This chimichange on Floyd Blvd., Sioux City, IA is ridiculously slow. I use the app to order online drove to the location and so far I have waited over 25 minutes for my sandwich. People that have walked in and ordered at the counter have gotten their food faster than when I got mine on using your app.

Braden was really professional. He was polite and asked a few extra question to satisfy my needs for my order. Give my boii a raise.

Don’t waste your time ordering online. Save your time and your money and just go to the store. I got the wrong food and the driver just tossed the food on the doorstep. I called the store and the manager was unapologetic. Blamed me for the driver not even knocking on the door. Then assured me that my food was made, just given to someone else. She didn’t apologize once or even take accountability for anything. Just kept repeating how she was busy and it was my fault.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 hunter's club. Told them no cheese, lettuce or tomatoes but add pickles and please cut it in half. Got home and cheese on both sandwiches and not cut in half. And bread was burnt on bottom and very hard. Very disappointed.

This store is amazing! Very clean!! Employee's were cleaning when we pulled up! You don't see that anymore!! Very friendly and they work as a team!!

Tried a newer sandwich for me. One slice of meat, one slice cheese. I guess next time I'll order my regular and see what happens.

Great service, just a poorly designed parking lot/drive thru, bottle neck, traffic jam layout that makes it difficult to get in and back out to the street. But that whole complex has a terrible traffic flow layout. Great pick-up place and nice, big interior compared to the Hamilton locale.
