This is my all time favorite restaurant in Sioux City. I'm currently away at college and every time I'm home for break I have to go to Jose's at least once during my visit. The staff are very polite and recognize me as a regular customer. I love their chips & salsa, steak tacos, orange rice, nachos, Mexican burger, and especially their horchata!

Very nice family restaurant!! The menu is on a whiteboard in Spanish, but there are also hand-held menus in Spanish and English. Our server spoke both. The tacos and tostadas were good, as were the chips and salsa. My Diet Coke was bottled, but they do have fountain drinks. We were very happy with our food and service!!

Stopped in to meet a client so had to try the chips & salsa and the steak burrito, OH MY! My kids ripped into the other half of my burrito at home and can’t wait for me to bring them back for more! So far I’ve only had their Tacos but omg this place is so good! Just as good as La Juas across the street but without the wait. The carrots are mucho bueno and even have a little more kick than some.. other places 👀 and the chips. Honestly. Best tortilla chips I’ve ever had. I know that sounds like such a simple thing but they’re crisped just right. Definitely my new go to!

Always go here for great food and lovely service! They truely appreciate your business much more than the other guys!! (You know who I'm talking about.). Get treated with more than just a "whattya want, OK here it is, go" feeling from la jua's. Actual better place to go with family if u want. Some friend back in high school introduced me to this place about 14 years ago and said "This is where the real Mexicans go to eat".

Great authentic food. Delicious and good price. Affordable for the whole family. I eat here when I want good food and good service.

Always delicious!! When my sons are in town, all they want are Jose's tacos!! Jose's are the best in the area! We will NEVER eat the crap food that is sold across the street from Jose's!

I cannot tell you how many times I've been here, but it is the best everything every time! The server is awesome and efficient and best of all kind. This place is a hidden gem for sure!! Still amazing time after time after time!!

The food was really good we didn’t have to wait long for our food but I ordered a Horchata and it tasted expired and I told the lady it wasn’t very good and she still made me keep it and pay for it after only taking one drink when it was not made correctly

Definitely give Jose's a try on its own merits, nut just because LaJa's is busy. Note: cash only, but they do have an ATM by the front.

Esta muy bueno! For those who don’t speak Spanish that means it is very good!! Would recommend low price for how much food you get and it is all delicious. I had the burrito supreme and it tasted supreme. My brothers had tacos and they tasted muy delicioso!!

We were traveling and like to try non chain local restaurants. Jose's was delicious, I had the shrimp fajitas and whatever the sauce was is fantastic. My husband had chili releno, enchilada and taco plate. We were impressed with the fast friendly service.

My go to for nachos! Love their salsa. Always have great customer service!

Just delicious! Has become a favorite restaurant in Sioux City. Very reasonable and service is exceptional.

Good food. Stinky mop smell. Probably won't return for a while.
