Chic boutique hotel in a great location in Brussels. Room was small but perfect for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable.

So our rooms weren't available until 5 PM. And then the hotel lost power for most of the evening. It was very hot. Most of the staff just didn't care. They said they'd deliver the bags to our room but that didn't even happen. You also have to fetch your own water... the next morning they basically kicked us out at 11. We couldn't even get a little more time because of everything that happened. They didn't even ask about anything at check out...

It was from one of my favorite and amazing places that I stayed in during my Europe trip 💖🫶 I really appreciate the relaxation facilities they provide it 😍 I indeed recommend it.

We had an I incredible stay in the center of Brussels. The staff and service was spot on and we couldn't have asked for more. The room was very bright and specious with an amazing little balcony. I will definitely be back here 👌🏼

Lovely hotel, worth all the money we spent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and so tasty. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms but it's amazing for young couples. It is in the centre of Brussels very close to anything, from metro to tourism sites.

Cozy and contemporary hotel in a fabulous location. 5 minutes from the Grand Place. Middle of a lively area. Room area is not bad, and price is reasonable.

The location was in close proximity to everywhere in the city center. I walked everywhere. There’s a restaurant downstairs. The staff were helpful and nice. If you don’t mind having your shower inside the bedroom and being close to everywhere, I highly recommend

Lovely, charming hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Bustling pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. I loved it. The area buzzes with street noise well into the night, so if you like a quiet night's sleep, this isn't the place for you. If you like the energy of night life, you'll enjoy it.

This hotel was so amazing! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights while visiting Brussels amidst our 2 week Europe trip. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in!! It was so cute and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was the noisy atmosphere outside due to bars being on the street, but we are pretty heavy sleepers and did not have any issues sleeping at all! It’s a central location, we were able to walk everywhere. When we return to Brussels, we will be staying in this hotel again! Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel in the center with lots of bars and clubs right beneath. But at night it is quite noisy if your room is on the wrong side...

The rating of this place is mostly from before, lately I see mostly bad reviews. The room is very small, you can barely turn your but. The shower leaks water into the room so my stuff got wet, the shower only has a single stream making showers not very comfortable. The room is noisy, you can hear the music from outside. I asked to get a different room but this came with a cost, when I asked about it I was blamed since I chose the room, which is incorrect I just requested a room. Then I got blamed for not doing my research. This is not what I expect from a hotel of this price

Nightmare! Avoid this hotel at any cost. The room had mold and it smelled very bad. The staff didn’t care at all when I complained about the stench. Also, the room was dirty. Some dental floss on the floor etc. Breakfast is served in a dirty night club/bar on the ground floor.

I had a small comfort room it was ok, very clean and had all I needed. As many reviews say its a noisy area, but once inside the noise was muffled. I had no issues even at the front of the building. Check in and out was good. The reception is not manned at night. I was able to leave my bag while I explored on check out day. All in all worth what I paid to stay.

Ariel at the reception was very kind and hospitable. She helped us out a lot and allowed us for an early check in. The room was also cozy with a very comfortable bed. They also gave us an extra blanket as we were feeling a bit cold. Brilliant stay. Highly recommended

Cosy hotel, in the middle of the old city. Rooms are small, but equipped with what is needed. Breakfast a bit expensive, but good in quality and choice.

awful, humid and dark room. the location is good but it doesn't justify the price. the staff is not very helpful

Customer service is not good. The door is blocked by restaurant tables with mean people drinking beer. I booked a queen bed and ended with a three single bed dorm... Aka a single bed. A person can only sleep in one bed at a time, right.... Arghhh what a rip off.

Hotel Saint-Géry is a good place and it's at the heart of Brussels. Nights can be noisy though. My first night/checkout, the reception staff were so nice and helpful but unfortunately during my stay, I also met a rude receptionist lady who tried to talk down on me and I couldn't let that slide.

Quirky (they say boutique) hotel. The lift was out of order and the room v warm in summer heat. Staff charming and a restful night after the street life calmed in the wee hours. There is nowhere to stop to leave luggage if you arrive by car and parking is like hens teeth anywhere near if you arrive by car. I was moved on by friendly police. The location is absolutely central in the low emissions zone so great for walking to sights.

