We ordered the plant based menu and it was a bit disappointing. The taste was good but the dishes were SO small that after having the 5 dishes each (5 dishes!) and paying a lot of money we left the restaurant being hungry. The staff was great and the place is beautiful. I just hope they can improve the plant based menu.

I wasn't expecting to find such a world class restaurant in Schagen. The service was excellent, the food was incredibly unique, almost experimental. We opted for the 6 course chefs selection and it did not disappoint!

Excellent service, made by a michelin worthy kitchenchef. Beautiful diches, which you will want to dig in! Keep up the good work!

Shared a lovely evening with the whole family. Delicious food, friendly staff. A recommendation, though a bit pricy and it took a long time between the courses. Perhaps due to the fact that all was freshly prepared, although I doubt the authenticity of the small sized BBQ, but it took us more than three hours for a 3 course meal. Still, if you want to enjoy a tasty meal in a good atmosphere it is definitely a go!

We ate an excellent dinner, with very good wine. The dishes were aesthetically beautiful and you could see the cookers took a lot of care. The waiters were really nice and careful about all our needs. Amazing!

Let me first stress that the food is excellent and deserves 5 stars. I had a lovely tasty fresh tartar of king fish complemented with a sesame nest, followed by a gorgeously cooked tournedos with pastinaak, fried gnocchi and tender chicory, completed with a lovely desert of blood orange filled biscuit topped by tender ice-cream. But 37 euro is a bit steep for lunch...

The experience was really good, The food was amazing Different flavors and chef options were great The service was good Only one thing to say, near the end of the evening our waitress took our last order option and then disappeared, after about 30 minutes dis another waiter come and ask if everything was ok. But besides that bit of confusion it was still a good night out

Everything was amazing except for the traditional Dutch bites. The bitterballen, gyozas and croquettes were very ordinary. If you are to come here, order everything else. It will not disappoint. The oysters, fish, liver and other small warm/cold plates were a great experience. The staff were very attentative. And the desserts (we went for the chocolates and cheese plate) were aligned with a fine dining experience.

Good place for a nice dinner. Nice wines, excellent food, nice service.

Super Restaurant. Here is my personal take: Ambient: bright but cosy room. Open kitchen is very nice. Open front has a nice view on the church. Food: Outstanding quality with excellent presentation. The kitchen was also able to adapt to some special requirements. Service: Very welcoming and super professional.
