02June2023 Approx: 8:23 pm Location: 3218 Singing Hills Blvd Sioux City, IA 51106 I never review on my experiences, so I hope this carries slightly more weight than usual. There were 3 young ladies (may have been more, but only saw the 3) absolutely RUNNING this location. When I arrived as the only customer in the lobby it was completely dead. The lobby and parking lot were clean and presentable. Immediately after I placed my order, the drive-thru became busy. During this time they were able to coordinate with making sure my needs were met, satisfying drive-thru customers in a timely manner, and cleaning various parts of the kitchen/lobby. In a time of giving the customer the bare basic of what is needed to satisfy; these ladies delivered. I hope their manger sees this. Would recommend to visit, recommend raises, or at the very least recommend a pizza party! Edit: I also completed a Taco Johns survey (which I never do). So your manager should see one of these.

The staff greeted us we walked in and were most helpful with our confusing order. The food was hot and good. Upon arriving home, we realized an item was missing. Went back, and they replaced it with no hesitation. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Better and fresher than Taco Bell After Goliath TB sued Taco John's for the use of Taco Tuesday, I lost my desire to eat there. But, the staff at Taco John's are consistently kind, helpful and have smiles on their faces. You may be bigger Taco Bell but my experience has been less than stellar. Not so with Taco John's. Just wish they were in WA state.

So I'm the only person in the drive thru. I get to the window and say "I forgot to order drinks. Is it too late to order drinks?" And the girl says "at the window? Yeah no". So I would have to drive around back to the empty speaker again to order drinks. Get to the front and no cars with no people inside. Horrible service. Food was typical

It's so nice to find a location with Taco John's, and I love their recipe for refried beans. The other ingredients are tasty and fresh, a nice break from the guys selling burgers, fries, and a drink.

We eat here all the time the last few times have been bad orders have been wrong the foods is a mess long wait at the drive-thru and now you change the size of your super potato away to half of what it was and you're still trying to charge the same price

I have been here multiple times since moving here. 90% of the time I have an incorrect order and/or missing items. A big problem is being cut off when ordering in drive thru.

Love the taco burgers and potato oles. Friendly staff. Seemed a little chaotic on this day and the store is not the cleanest but food was great.
