Beautiful and pleasant looking hotel even from the outside, comfy bed and walkable distance to Midi Station as it was downhill (took us about 20 minutes with large and heavy suitcases + short rests in between). My booking said a queen bed and one sofa bed for 4 people, but I was instead given a king sized bed and one single bed. A little disappointed at that at first, but decided to overlook it since we were only staying one night. The shower was great too and the room was very spacious. Paid the city tax (€4.24 I think) during check in but was asked to pay again because it was not recorded. However he waved it off and said he would check with the receptionist from the previous day and let us leave. Hopefully I won't find a surprise charge on my card but I think from my overall impression of the hotel, they wouldn't. Overall good for a short stay. Walking distance from a lot of shopping places and eateries. Close to public transport links as well.

I was there with my girlfriend on July, 2017, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was very respectful and helpful, the hotel is all colorful and we stayed at a huge room (I don't know if all of them are similar). It was clean and new. I remember that we payed such a great price for that. I can't say if they are still doing a good job, but at that point that was just a very nice place to stay. We could go on foot to the avenues or taking a bus or Uber to the tourist areas.

It's a nice little hotel in town. It's more on the simple yet comfy side of things rather than being fancy. Location-wise the hotel is not at the centre, so for tourists this might be a negative aspect. It's also not that close to the EU quarters. However, it's a 5min walk from the metro and from important tram lines. I felt that value for money wasn't that great. While a good hotel, it seemed to be overpriced for what it actually provides in terms of services. All in all an ok choice

Really comfy hotel. We had a large room with small terrace and it was enough. Terrace furniture could be better, fridge would be nice, but that are only negatives. Room and bathroom we're clean and comfortable, air con was brilliant. I appreciate the room safe. It's really not far from subway and quickly reachable from city center. Would definitely come back.

We booked this hotel because of the location and in part the aesthetic after seeing the photos. Best idea ever. It was beautiful, bright and colorful. We upgraded to one of the top floor balcony rooms prior to check in and what a treat. The views, the balconies! 2 of them! Hotel staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. Close to two metros. 10€ from Bruxelles Midi train station. Cafes, restaurants, shopping areas within 5 minutes walk. Just a perfect stay.

We stayed in this hotel for four days. Advantages: -Good location, close to all the places we should visit -An interesting idea of interior color -Bathroom with bathtub, spacious and bright, everything works -Big window -The beds are very comfortable, the linens are fresh, we got enough sleep -Daily cleaning -Hearty breakfast, delicious rolls and fruit -The staff is polite, speaks English -Cheap price Disadvantages: -On the day of arrival the room had a very strong smell, most likely the carpet was cleaned. The smell lasted for about a day then we managed to ventilate the room. -The curtains on the windows were not completely fresh, they need to be cleaned or replaced -The bathroom was slightly damaged. However, this is more of a question for the guests than for the hotel staff. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Clean hotel, with very friendly staff. Internet connection was good and there's a great Italian restaurant a block away. We were able to walk everywhere we went, but most of the sidewalks are paved with bricks, so you have to be in good shape to make it to the Grand Place, which is the center of everything historic here. Breakfast had lots to choose from, but we steered clear of the hot foods (eggs didn't look good and the bacon was undercooked). Other than that, it was a very good experience (loved the Nespresso coffee).

Had to move here from our first hotel of a 3-night stay in Brussels and it was the best decision. The hotel itself is an aesthetic experience before you walk in the door and is very inviting. Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly. The room was bright and spacious and every room is coordinated with a different colour! Two whole walls were windows floor to ceiling which gave a great view. The room also had its own balcony. The bed was very comfy and we slept like a rock! The bathroom was also very spacious with a window you could open. My only criticisms are that the shower cubicle is too small and I'm only a small person. It was surrounded by shower curtains on almost 3 sides constantly kept getting attached to my wet person. It was very claustrophobic. The shower itself was brilliant: produced hot water and had very good water pressure. The hairdryer worked intermittently which was kind of annoying but I have short hair so it was just dried with a towel. The overall experience was relaxing and I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Brussels!

The location is good. The staff is very polite and helpful. The things to improve - hotel needs refreshment (wals and curtains with some stains, shower curtain does not help water is going on the floors, shower cabin would be more appropriate and etc.).

It was just a disappointment. We have decided to return to Pantone Hotel, based on the wonderful experience we had a few years back. To our surprised looks like they haven’t done any maintenance on their facilities since our last visit. Half the lights were not working in our room and the security box was not working as well. When I told the reception desk, they sent someone to fix them while we were out. We came back to find the lights were still not working and the security box not only was not working it was beeping every 5 minutes. Making impossible to have a nap or to sleep during the night. Since it was 6 pm and no one will be available until the next day. In the bathroom there was no cold water on the sink. So extra care need to be taken when washing our hands. And the last point: sheets and duvet. We had a recollection of the finest and comfortable bed as a set. Comfortable mattress and wonderful pillows, sheets and the best duvet ever tried. Not this time. The sheets were rough and the duvet nothing but ordinary. The brightest point is their staff. Always amiable and available. They do speak several languages, but our problems were beyond their resolution capabilities.

We stayed there 2 nights on a week end. Room was okay but quite small. Check in was smooth. However, our heater kept making clunking noises when heating, we complained to the hotel reception but nothing was done. The elevator is the slowest thing, taking ages before even starting to move. The hotel looks quite good from the outside, and the lobby is okay. However, after that you will notice a lot of details showing poor quality of the materials or of design (who would put a light switch on the outside AND on the wrong side of the door ?(here on the left side of the door, whereas the door knob is on the right, and opens towards you)). The (fire?) alarm got off in the middle of the first night, lasted a few seconds, and then stopped. No information was given. The location was not perfect to visit the city as tourists. I would not recommend.
