This hotel is amazing! It is new and with very modern design, all in comic style. Beautiful l, comfortable and spacious rooms with many amenities. Breakfast is excellent, lots to choose from, great quality food. Location is good too, not too far from the centre and close to a busy street with restaurants and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff! Overall one of the best hotels in Europe.

Located in a very relaxed and quiet area compared to what you can find in the center. Helpful stuff and sparkling clean. Much better than expected. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

You can believe the hotel's description of its distinct features - it truly is a different kind of hotel, with all the practical details we could have wished for, and a bright, spunky décor with lots of cozy lounge spaces on the ground floor. We've never had such a good experience for such a good price; the 4-star hotels have nothing (much) over it and usually have down sides like charges for amenities. None here! I never write reviews, but this time I wanted to reward a truly exceptional hotel.

Gutes, sauberes!, freundliches, wohl gelegenes Stadthotel.

The rooms are clean and cheap. Unfortunately that's about all the good bits. Upon arrival they charge you €28 just in case you take something, with the promise to refund your card later if they want to. The rooms lack basic amenities. I experienced download speed of less than 2Mbit/s on the hotel WiFi. Air conditioning is blowing but not really cooling. The infantile design theme of the hotel is not enough to mask the fact that this enterprise is a tough-as-nails exercise in cost cutting and process simplification. It might make sense on a spreadsheet, but the result sparks as much joy as a mix of a corporate meeting and a gaudily painted prison door. It's no fun whatsoever, but it's simple and low-cost. Didn't like it a bit.

The most humanitarian hotel I've been in. And I've been in a lot of hotels in European capital cities. This hotel has EVERYTHING you need to feel safe and comfortable abroad. Hairdryer, free tea and coffee from coffee machine, fridge, microwave, etc. I loved this experience! And everything was so cheap - this hotel showed me that hotels CAN have it all withut any compromises <3 Of course hotel staff was so nice :) Thank you!

It is located at such a convenient place that you basically have everything within walking distance - restaurants, groceries, transports. The hotel itself offers free teas and coffees via a public coffee station. The room is spacious and reasonably priced. The staffs are highly professional and have provided perfect services during my short stay.

Very good and modern hotel, spacious rooms, ergonomic bathroom, comfy beds. A proper desk for the laptop would have been appreciated instead of the small round table but does the work. A bit of walking is needed but it is in a nice residential area. Also prices are OK in expensive Brussels. I would go back soon!

It was a great stay! They accepted an earlier check in as we had a small kid with us who was tired after the long journey (free of charge!),Clean and spacious room , reception is a nice place and the stuff is very polite. On each floor there is a coffee machine to get a coffee any time free of charge. The cinema in the hotel is a plus! It is located very close to trams and resto/bars very well connected to the city center. I would prefer though a small fridge in the room and the bar to be opened on Sundays too.

A really friendly atmosphere and good service! We had a large family room, with royal space for three persons. The bar was not open during the day for Covid reasons, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Very good breakfast. The downstairs lounge area is great for relaxing, working etc. We have stayed at this place many times, but always under its previous brand name. This concept is more relaxed, and can suit business and leisure travel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice, modern with great decorations. Staff are very polite and helpful. Private Parking for 20€ a day. Rooms are clean and the beds are honestly amazing. The pillows are very soft - a bit uncomfortable sometimes. The breakfast was the only disappointment and hence why 4*. It was not worth paying for it - please go somewhere else to have breakfast.

I had stayed in this hotel for nine night recently. As an Asian who has visited many nice hotels including five star ones before, I would like to say this is one of the most comfortable and satisfying hotels I’ve ever lived in! And also one of the hotel I have stayed for the longest time which is largely due to its coziness. It’s not in a luxurious type of decoration but very modern, warm and cozy, offering all things that one needs for a nice stay and with perfect cleanliness which is beyond my expectations. Even a little speaker provided for enjoying good music in the room which is a very considerate detail! Also, the spaciousness of the room really surprised me, which is very rare in Europe at this price at a good location near city center. The soundproof of the room was very good too! In terms of the staffs, they were all very friendly and tried to satisfy my needs as much as possible. The cleaner was nice and tidied up my room in detail. In my own opinion, this hotel is in one of the best locations in Brussels, which is very near many high-quality supermarkets and cafes, which means you could get nearly all the things you want easily! Although it takes about 25 minutes to the city center, I prefer the atmosphere and safety here more. The surrounding areas are with elegant atmosphere, fashionable and wide avenues, and friendly people. Therefore, as a young female traveling alone, I felt very safe there which is of the most importance in choosing a place to live. Besides, there are many good restaurants and fashionable independent shops within five minutes walk which is very impressive for me! This seems to be my first time to write a comment for recommending a hotel. I must say I enjoy every moment staying at this hotel very much and will definitely recommend here to anyone who travels to Brussels.☺️

