that were assigned to my operation were an absolute delight, they were really accomodating even though I’m not from the country and 100% with the language they spoke perfect English which made my experience a breeze. Thank you!

One of the resident nurses, Christianne Arbache is extremely rude and supports Jnoud El-Rab, an extremist terrorist organization that is threatening the lives of Lebanese citizens. DO NOT SUPPORT this clinic nor those who work there as they are apparently intolerant, ignorant, and extremists.
