Been forever since the wife and myself have been out here. Our waitress, Kaylee, was very prompt, courteous, and friendly. The food was amazing and it came out sooner than expected. Will definitely be coming back very soon.

We get the endless shrimp and love how they have added the limited edition types. Service is always great in Sioux City and they are quick to put in new orders and get your drinks refilled without asking. I Love That!!

the service was wonderful, our server was awesome, the drinks were delicious. The snow globe drink had edible glitter which was so creative and fun. My husband really enjoyed his food!

It’s been years since we’ve eaten at Red Lobster. It was a nice dinner. I forgot how heavy the food is, good but heavy. As I get older I can’t eat as heavy food, but I would eat this daily if the heartburn didn’t come.

Had a great experience while taking the family out for dinner. Our servers name was Josh. He was one of the best servers I have had while dining in a restaurant. Very friendly and sociable. For a busy Friday night He check on our table regularly as well as the others tables he was looking after. He was prompt to bring out our drinks and cheddar bay biscuits. If you dine in and get Josh you will know you will be taken care of very well. He always let us know the status of when to expect our dinner. It was a pleasure having you as our server. Keep up the great work! Our dinner was really delicious. If you like sea food you can't go wrong with Red Lobster. Updated 5/28/23 - we got the pleasure of having Josh as our server again. Can't say enough great things about him.

In my anniversary here... Everything was good and fresh, good flavors. Amazing servers. Funny story.. I move from Florida and (and loving Iowa) I eat on 100s of sea food restaurans including Coco Florida RED LOBSTERS.. well for some reason the seafood is more fresh and delisius in this place in Iowa than in the Red LOBSTER AT THE coast of Florida. I THINK THAT IRONIC. I stronly recomend this place, the chef is a amazing cook. And all the staff treated us very nice, I will be back soon. Pd: also you can pick a lobster in the aquarium, in florida they don't do that enymore for a long time.

For any who have been to a Red Lobster before, you’ll know what the delicious cheddar bay biscuits are. Yummy buttery garlicky goodness. It’s always a battle to push them away knowing if you don’t, you won’t be able to eat your meal. But they are so good. And you’re hungry when you arrive. Anyhow, those are the one picture. The hose salad is another, which was one of my sides. The baked potato was the other of my 2 choices for sides. Both good but pretty straight forward, and nothing to write home about. For my meal, I chose the pick 2, and my 2 choices were shrimp scampi, and the other was shrimp linguini. The linguini is an Alfredo based, but I always ask them to change the sauce to their Cajun instead. It’s still the Alfredo sauce, but has the Cajun seasonings in it. I like it much better that way. Food is generally good quality, and warm. Service is almost always quite food.

Had a wonderful meal with fantastic service! The waitress went above and beyond! I can not recall her name, but she had beautiful Angel tattoos on her right arm and was very kind and went above and beyond for everyone she waited on, and was very knowledgeable! My boyfriend and I had a Wonderful evening and an excellent meal!

The food wasn't as good as I've had it before. My first round of shrimp skewers were burnt and tasted burnt as well. Wasn't too thrilled the waitress didn't seem to care but oh well. The other shrimp I had were delicious though!

Went tonight got put on a wait list after 4 other parties got seated that came in after us finally went up and asked said we had gotten deleted that was 30 plus minutes later then we got told Beer we wanted was not available then we sit for 10 more minutes without being acknowledged then we order never was brought biscuits with out asking I ordered endless shrimp and a baked potato which was not even cooked then was told I would have 2 more shrimp entries and was brought one she replaced my potato without out any butter or sour cream. Was never asked how our food was never saw a Manager so disappointed worst visit ever

The food was great, but they ran out of biscuits and questioned us at the end of our meal... on if we were going to eat the biscuits here or take them home with us. Not sure if they were coming out of her paycheck or not??

My fish had 1/2"of breading on it which wasn't hard to find but the flavor was. It had none. We also had the clam chowder and we're not fortunate enough to find a clam in the watery broth, however, we found the flavor and it was horrible. The shrimp was some of the best we've ever tried. What happened?? Red Lobster used to be considered a nice, Somewhat "nicer" restaurant to go to. I don't think I'll ever go back. Fast food would be a better choice... Especially for the money you spend. Do not recommend. Oh, and another unfortunate part of our meal was our rude 1,000 miles a second talking waitress who made you feel like she didn't have time to take your order or do anything else for you. And when we asked for more biscuits, which were endless with one of our meals, she replied they didn't have that many so "I only brought you two" !

The absolute best service from our waitress! She was phenomenal and wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out! She knew the menu and items very well! She was attentive and patient! Hands down will go again and hope she’s our waitress because she made the experience worth it!

Our server was Awesome. Our food not so much. Paid over $90 to go home and snack. Very small portions for the price of the feasts. Paid $26 for one pictured. Mushroom appetizers were a mystery, and not sure what they were stuffed with. All I tasted was soggy breading with no taste to it. Biscuits had absolutely NO TASTE to them. My salmon was very dry. Gave it another try tonight after having same experience couple moths ago as it was me and my family's favorite place to eat on Sundays. Won't be returning

Got in just before closing. Food was great. Waiter very helpful as was whole staff. One of the best cooked steaks I've had at a Red Lobster since I usually get a surf and turf combo of some kind. Great evening.

Worst service I've ever had at a red lobster. Empty drinks, had to find waitress multiple times ending in going to find someone else at the front to get a bill after sitting without service so long. Crab meal pictured shows a plate full of 3 large sets of legs, plate only showed up with 1, very misleading for $$ and poor service. When spending $160 for dinner with family it would be nice to have some service.

Family went there after graduation. Everyone was please with their food. The service was great. Waitress was friendly and engaging. Had pasta dish, and it was delicious!

I placed an online order and completed the online payment as always, one hour in advance. Normally, I only wait for about 2-3 minutes at the curbside. But tonight I ended up waiting for 15 minutes without anyone showed up to hang me my order. I thought it was just busy hours but when I went inside to the bar area, the employee told me it was Pay to Pickup order. Perhaps the employee was new but it was quite an unpleasant experience. I want to bring this to your attention, so you can double-check the receipts or system to prevent this rookie mistake from happening to others in the future.

We enjoyed our experience. Our waitress treated us very good & the family enjoyed the meal.

Osman was the best server we could’ve asked for! He provided perfect service for us. He made sure we had drinks and our food came out fast! Osman deserves better pay/better benefits. I would come here over and over again just to ask for Osman. Thank you Osman!

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences we've had in awhile. Our waitress was attentive to our request. The food was absolutely cook to perfection. We've eaten here before and it has always been good, but this time was outstanding.

Had the Caesar Salad and it was very good, also good size as it was dinner time. Service was quick and top notch - checked on us quite often. Had a very enjoyable evening - would recommend!

The smell was horrible. My drink I left full cause it tasted horrible. My lobster tail that I paid extra for was small. Plus I was charged 75 cents extra for a shot in my drink I didn't ask for. I took my food to go so I wouldn't seem rude but tossed it out. Had diarrhea after the rest of the day. Horrible experience.