Hotel was inline with expectations, lacking only with the size of their pillows - far too big and firm and when raising with reception, they politely informed that there was no alternative options! Everything else is meaningless if you can’t have a good night sleep because of something like this.

A solid hotel - all the necessary amenities, good location, clean, good price. Liked the coffee corner on each floor. Gym could be updated. But overall very decent.

Date of Stay: November 2023 As a guest at this hotel, I had a generally positive experience with a few notable issues. The ambiance and facilities of the hotel were commendable, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room provided was well-maintained, and the staff was mostly courteous and helpful. However, a significant concern arose during our stay. We had the displeasure of experiencing theft of our baby's food, which we stored in the common fridge located in the kitchen area. This incident occurred repeatedly, causing us considerable inconvenience and concern. Upon raising this issue with the reception, we were initially met with a promise of investigation and resolution. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this matter. This lack of response and action was disappointing and marred our overall experience. In conclusion, while the hotel offers good facilities and a comfortable environment, the management's handling of our specific issue was unsatisfactory. This experience has slightly tainted our perception of the hotel, and we hope that such incidents are better managed in the future to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, the personnel is kind and the service is good for the money. However, some aspects of the facilities such as the arrangement of the lights in the rooms, the absence of a mini fridge and the bathroom system that would release bad smells could be improved. Nevertheless, non of these issues was extremely pronounced making the experience positive overall.

Loved our stay here. It was well located and not too far from the city center. Definitely felt like we were in the older, prettier area of Brussels. It was beautiful. We stayed in the bunk room which was perfect for our us and our two kids. The swings were great to regulate us after our long drive or a day of sight seeing. The staff was so nice too! Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Definitely a cool, funky vibe, instantly delighted about the fun thing in the entryway and the rooms are stylish. Found the reception queue quite long and the process a little slow but all good in the end. Found the lighting very confusing in our room but that was the only real annoyance. Beds were comfy, room was spacious, shower was really lovely, with great water pressure. Sink is outside the bathroom, we personally liked that but wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. Couldn't stream onto the TV or cast which would have been nice given the language differences in the channels. Overall really worth the money and I would visit again!

We arrived at the hotel later than expected due to flight delays however, when we arrived we were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who offered us a free room upgrade. Our stay was perfect with no issues at all, whenever we interacted with staff they all had the same friendly demeanour. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and made our stay.

Great spot in brussles! Just a short 20 mins walk from most attractions in brussles and close by to different food and drink joints. The place is modern and very clean 👌 they offer a 5 euro voucher at the bar for not cleaning your room every day to help save the planet. The breakfast is worth the upgrade too with plenty to choose from including eggs bacon a selection of cereals, toast and drinks (hot and cold)

Good hotel. Good central location, room set up was clean. Staff was friendly. They have a decent gym and cinema as well. There was a mix up with our rooms at their end and they asked us to change rooms during our short stay. Which was frustrating as we had packed itinerary and this was just irritating. The rooms didn’t have wood work, no fridge or coffee (although they had central coffee machines, which wasn’t working sometimes on 4th floor). Would I stay their again? Yes. And recommend it? Yes. But they can improve on things for sure.

The location is great. Super close to a tram station. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around. The hotel itself is so artsy and cool

Clean and friendly hotel. Silent location, with a nice garden to relax. The cinema room was a surprise. The tram station is very close and gives you a good connection to the city center (station Palais). Own underground parking with a daily cost. Just stayed one night. Everything was nice. Thank you.

