Yume Sushi Assen

Great sushi, the atmosphere is very busy though. It feels cramped without much privacy. The people serving are kind but rushed and tired. Still I can recommend as parking is super easy

Went to eat with coworkers. Food was great. Lots of choice. Served fast. We had 2 tablets on which you order for 12 people. That was a bit few. And confused the waitress where to put what good. But we had great fun about it.

Not the best sushi I ever had but it was very good. Really like the ordering system with the tablets. Very wide range of sushi and other asian foods ( dumplings were great). Spicy maki's were the best.

Nice good for little money After about 2 years still good food for nice price

Food is fine, but it's more a quantity over quality locale. The quality of the sushi really diminished compared to 8 years ago. It's a great time for a big group of people and the price is very doable for what you get.

Polite and caring young staff. Fast clean service. Only tasted the the Grills and found them delicious, tender, and juicy (unlike some places which soak in frying oil). Didn't try sushi and salads out of care against Corona. A bit too pricey compared to similar all-you-can-eats because even soft drinks and tea or coffee are to be ordered separately. Overall recommend it and may visit again. Thanks!

Reasonable food (but nothing more than that) but terrible service . Rude, grumpy staff walking around in dirty outfit. Also: dirty! Waitress cleaned table by simply brushing everything on the floor.

I really loved the atmosphere but the service was on a iPad so service was mediocre and didn’t feel humanlike ruining the atmosphere a bit. The food was good and they even gave us some extra free sushi and it had a sand-like texture and the people also said a Dutch version of the name instead of its authentic Japanese name I did have a great time here overall 4 stars I would go again

Bad experience. The food is ok, but the lady from front desk had a bad attitude.

Ate here recently. And man, what was it an experience, not in a good way. Everything here, it’s like they marinate all their food in salt, then cook it in salt, then garnish it with salt and then at last put some more salt on top. Everything was so salty on the menu, it felt like I was forced to eat it, instead of wanting to eat it. I get it, as a restauranteur you want to make the people buy drinks so you earn money back that way. But making the food so salty to the point it’s almost inedible that we are forced to buy drinks constantly, that goes too far. Apart from the saltiness from all the dishes, the sushi also has way too much rice and some sushi’s are drenched in sauce. Some of the waiters/waitresses also looked extremely uninterested in their job. The atmosphere was quite nice in the restaurant, nice interior and lighting. Until… the staff started opening up all the blinds and ruined the whole lighting and ambiance in the restaurant. I hope you guys take this review positively, and fix up the seasoning for your food.
