My first impression of Melanie is a lady with spirit. Very professional and clearly knows her trade. She gave tips about using color on the nails, about shape, but did not give me the feeling that I could not choose for myself. Her self-assurance gave me confidence. I have been a biter for years and I am afraid that I will walk out with very thick and fake nails. None of this. The nails look beautifully thin and natural and I just can't stop looking at them and grinning for a moment. Overjoyed that I can and can show my hands again.