Lovely comfortable rooms, very clean with eco options which we appreciated. Loved the wall art and decor. Free tea and coffee machines on every floor. Breakfast is a decent buffet with plenty of options. Sadly the customer service needs some work. It seemed that the staff needed training, the 'takeaway menu' advertised was unavailable as the kitchen was closed after breakfast. Staff said they weren't set up to serve the food on offer? Also we were given vouchers to spend at the bar or shop (don't know where that was) When we tried to spend the vouchers, most of the fridges were unavailable to buy drinks from...even though they were there and full? Tried to book a breakfast and was assured we could pay on check out, the breakfast was not booked and then when we checked out, our bill was completely wrong. Our Uber taxi went up by ten euros while we stood there and fixed the bill. This could be a great hotel, travel into Brussels is easy with a tram close by, the staff are generally really nice, it's just a shame the training seemed hugely inadequate.

I enjoyed the stay and the little flourishes and trimmings elevated this hotel against other budget hotels. Room was big, clean and comfy. Nice decor. Staff helpful. Breakfast was average, but the only minor letdown. I would definitely stay again though.

I just got home from my week-long vacation in Brussels, and I stayed at the B&B the whole time. I love the style of the hotel, very cozy and with a home-feeling. Lots of colors, pictures and plants; just the way I like it. It is well situated by a tram station, with wonderful cafés and restaurants all around. Our room was spacious and tidy. B&B has a system in place, perfect for people like me, where if you put a note on the door saying you don´t need room service for the day, they give you a 5 euro voucher to use at the lobby bar. You can grab a bottle of water before going out and about, or a drink at night. We didn´t order breakfast beforehand since we didn´t have breakfast at the hotel every morning, but the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Although I would love for the hotel to label stuff with allergy information, there is a sign saying guests can ask the staff. Other than that, absolutely wonderful! Also, I have to mention, the staff is incredibly helpful, polite, professional and all-and-all nice. Our experience was wonderful, I can not recommend this hotel enough!

Please do not stay here. Room 210 smelled of raw sewage and literally poop. The shower drain didn’t work resulting in overflowing water flooding the bathroom floor. Gnats and silverfish bugs all over the room. I am truly disgusted with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms here. You pay for what you get and this place is CHEAP in every since of the word. So nasty.

Lovely modern budget boutique hotel in the Lorraine district. Quite a long walk from Midi railway station - recommend taking the tram as it's up hill. Nice location with good cafes and bars on the main road junction where trams cross. Comfortable rooms with clean and modern decor. TV has British channels if this is of interest. Free unlimited coffee in reception and each bedroom floor in a guest kitchen which also has a microwave. Good breakfast. Has a gym and cinema/kareoke room in the basement. Staff very helpful and sorted an early checking for us at midday for a small supplementary fee. Would definitely stay again.

Family room was excellent for a family of four. Price was really reasonable. The bathroom was not cleaned well, but it could be because we requested an early check in and they were rushing. Overall, very satisfied.

I will not be staying in this hotel again. I had to change the room in the middle of the night (2am) because of a problem - a broken heating vent that was making a terrible noise and emitting cold air. The staff member - who agreed it was a problem - did not want to move me and was extremely rude. Took over an hour to sort it out (till after 3am). Basically sleepless night. No apology and email from the management added insult to injury.

Really enjoyed staying here as part of a weekend in Brussels. Hotel and rooms are modern, clean and something a bit different compared to 'boring chain hotels'. The decor is modern and quirky. I would def stay here again.

At walking distance of the Avenue Louise you find B&B HOTEL a little hidden in a quite street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Same for the bathrooms. The parking is easy to access and rather cheap (20 EUR per night). A very colorful hotel in a very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants.

  • 4/5 Karen P. 7 months ago on Google
The hotel was well decorated and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room we were given was not what we ordered. There was no view as no window only a velux and no wardrobe. We would not of booked at that price knowing this. We would have booked elsewhere which did have a window. We knew it was going to be a small room. The hotel is 30mins walk from old town and busier parts of the city. There were still plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

