We eat at outback often! Friday we had a bad experience but, Carlos made it right immediately! We went back in today to eat & they made sure we not only felt more than welcome but, they were accurate & fast! The food was amazing! Now, that's the outback we all love! Helen was our waitress & she was down to earth, fun, relatable, & did a very thorough job! She got our orders right & made sure our drinks were refilled as we ate! Bathroom was clean. Food was great! Staff was very welcoming! Thank you Team-Carlos for making it right! We'll definitely be back! Sincerely, Your loyal customers!

I haven’t had outback in a long time and I am so glad I went today for lunch around 12 PM. My server Marina was so patient with me and my 3 little munchkins. She definitely made my experience well worth the money. Ask for Marina. You won’t be disappointed

My wife and I were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and we had Miranda as our server and she was very pleasant, and very attentive to us. Our sodas never ran out as she would always have a fresh one on the ready for us as soon as we got to about halfway. I would have to say that she was probably the best server we have ever had at Outback. Thank you Miranda, you did a great job.

Took my grandmother out to eat for her 76th birthday and had a great time. Our server, Noah was great. Kept our bread and drinks refilled the whole time. The food was great and grandma got a free desert at the end. She kept raving about what a good time she had. Our server even went out of his way to hold the door open for us on the way out! Good food and good service, thanks Outback!

I liked my expierence the first time I came here but this last time wasn't good at all. They couldn't get my steak right after twice of it being sent back and then I got food poisoning and im pretty sure it was from my food sadly im disappointed.

As the country continues to live off of handouts from the government help is hard to find Good help even harder. That does not seem to be the case here. From the amazing young man who made my night better just by asking us “How many, 2 and a half?” To the wonderful lady who had more patience to offer us then we deserved. They all communicate as a team to ensure the best experience and delicious food are provided quickly and continue to the end of your meal. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening to all working during my visit!

My husband and I went in for our anniversary. Friends recommended. We were put in a small table. Server has rude vibe. Made us seem like we are bothering. The plates were big my food was small. We had three big plates at our table. The servers were walking close to our table we moved our drinks. If you go out don't take the high table.

Took the family out for dinner tonight. I would say it was certainly the best service we have ever gotten for our large family. Our server was Dee she was polite,friendly, quick to respond to all my kids requests, made sure Our dinner was up to par, and just over all very kind. Thanks Dee!! I haven’t had Outback in years. And boy oh boy. I’m walking away in a food coma! Because everything was absolutely delicious! I ordered the meat loaf 😋 everything was hot and fresh! I can’t wait to come back 🥰

It’s been awhile since we came to Outback. We had Sydney H serve us and she was wonderful. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. I will be definitely be coming back and hoping to have Sydney or someone as great as her give us another wonderful experience. A+ to Sydney and A+ to Outback in Sioux City.

Came for lunch on a Friday about 1pm. Moderately busy but not full—no wait for a table. Service was very good but the chef needs more training. All baked potatoes were raw, asparagus wasn’t cooked either. Victoria’s filet tasted good but was a cheaper steak than they used to serve. Much thinner and more gristle. Our server did a great job and wasn’t responsible for the undercooked food. Manager helped a bit but we won’t be back. Not with Archie’s just up the road

Sidney was our waitress and she was so friendly and upbeat. She was attentive and listened to me and ordered my meal exactly how I wanted. I had a few changes from the way the food is originally served. She checked back often to ask if we needed anything else and to see if we were enjoying our food. We are regulars here and while service is usually good, this is the first time I feel like a server went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one.

Dee was a wonderful waitress! This is the first time in a long time everything we ordered was perfect!! Blooming onion was perfect! We ordered salads and they were exactly what we ordered. Steak was cooked exactly like we ordered. I ordered fries without salt. The server brought our food and explained the fries had salt so they were cooking another order. It came right out. We are very impressed!

My wife and I ordered the filet mignon in medium well. As soon as they came out, we questioned where these cuts of meat were from because you can clearly see these were not the correct part of the tenderloin, if any at all —- A female manager came out, unpleasantly, and I asked her what cut these were, and she said you can clearly see they are fillet mignon’s because of the way the meat is ’turning up on the top’. I asked her which part of the tenderloin these came from and she had no idea what I was talking about. She said she could take them off the bill and I told her I just want a proper filet mignon.— The next two she brought out were better cuts of meat…. but still didn’t look like the right cut of meat and we’re very dry and grayish. —-Then we noticed a couple behind us was asking to speak with a manager because they said their fillet mignon’s are obviously not the correct Cut, and she was arguing with them as well. The couple said they have never seen a filet mignon with such fat and Cartlidge so she’s clearly wrong. This lady manager has no idea what she’s doing, and instead of taking the sides of the guests, she just says that’s how they are made when she has clearly never butchered a cow like myself. — I would assume after four people complaining about the cut of meat that she might think there’s a problem, considering she doesn’t even know what she’s looking for, but she would rather argue and tell a cattle rancher they are wrong. Get rid of her. And find a chef that knows what he’s doing. I’m including a picture of the first steak brought out. It was full of fat and came apart in stringy sections of nastiness.

Usually very consistent great steaks however my last visit I ordered my steak rare. It came out rare as requested, the surface was charred hard like cutting through cardboard. I'll be going back weekly. Just a one off.

We had dinner this evening as a party of 5. The staff seemed to work very well as a team and were super efficient and such speedy service . Our server, Tallie was amazing! With my special gluten free diet needs ,she was super attentive and knowledgeable, and even double checked on the status of my side of mushrooms for the delicious filet mignon to confirm they were gluten free-She was so attentive to our table and you could also see that the staff all seemed happy to be at work…assuming that means management is top notch and positive because the employees seemed so happy. So much attention went into not only the meals, cocktails and beverages, but the bus staff made rounds to keep our table clear of empty glasses, finished appetizer and salad plates and worked with the waitstaff to make sure we we comfortable and had an enjoyable meal! Wonderful! We’ll definitely be eating at the Outback steakhouse more often!

Where has my sweet little server named Destiny gone? I miss her dearly she was one of the best servers I ever had. She always listened to my order perfectly and had a sweet smile. Hope to see you again my little angel.😊

Food was very good, bread was really fresh. Waitress was nice and friendly (and attentive)! Was slow and took a minute to get seated! Would recommend and will visit again!

Great experience! Our server, Josie was very busy with a full section and still brought us everything we needed on time! Very attentive and the food was EXCELLENT. The steaks were cooked accordingly. We will be back!

Had a great meal at the bar this evening. Ordered the new Bone In NY Strip, Pittsburgh Medium, and it was cooked perfectly and had great seasoning on it. Friendly staff with great customer service! Will definitely return.

Most of what we ordered was good. My dad had a prime rib and it was very tough that he had a hard time cutting it. The cooked vegetables were not cooked all they way and were raw. The server you could tell had a tough night but was very helpful and kind.

Love this place, our server Kaleb was amazing.. I would always recommend and the newest dessert is delicious and perfect for sharing
