Nice huge rooms, but the elevator is tiny. They have a small basement parking garage, priced reasonably, but could be annoying to get to. Since you won't receive a fob to open the garage gate, you need to park your car in front of the hotel, call the attention of the lobby staff, and signal to open the garage gate. At times, another car could be parked in front so that's when it gets tricky. Location is perfect and best of all, they have AC. Fridge inside the room is small and could fit maybe 3 small bottles of drinks. Staff provides good service. Overall, a thumbs up experience.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was modern and clean. It had two beds, a TV, wardrobe, and a bathroom with a rain shower. Was conveniently located only a few minutes from the tram. Which can take you towards the station and center area of the city.

Very nice and clean hotel in Brussels, we spend here three days, room and bathroom very clean, everyhing prepared ideally, free WIFI, very good continental buffet breakfast.

The hotel is not by the city center per se, but it is within walking distance and there are trams. The rooms are quite nice and ample. Staff was nice. Breakfast is so so, and the lobby is quite small.

It’s not the most comfortable. You can hear all the noise in the hotel if the room is on level 1. We heard all the chairs moving. The pillows were bad and the guys at the front weren’t the happiest. The lady at reception was really great though

I have no idea why this hotel isn't a 4* hotel. The service is great, the receptionists are always smiling and eager to help👍👍👍 the room is HUUUGE for a standard room. In most hotels you will pay extra extra for this size. They have a very good breakfast. The location is great, next to Avenue Louise and all the luxury stores.

Well decorated really big rooms, friendly staff with good English. The window in our room didn't have a safety feature so it could open far enough to fall out. There also wasn't any soap in the room, we had to use the body wash. Overall a really nice hotel, but with a few little issues.

Good hotel in central localization of Brussels. Comfortable, clean and tidy rooms. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful personel. The elevator is quite limited which is sometimes a little bit uncomfortable but defenitely I recommend this place.

- the receptionist gave some misinformation about the parking during the weekend, i received a fine 25 euros, he apologized but i had to pay anyways. - the day of check-in they told me that breakfast was between 8am and 11am, but didn t specify that it was only during weekend and not during the week, i went for breakfast monday morning around 10h30 am and it was already over. + room was spacious and quiet, bed very confortable and clean

please avoid this hotel and stay elsewhere. the staff is rude and not helpful. left my airpods in the room and i called them 30 mins after checking out and said it’s no where to be found but i got a notification that they are out of the case and are being used..

Booked 2 rooms. Good location. One of the rooms very clean the other not. We asked for extra pillows and the friendly staffmember brought it to us. The room my partner and I slept in was very clean. Unfortunately the TV was broken and there wasn't a working thermostat so we didn't sleep very well and woke up with a headache because of the heat. My family's room had the same problem with the thermostat so it was also way to hot for them. Also there was some dirt and still a used towel when they get to there room.

Very good location, easy access to public transportation. Nice and cozy room. Ours had view to a nice and quiet alley. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are really nice. Unfortunately, at checkout one of the receptionists, a tall boy with glasses and dark hair , was very rude with rude and aggressive tones simply because he was disorganized and did not know how to calculate to proceed with the payment of the breakfasts. He made us waste a lot of time with the risk of missing the plane and was rude and aggressive even saying bad words to me and my family.

If you come to Brussels for a meeting, you can choose this hotel peace of mind. It is quite, clean, and has good location.
