Two
staffs
called
me
separately
(first
red
flag
of
chaotic
management)
to
advise
our
room
is
unavailable
only
3
days
prior
our
check-in
date
in
the
end
of
JULY
2023,
for
a
reservation
made
in
end
of
APRIL
2023.
We
were
very
cooperative
to
accept
being
transferred
to
another
hotel,
Hôtel
Beverly
Hills
(Rue
du
Prince
Royal
71,
1050
Bruxelles,
Belgique),
although
an
overbooking
situation
is
always
a
hotel’s
responsibility.
We
then
had
an
issue
at
the
next
hotel,
where
our
room
door
lock
was
broken,
but
our
wish
of
being
switched
to
another
room
was
denied
as
we
were
told
every
guest
was
assigned
to
a
specific
room
in
the
hotel
and
it
can’t
be
changed
(very
odd
excuse!).
After
calling
The
Neufchatel
to
help
as
the
staffs
claimed
each
other
to
be
“colleagues”
in
the
first
place,
the
staff
from
The
Neufchatel
told
me
they
can’t
help
us
as
I
agreed
to
cancel
our
booking
with
them.
Good
job
on
blaming
us
for
being
nice
to
take
the
consequences
of
their
messed
up
booking
system.
