I am giving this comment based on the room I am given. Room is small but it's not tiny either. It's very clean. I am lucky to come at this time because Hotel Memory is celebrating 4th Anniversary. We were treated with dinner. Food was tasty too. Staff and nice and lovely but there is always room to improve just as in other places in Burma.

This is excellent hotel in Sittwe. The location is situated near the market and the beach. Not on the main road.

I spend 3 days in Sittwe and the Memory Hotel is by far the best there is in the city. The room was clean with very nice bed linen and super thick towels. Plenty hot water and good working air-conditioning. The front desk staff speaks some English and organized boat ticket for no additional fee. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety of foods and made me a to-go box the morning i left. The restaurant served good cocktails at dinner and better than average food. To me it's the only place to stay on Sittwe.

Elevator is so small. It may not be suitable to be used in such a hotel. Mosquitoe is in the room. Need to run mosquito spray small device. Good Internet, clean room. Service is nice. Food is prefect.

Best Breakfast in town... Rooms are quite big but a bit creepy and lighting system and heater is not working well. Airport Tranfser and Car Rental are very conveinent.