The hotel was cute, but our experience was extremely disappointing. When I tried to shower, the drain did not work and the way the shower is set up, the water seeped out the sides and flooded our room. Much of our belongings were damaged as we did not realize until minutes later. The hotel is located in the city center, so if you’re trying to go to sleep before 2 am on any given night (we stayed on a Monday) you won’t be able to sleep due to loud crowds outside. When we contacted management about the water issue, they would not refund our one night stay, but rather offered a few dollars off our next stay there - we won’t ever be staying again.

We moved to this hotel from other 4 star hotel in city center for our last two nights. We were strolling around and looked for a different vibe stay. Found this hotel in booking but since we were closed we dropped by in late hour to see the place. Sebrine was there to welcome us and answer all our questions. She price matched the offer we had online so we booked our stay with her. Sabrine was very lovely and patient although the late hour. On check in we got also got great service and got switched to a warmer room as the air conditioner in the initial room didn't function right. We took the bigger room (22m) which was really nice. room was clean and warm. the weather pressure in tab was great, and the location of the hotel was great for us (a lot of restaurants/pubs around the hotel). My rating is only 4 stars as we had minor issue on check out with city taxes which we thought were already paid + one more improvement we could think about is a heating system for the bath. Hotel Stuff were really great (Sabrine, Roxana). Highly recommend.

Location is good, rooms are very very small, it needs mantainance. Found a smashed mirror, a dented trashcan, and the curtains are shorter than the windows so when sleeping the light comes in.

Habla Manotas, The hotel is well situated next to the Saint Gery market place, behind the Palace cinema, a few minutes from Ancienne Belgique, Bourse… We had a very spacious room according to the plans one of the biggest, 301. Not the cleanest we have had so far (dust here and there, candy paper from previous customers, not well vacuumed…). Since the room is facing the inner court it was very quiet. Du to the bars surrounding the hotel the front rooms might be disturbed by the loud crowd of the street. The mentioned jazz bar, Belmonte, is a certainly a nice breakfast place but calling it a jazz bar is not the right word I would have used. Yes there is a mural representing Miles but that’s it the music played there was just as mainstream as it gets. Which is totally okay for the super young crowd of Saint Gery’s bars. The breakfast served in the Belmonte is good. It’s a pity the cleaning is lacking because otherwise the hotel is nice.

Well done on running an excellent city centre hotel with reasonable room rates. The staff (we interacted with three people during our stay) were helpful and gracious enough to explain the setup in French as my comprehension is better than my speaking and I'm trying to improve. We were upgraded free of charge to a larger room which we found to be comfortable and modern with a feature bathtub. Unfortunately the reception is not 24 hour (0700 to 1100) and I noticed too late that one of the windows had been locked in its vent position which allowed a lot of noise in from the street below. Yes, we should have been out partying with the best of them but we had been travelling a lot and needed an earlier night! All in all a very good stay only five minutes or so from the Grand Place and about a half-hour walk up from Midi station if you arrive by Eurostar and like to soak a place up on arrival as we do.

Great location and friendly staff. Room very dark and airless as window faces very narrow space. Although a kettle was in the room, there were no teabags or milk. There was a fridge and after initial difficulties, we managed to get the shower to work. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the bath. The room was small but adequate and breakfast good.

Good hotel with friendly people and a nicely designed room. When we were there the bars were closing early due to corona, but otherwise I can imagine it can be a bit noisy from the bars outside. We also only had a bath with showerhead, so no real shower.

I had a single bed room. It was very small for the price paid, and not very practically, but nicely decorated. (There was no bathroom, only a shower across from the bed and the sink was next to a tiny table, so water was splashing everywhere) Otherwise, the staff was very nice and the breakfast room is very hip and cozy.

The hotel has three.stars. it is located in an old building, completely renewed internally. The rooms are small, even the shower is a glass cabin but very clean and of a good design. The breakfast is excellent for this category. Very friendly personal. A lot of students restaurants nearby in a nice district. (Maybe during the summertime it can become a little bit noisy but in March I ' didn't experience any problem.

I am sorry to say. It could be okay, nur there is no warm water on tap or in the bathtop und the TV is not working. The reception can not bei reached and mails and contact web form is being ingnored. I updated this from 1 to 3 stars because the Buffet was good and the warm water worked in the morning.
