I wasn't sure what to expect because this hotel was arranged by work, but it was a really nice hotel with a spacious room with all the facilities you need. Nice staff. My French is horrible but their English was very good. Excellent!

Room is small and cosy but the bed was big and comfortable. Simple decor. The bathroom was small but had a large powerful shower which was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we were able to checkin late without any issues. Location is easy to travel to Brussels City centre on the tram in about 10-15mins.

I had worked on hotels when I was young, so most of the time I have annoying standards, but during my stay I was surprised by the professionalism, charisma and welcoming performance of the hotel staff. Clara is a great hostess, providing great information, a pleasing service and a great experience, even after my checkout. The rooms are simple but clean, the breakfast was delicious and fresh and my experience was not even worsened by a fire alarm that sounded early morning during my stay, probably waking up all guests. Thank you and I will come back every time i visit Brussels

Great customer service, but the place is old, dirty, very small, the carpet is disgusting, the basement rooms are bad. The only good thing is location.

Nice room and bathroom however the noise in this hotel is ridiculous. Do NOT stay in room 04, it is located on the ground floor right next to reception so you can hear everybody coming in and out and people eating their breakfast in the morning. I also could not sleep due to me being able to hear someone (I assume) in the room above me constantly moving around. The soundproofing in room 04 is terrible. Also the checking time is too late, I wasn’t able to check in until 5:30pm because my room wasn’t ready. Wouldn’t stay again due to the noise and check in time.

Stuff is very nice, they were very attentive and made me recommendation to visit city, follow every single recommended and was a very special day. Breakfast was very good. Room had a Beer decoration , very nice. A minus for lack of car parking.

Two staffs called me separately (first red flag of chaotic management) to advise our room is unavailable only 3 days prior our check-in date in the end of JULY 2023, for a reservation made in end of APRIL 2023. We were very cooperative to accept being transferred to another hotel, Hôtel Beverly Hills (Rue du Prince Royal 71, 1050 Bruxelles, Belgique), although an overbooking situation is always a hotel’s responsibility. We then had an issue at the next hotel, where our room door lock was broken, but our wish of being switched to another room was denied as we were told every guest was assigned to a specific room in the hotel and it can’t be changed (very odd excuse!). After calling The Neufchatel to help as the staffs claimed each other to be “colleagues” in the first place, the staff from The Neufchatel told me they can’t help us as I agreed to cancel our booking with them. Good job on blaming us for being nice to take the consequences of their messed up booking system.

A tiny and very cozy hotel near the middle of brussel. Very nice rooms and very friendly employees. We enjoyed our trip!
