This was my 1st time eating here and I was impressed. It has a few rules and I'm ok with them. Everything was delicious and the prices were very nice. Free self serve refills on drinks is amazing. Good service and atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves Italian food or just pasta in general. They also have pizza and salad options and so much more.

Was my first time having it. The spaghetti and meatballs was better than olive garden tbh. The pizza was not great but the cheesecake was good. The staff was very pleasant. Overall great experience.

Very economical. This sampler I got had 4 different things on it using a big plate. For $3 more, you get a salad and drink. All said and done, about $12 for everything, and it was a ton of food. Service was great. Food was prepared quickly, very friendly people, and attentive to check up on you. Bread sticks (when dining in) are unlimited, and they come hot and fresh, buttered and seasoned with garlic. They are super soft and fluffy. Honestly, I rate their breadsticks above Olive Gardens. They are wonderful. Reasons why I’m not going with 5 stars, is nothing that this location has control over. It’s not a complaint of the individual location itself. First issue is, I felt the Alfredo sauce was very bland. I’ve had stuff out of a jar at home that beats it. Secondly, the amount of sauce (all 3 pastas had the same issue) they put on is very little compared to the noodles you get. My feeling is, I can buy a pound of uncooked noodles for $1 at the store. After they absorb the water, you’ve got 2lbs of noodles for $1. Commercially, they buy them much cheaper than that even. Noodles are incredibly cheap. Yet, you’re not really given enough sauce for them. Since pasta is so cheap, you’d think they could afford another 50 cents of sauce. The picture makes it look ok because it’s all on the top. It certainly looks like a decent amount of sauce. But you can’t see the noodle to sauce ratio. Also, I assume they have a pre-specified ladle size they are told to use. However, mix things up (or eat the top portion), and you’ll quickly find yourself eating plain noodles. Again, I’m sure this is a corporate thing, and not location specific, but you’re reading my review because you want an honest review, right? So, I’m going to tell my experience as it was. Over all, I’m giving it 4 stars still, as service is good, breadsticks are wonderful, and food was pretty good, aside from the lack of sauce. Go in there prepared with this info, and see what you think. And remember, those wonderful breadsticks... they are unlimited. They will keep bringing more if you want. And, you’ll likely want them to.

I went to the bathroom at this establishment, as I was in the stall menstruating an employee poked his head under the stall and said its weezin time as he threw a bread stick under the stall. He then scurried away out of the bathroom. As I walked out I saw the employee, he had long emo homeless man looking hair and no chin. The spaghetti tasted good though.

The food was definitely not as good as I remember it being 😔. The cashier behind the counter couldn't even explain how the menu worked, about making entrees into meals.

Had to select 1 Star but have to say should be -2 Stars. We ordered at 7:02P on Saturday (02/04/2023) and it is 7:49P as I type this. NO FOOD YET! We had to ask for bread sticks 3 times so far. We have went up to the counter twice and been promised someone would bring our food out soon. We did not order anything difficult. At 7;53 someone arrived with PART of our order. The server went to grate some parmesan on someone's spaghetti but it had run out. He went back to get chunk of parmesan which he carried with his bare fingers. He laid the fresh chunk of parmesan on the serving tray. Also 1 person's meal wasn't there. Server had to go check on it. Took about 10 minutes. That forgotten meal was the only part of our order that was really hot. The rest of our food, such as the pizza slices was NOT too hot to pick up easily. We've eaten at other Fazoli's in other cities! This was terribly dosappointing!

First few times we came here it was amazing food however our most recent was not so good. Food was kind of old, they forgot our side salads and the tea was gross like it hasent been changed in awhile.

I have been to the Restaurant in Sioux City twice now and it has no real atmosphere and service is alright. Food was hot but nothing special. If you are looking for a pasta dish then this works. If you are looking for a meal with a little Italian atmosphere this is not that place.

Can’t complain about Italian food in the fast food world… but they have THE best employee here- give this girl a raise, she deserves it!

Way too cold inside. Usually I'm pretty warm or comfortable in dining in establishments, but not here! Not ideal seating for our wheelchaired daughter either, but thankfully no one else there to be inconvenienced. Otherwise, the food was good, price was great, and service was great.