It was a great experience. This was the third time (and probably not the last) that I stayed there. The personnel was very kind and helpful and because we stayed for several days, we've got a big room. All rooms are decorated with Comic Stips characters, they have Smart TVs and Bluetooth speakers. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. They have environmentally friendly practices to make guests' stay more green.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars :) It is a nice hip hotel easy to reach with a tram. I loved the design. In the room the most comfy bed was awaiting me and I really had the best sleep stretched on this amazing bed with curtains completely fitlering out light! I used the gym and it was small but the equipment is new and everything you need. Like they even have weights! Very good level! Coffee is a huge ++. One thing that especially stood out is sustainability. They really do incentivize the guests to be more careful with resources and it is visible in everything the hotel does like a 5 eur credit at the bar when you don't take room service. Breakfast is 15 eur and seemed like a very good value for that money! I did not take it because I had other plans for breakfast but it looked amazing and not cheap (with patisserie, but also savory stuff, meats and cheeses, nuts and berries available in the cozy downstairs area). All in all really enjoyed. Will stay again if ever in Brussels!

nice hotel. very clean rooms, if a bit spartan in decoration (the tv attached to the bed is weird, no low table to put the luggage despite space available). bar is cosy and friendly and food is nice, but service is sometimes too slow (40’ for a half-frozen taste tatin seems really excessive to me).

One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. Can't talk enough about the amazing decoration and friendly staff. Usually one has to spend a lot of money to have a great experience, but not at QBIC. modern, clean, perfectly located, and eco-friendly. Highly recommended

I tried to book a room for 7 days contact them by email as I wanted to pay at the check out they said that it was ok and as I arrived they asked for a credit card which I don’t use for guarantee. I have stayed in 5 stars hotels and never been treated like that. So they didn’t let me in cause as they said they have a system that does not allow them to do different

Our stay was perfect! It was much more than I have been expecting. The personnel was always happy to greet us and help us with anything. Very nice decoration, people smiling all around us making us feel welcome. I loved the fact that every day they would supply us with one bottle of still water and that we could make our own coffee for free. Also this hotel has a gym and a cinema which we would have visited had we had more time!

Great hotel, fresh, clean, great decoration, with many services at your disposal. Friendly staff to welcome you and easy check-in process. I like their environmental awareness too. Rooms have a great size and there are extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. Nice breakfast with many products. It is the second time I book at this hotel for my business trips and I will definitely book again in the future. As suggestions for improvement nothing major, just few little things: Add some other products on the breakfast like olive oil. Adding a key to the WIFI (open networks are not great when you want to work). Better explain how to connect to the smart TV and allow to prepaid the room so companies can book rooms for their employees on business trip.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's culture is what I liked a lot and also it was very clean. The neighborhood is a safe one (as I travelled with a group of women, this was an important aspect for us). I totally recommend it.

Very welcoming lady at the reception desk, everything was clearly and well explained. Got an upgraded room when requesting a quiet room. Room was perfect size wise for one person, and was spotless. The hotel has a nice way to encourage green practices. They have a common gallery room where to find coffee and brew tea. They provide glass bottled water in the room that can be refilled in the galley. Comic-based deco around the hotel and rooms! All in all, excellent value for money.

Super cozy hotel with quirky details. Everything is modern and sleek, as well as functional. Best bed I've slept in in a while, plenty of accessible sockets, fast WiFi. Friendly staff and great area full of nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Approached parking garage with towel racks blocking the entrance. Reception desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. Had to find the laundry service guy myself to ask him to move them. 20 euro per day and I have to find employees to get in. Housekeeping also didn’t attend the room after we asked a different person at the reception desk the next day since we were still getting getting ready when they tried coming by. The receptionist said no problem, but nobody came. The staff here doesn’t seem like they care about their guests.

I was squeezed for 4 days in a tiny room with almost no space to move around. Luckily, I was with my young son, and not my husband, so it was bearable. I absolutely disliked the TV set fixed to the bed rail - what a stupid idea! A nice feature of the hotel is its cinema space. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. All in all, the stay was not worth the price they charge.

  • 5/5 Alessandro T. 1 year ago on Google
I personally didn't visit this place for neither the hotel nor any other service because I was attending a language exchange meeting. Regardless my limited experience here I can tell for sure that the personnel at the reception and in the bar are really kind and welcoming. Hall and bar are cozy, bright and pleasant to stay in. I think that hosting language exchange meetings gives this hotel a +1 for the overall rating and I can blindfoldedly recommend a stay.

