The hotel was very clean, also one of the more cheaper ones in the city, although it’s about a 15 minute walk from the centre it also has a train station just around the corner, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was also very nice, I would recommend here to anyone visiting Brussels!

NH is one of our favorite hotel chains but this one was disappointing. The room had issues with safe and toilet not flushing properly and very noisy at night due to street noise echoing off adjacent buildings. Claims to be eco something but no recycling facilities. Had breakfast one morning, decent quality but limited choice, didn't think it was worth E20 each. Staff very helpful and friendly though

Definitely not the standard of a 4 star hotel. Additionally, there are construction works going on and it is impossible to sleep or work as it is super loud.

Location is good as near the Louis Metro Station (about 10.min walk) shopping area is within walking distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable for a weekend stay. Rooms are quite basic but have what you need for a few days. Breakfast was good with choice of buffet foods and staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the noise from the street below which kept us awake with traffic noise in the early hours of the morning (3am) & people talking - all of which could be easily heard so advice is ask for a quiet room high up and away from the road.

They have very comfortable but small rooms. They have great customer service too.

Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it, quality hotel. I had great sleep on very comfy bed. There's AC, TV, fridge and plenty of space in modern, tidy room with private bathroom. Really worth the money. Hotel is situated close to airport shuttle and about 20 minutes walk to city centre.

Everything good. The two girls in the reception were so kind and helpful, especially Rocio. The breakfast is good, buffet with a lot of options, but expensive, more than 17€. The rooms are clean, bigger enough. I would recommend change the pillows.

The staff are extremely friendly and competent of speaking many languages, we were always greeted with a smile and greetings. The room was spotless and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety and always warm. Metro and shopping very close, would highly recommend! A small however- the bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a refurbishment but other than that it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Great hotel, quiet area but just 4 min walk to metro/tram station. Rooms were clean and desirable, staff was professional and helpful. The Google Maps marker is misplaced, it should be one block over

We love this hotel! Haven't visited in about 5 years, and it was great to come back. Decor is fab, staff are always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Was a great option to choose to have the room cleaned. If you don't, you receive drinks vouchers in return. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great stay.

Schönes Mittelklassehotel in guter Lage etwas abseits von Zentrum. Zimmer recht groß. Gutes Frühstück. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng deshalb empfahl die Rezeption auf der Straße gegenüber des Hotels zu parken. Leider wurde dann in der Nacht darauf die hintere Scheibe des Autos eingeschlagen und das Auto geöffnet. Die Tagschicht an der Rezeption sagte uns dann dass das vor drei Wochen schon mal passiert sei. Es ist uns unklar warum dann die Rezeptionisten am Vorabend uns empfehlen konnten dort zu parken. Zumal ca 300 m weiter eine öffentliche Tiefgarage ist. Deshalb die Abzüge in der Bewertung.

Clean rooms, really nice staff. Delicious breakfast with a good selection. Our room had a fridge, a TV, a coffee machine and a comfortable bed. Only the showers are a bit tiny. - Can't say anything about the pricing -

I think their service was very good. Check-in was fast, no issue at all considering I booked via local travel agency. The lady was nice at the front office. By the way location was wrong on Google Maps causing me going around looking for this hotel. Hopefully Google can correct that immediately, it's shown across one cafe, but actually it's located at the other end of the same block. Location is quite behind the busy area but still within walking distance. Room was rated 3 stars, probably some other people might rate it 2 stars, as it was quite smelly. Breakfast was great though.

Great staff, this is the only thing worth of 1 start I am giving. The rest is horrible. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, super noise all night with people nocking door arriving drunk and loud music, everything is old, cleaning is ok. Don't stay at this hotel! I believe the reviews here have been all fabricated.

Very spacious and clean nice room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely no noise from the other rooms. The location is in a quieter area, a few steps away from shops and restaurants. Walk to city centre takes about 25 minutes.

A correct invoice on the company name is still not available even after several phone calls! Since I also have to submit my bills promptly, I will not book this hotel again. Several telephone inquiries were only answered inadequately with reference to IT. In this day and age, on-site staff should be able to enter the required/correct billing information themselves. Our time at NH was pretty good! While we had issues with our AC in our room (dripping AC unit in both rooms we had) and noise (very audible noise from the street), our entire stay in Brussels was made SO MUCH better due to the work of Rocio. From the time of arrival, she made sure our stay was pleasant, including changing our rooms when we had issues and always checking in with us to ensure that we were having a pleasant stay. Again, we didn't have the best sleeps or the best temperature, but we feel like we had the best service from Rocio who truly made us want to come back to the NH.

Shared twin room. Right in the heart of the shopping and food quarter. Staff very pleasant and held our bags till we had our taxi collect us. Highly recommended hotel.

Good hotel close to transit in Brussels that is available at an affordable price. The hotel shows its age though as the rooms are a bit dated but everything is still functional, it is clean and in a quite neighborhood. The hotel is much closer to metro stop Hôtel des Monnaies than Louise. Breakfast for around EUR 17.00 was good with a wide variety of options.

A delightful welcome at the front desk for a weary traveler. The room was comfortable with good, responsive climate control, a deep bath tub, and very dark curtains. All in all, it made for a restful stay.

The staff at the reception were amazing. So helpful. We had a early start on two mornings of our stay. And breakfast was included in the price. But we were leaving the hotel each morning at 6. And the reception had organised and prepared a packed lunch for myself and my husband. If we ever go back to brussels we will certainly stay here again.

Comfortable and cozy hotel. Room was clean and well-kept. Standard amenities were provided. I like the choice of furniture and their placement in the room so there's more living area. The location is safe, quiet, and close to transportation and shops/restaurants. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Patrick. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

It was close enough the center for me, the staff was kind and friendly, I got late check-out on the house and the breakfast was nice. The bed was quite hard and you could feel the springs in it. But I was so tired I didn't care.

They took a personal interest in everything I was doing in Brussels and assisted me in many ways to plan each day.