Why has nobody made me try Fazoli's before today lol???? Never tried one, but I had time to kill waiting for the next bus. Tbh blown away by the service. Few places have such proactively friendly and helpful staff. Greeted in seconds, two staff helped me with recommendations instantly ...one saving me 3$ on a lunch deal that was UNDER 10$! In today's economy? Rare. Exceedingly rare. The Alfredo and ravioli were fantastic, specifically for a "fast food" ish environment. Noodles properly cooked, not too crisp nor mushy. Chicken had its own savory flavor. Portion size was perfect, and free endless bread sticks and fresh shredded parmesan. Normally fast food would be at best a 4-4.5 but service was off the charts and I had my food in under 120 seconds(2 minutes.) I'll certainly be back regularly. I strongly suggest if you haven't tried this restaurant...you should give it a shot.

Ordered food at the counter, was asked if I wanted to make it a meal. So I ordered a slice of pizza with my food. Got my drink & a few minutes later my food arrived. It was ok at best, there were little pockets of crazy heavy salt in my dish. Then when I finished we noticed the pizza never came out. So went and asked about it and they were really confused. Eventually got the slice and honestly I very easily could've just skipped it. It was just terrible. For the price is hard to expect anything more than what I got.

Initially, I was excited that we were getting a Fazoli's location after trying the one in Sioux Falls. This one, however, makes me not want to go. Food is alright, but I would not Dine In here. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and beverage machine was out of a lot of drinks. Least I would do would be the drive thru for some quick Italian food.

I really like Fazoli’s…always great portions and tasty at a reasonable price. I would caution against ordering through DoorDash from this particular location though. Dasher Ana will steal your food and mark it delivered without driving towards your location.

Our first experience at Fazio’s. Great food, Spaghetti and meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, both delicious. The dining room was very clean with the exception of a couple of straw wrappers on the floor. The attendants were great! Very friendly, attentive and helpful. They came by 3 or 4 times asking if everything was ok, do we need anything, etc. We will go back there next time we are in Sioux City.

Lunch deal was a good price. Food was good. I ordered to go. The service for pick up needs some room for improvement. Waited over 10 minutes to get meal. Gentleman was nice who finally asked me what I was waiting for.

My husband and I were coming from I-29 for a quick bite, but we found out this restaurant is below average than Olive Garden. I ordered the chicken broccoli bake with no penne pasta. I clarified to the cashier no pasta and she repeated the request back. The same cashier came with the bake but with the penne. I told her to kindly give me the same portion without the pasta, but she stated she'll give me a cup. My husband went to the counter and told the cashier to serve the bake the same portion as the penne pasta. The bake was ok in flavor. My husband ordered the sampler plate and it was decent at best. The ravioli was from a package, so don't expect anything fancy. The lasagna was meh, again tasted from a package. The only redeeming quality were the breadsticks. Don't expect top quality "Italian" food from this restaurant. We will never come back to eat.

Wonderfully fast, and tasty loved everything I had ordered! Took maybe 4-5 minutes after sitting down. The food was fresh and warm.

The food was good and hot Service was horrible. It looked like a new girl was left alone to take orders. Customer infront of us had to repeat his order 8 times, and she got it wrong. They were also out of breadsticks until we were getting ready to leave. Hope they can get this figured out or they will be closing this location soon

Traveling through Sioux City needed to stop for fast food but wanted something other than burgers and this place was right off the interstate. Food was delicious and staff was accommodating and very helpful with the menu ☺️

Service was fast, order was perfect, and the staff was attentive and helpful. Food was fresh, and the server came with a cheese grater to the table. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I haven’t even tried the food yet, I’m literally sitting in the drive thru window waiting on my first ever order meal from this chain. My review comes from the experience that I had while ordering my meal and the experience I had when pulling up to the window. The employee that took our order “Ayden” is the type of employee every business wants “I’m a contractor”, it’s almost impossible finding employees that you know will represent your business and give customers an experience that will for sure have them come back!! The manager “Anthony”, is also the type of employee that ever business wants! Great Job guys, I appreciate it!!

Before going I had my doubts and concerns, knowing it's similarities to fast food. But ounce I walked in the door I immediately forgot my concerns. With an exceptionally, warm, and friendly greeting and service from Krista paired with the outstanding food I quickly received, I must say I enjoyed my time and will definitely come back again!

In from outta town for work and was looking for something quick and tasty. Well, the counter guy, Aaron was just wonderful and pleasant. Ordered the combo loaded baked spaghetti, it was absolutely fantastic and would definitely order again even though I waited 18 minutes for it. Obviously the combo came with a drink...and a salad. Well, the salad was old and flat and limp and soggy....the complete opposite of what anyone would want in a side salad. A bit disappointed about the salad although the breadsticks were wonderfully fresh and soft and warm. I'll probably be back but I'll have to skip the salad.
