9/8/23 What a cool bar! Stopped here for one round of drinks. Friendly locals and bartenders gave good pours. There is also a nice back patio. Can accommodate large groups as there are two connected sides for enjoying your libations. My photos don't do the place justice, it's a go-to-in-person kinda place......take in all the festive twinkle lights.

Lived here forever and have tried every pizza in town. BA’s really has one of the best ones! But that’s only when they’re on their game which is not all of the time. Be sure to check your pizza before leaving when ordering to go! Even if they repeat the order back to you, it will be wrong 99% of the time. Not sure what’s hard about no onion. Don’t complain either, they’ll be rude, even to their loyal customers.

We ordered 4 different pizzas, breadsticks, drinks. Our waitress was great! The pizzas are excellent! We come here every year when we are in town.

Good pizza and beer. They have a wide variety of local and national beers including five or six local breweries the night we visited. One of the best beer selections in the area. The pizzas are tasty and served on a thin crust. They also offered free popcorn the night that I visited that was a nice option for hungry consumers, whether they were young or old.

After a long, eventful trip through the Midwest we stopped here. And oh so glad we did! The best bar in a 1000 miles of travel. The owner, a vibrant beautiful person and absolutely welcoming gem of bar owner. The food, spot on- while totaly affordable. We travelled from Sydney, Australia and Germany -and will not forget to come back, when we do visit the states again. America is made of the hard working, honest middle class. This its outlet for pizza and beer! Thank you for you hospitality, tour and the exceptional mimosas!

Really cool place to hang out. It's a lot bigger than I thought! Will take down a star because it took *ages* for my pizza to come out, way after all the other people in my party got their food, and because the waitress never asked if I wanted a second drink after I finished my first.

Great scratch pizza in a fun atmosphere. Service was perfect During the day, local adults with special needs bus the tables. What a positive way to provide opportunities and make a difference in the community All around great place and will come back next time we are in town!

Stopped in this past weekend for a drink and was my first time here. Beer selection on tap was excellent, great variety that would appeal to any beer lover. However the Men's restroom looked like someone hovered over the toilet and blasted it.....covering everything in that stall. I mentioned this to the server and if it could be cleaned up, she appeared surprised but did not mention it to any of the Staff to clean it up. This was about 1:30pm right before the football crowd started showing up too.

Great little kitchen & bar in the area. Simple and great service plus atmosphere. Grab a pizza and some beer. Detailed Review: We were not from the area, and decided to take a walk down from our hotel. We walked by a few places that didn't look like they were open (8PM on a week day). Buffalo Alice was open and had quite a few people inside. Grabbed a couple of beers, jalapeno poppers and some pizza. Beer selection was decent. Jalapeno Poppers were huge, heavy on the cream cheese. Pizza was awesome for my liking. We ordered a 16" half meat lovers/half supreme. It was awesome, had a nice thin crust, heavy on the toppings and light on the sauce. Service was awesome, very friendly, attentive and looks like it may be ran by a family? I can't be sure though. Environment was really cool. I love puns and a lot of the signs and things written around the bar were punny. Kid friendly environment for sure, there were a couple of families in there. Highly recommended! Glad we stopped in!

They have a strange way of making a pizza. I ordered mine with polish sausage & artichoke hearts and the pieces were way too big. How about taking the time to slice these up to distribute them throughout the pizza like a normal pizza shop? Don't just pull the ingredients out of a can and slap them on the pizza. The artichoke parts were about 1 1/2 inches long and some of the sausage was sliced 3/8 of an inch thick. Yeah it takes time to properly make a pizza but spend a few extra seconds and it'll help with repeat business. Also mine was supposed to come with alfredo sauce yet I couldn't taste it at all. I would have filled the void with the ranch they gave me however that is some of worst ranch I've ever tried. They said they purchase it already made. Nearly every restaurant spends a couple minutes making fresh ranch for their customers but that's too much to ask for here. The bartenders don't let you drink your beer in peace. They constantly hound you asking if you're ready for another beer WHILE THERE'S STILL BEER IN YOUR GLASS. The first time I was asked I responded "I don't know if I'm going to have another", which would indicate you don't have to bother me about it the entire duration I'm trying to enjoy the drink I already have. Unfortunately I was repeatedly asked. I can't blame her though-she was friendly with a positive spirit, it's just what the manager wants them to do. Everybody seemed quite friendly. They can't even print out a current list of beers they have. The outdated list they have doesn't even tell you if it's a draught or bottle. If you're looking to fill an empty gut this place will do. Don't expect their main food item to be anything special. What they have good going here is the atmosphere & friendly staff.

I had a bartender named Kyle, I thought his service was even better than his handsome smile! Glad I got to talk to one of the owners Dave Kuehl, I'll definitely be back!

Pizza was OK. Nachos were meh. The overhead music was unnecessarily loud, when we first got there there was only a couple tables occupied and you had to yell to talk to someone across the table. As the crowd filled it it only got worse as everybody had to yell and talking was near impossible.

5 stars all around! It’s a great “hole in the wall” pizza joint the crust was not our favorite because of how thin it was but I still think the place deserves 5 stars!

The food is really good. Service is a bit slow everytime I have come in but I also only seen one server. The food makes it worth the wait. There is also a full bar. I think all around it is a great place.

They hosted a gathering for my sister, her family and friends. Absolutely the best service and food. Pizza crust is thin and crispy. Delicious. Nice place for a crowd to get together.

Held our mom's 60th birthday party here recently. We had half the bar to ourselves, the bartenders, cool staff and owner were all great...as was the food!

They didn't have the air conditioning on and it was like 100 outside. Many customers were complaining qnd some left. It was soo hot. We were sweating like a college frat house. The pizza was cold and didn't have extra sauce like we ordered. Many beers were nit available either. We were a bit embarrassed with out out of town quest from SD. We Saud how great it was at Buffalo Alice but wasn't this time. Might ne awhile before we return

What an absolute rippa, this place was! Best family diner, slash pub, slash Saturday night bloody watering hole for party goers! Well done Lady, you've given us a place to remember on the world stage of watering holes! From Luxembourg and Germany, through Sydney, Australia - call in on this USA Midwest place to know how it's done properly, mate! 😉👍

Buffalo Alice is a great place to eat and drink It has been in Sioux city for about 50 years. Much longer than most of the staff. Service is wonderful and the many choices of beer is always cold. Thank you Buffalo Alice .