The hotel has a very high standard. Spacious, comfortable and well furnished room, good bed, central position. Just one point: in such a large room, there is not a table (even small) with a chair where you can put a computer and work

We stayed in room 202. The room was affordable and in a good part of Brussels (well connected area) it has everything you need and on the face of it looks very nice. There are good amenities onsite, such as a bar and the whole hotel is nicely decorated and secure but unfortunately our experience with our room wasn't so great. The bed was very firm and my partner struggled to sleep on it. There was also a curtain missing in the room, which we dealt with because we were okay waking up with some natural light but really you would expect the hotel to check that a room has two curtains before letting it. There were quite a few hairs on the bed when we arrived, which we picked off. The floor in the shower around the drain feels like it is sinking significantly when you stand in it, which is disconcerting. There was a large lamp which was the main light, but with no shade so it glares. You also had to have both the reading light beside the bed and the spotlight above the bed on at the same time so this also glares. The fire alarm flashes quite bright through the night and a red light on the TV can't be turned off. I recognize that we could have made the hotel aware of some of the issues like the curtain, but it in itself didn't seem a major issue and no one asked how the room was on check out. Really loved the city and had a great trip, but there were some things about the room that would be great for the hotel to consider. PS. In response to the hotels response, please take more of an active interest in your guests experience.

Our experience at B&B Louise was great. All that staff were fantastic, very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very stylish and warm, and in a great location. The room was fine, a nice size with plenty of space, but quite simple. I liked the amount of power outlets and USB charging ports throughout the room / connected to the bed frame. The hotel bar and dining area were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time in Brussels.. hotel very easy to reach by tram.. lots to do around the area of Louise.. room was nice. Hotel very environmental... Only thing is bar doesn't open until 6pm and the team n coffee facilities in each floor had lots of little flies

I have recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall the experience was a pleasant one, i gave 4/5 due to the lack of a mini fridge in the room which i would have appreciated to cold my beers, and no wardrobe in the room made it hard to unpack. Another thing i disliked was the sink which was out of the bathroom, in the hall, which is strange for me. I liked the modern design, especially the fact that we could turn off the lights while we were still in bed, also there were enough electrical outlets in the room. I like the breakfast in the morning, it had everything i need for me, also i liked that you could access the gym and cinema free, i couldn't because of the tight schedule but it is a nice addition.

A great boutique style hotel in the heart of the coolest neighbourhood in Brussels in my opinion. The rooms were really large and well furnished, and the bar/food was great! Staff were really attentive and the facilities made this place extra special.

This is an amazing hotel with a comic theme of overall arrangement. Loved the facilities and the ambience. Appreciate their policy of arranging a coffee room in every floor where guests could get fresh unlimited tea/coffee/water at their convenience. Moreover, their policy of conserving water and energy by letting the guests opt to skip getting their rooms cleaned, in lieu of which they get a free drink on the house is also a unique and marvellous idea. ❤️

I stayed with my family (2 adults, 2 children) in October 22 and had a great time. The Hotel is very modern, and well-equipped and provides an excellent base for exploring the city. The rooms are very quirky and nicely decorated. The bunk beds are great and the storage has been well thought out. Huge TV and spacious fridge were nice amenities. The rooms are quiet too which is a must for kids (and light sleeping adults).

The rooms are extremely comfy, very quirky, lots of fun. Bed and pillows are second to none and we both slept extremely well. Great bar again lovely staff updated us on the places to go and not go!!! This place is AMAZING best hotel I've stayed in and will look for others I the chain. Thank you B&B HOTEL you made two little British people have the best weekend in brussel imaginable ❤️❤️❤️

This hotel is the best stay we ever had within this lower price range. There is a little thought in everything, the coffee machines at each floor, the overall design of the place, the excellent breakfast (it sounded expensive while booking but in reality it IS excellent for real, very good value), and the very nice and welcoming staff. The only negative point was the price for the underground parking. Overall an amazing stay!

Nice, modern, budget hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient facilities. Close to transport. The walls are not very soundproof, however. Can hear lifts occasionally from down the hall and other guests from other rooms. Cosy but comfortable!

Great location, next to Louizalaan, close to public restaurant, nice bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely decorated (Belgium -> comics). Got upgraded to bigger room. But most of all: love the coffee machines in the galley!
