They
operate
well
however
whenever
someone
from
food
court
calls
it’s
always
so
noisy
in
the
background,
ppl
are
shouting
and
speaking
loudly
making
it
hard
to
hear
the
person
in
the
phone.
I
addressed
it
with
the
person
many
times
but
she
just
ignored
me
and
kept
trying
to
ask
her
question.
I
asked
“can’t
you
ask
the
ppl
in
the
back
to
be
quiet
so
I
can
hear
you”
the
lady
on
the
phone
ignored
me.
Finally
I
hear
her
enough
to
resolve
the
issue
and
then
she
just
hangs
up.
I
call
back
and
I
asked
her
why
she
didn’t
address
my
issue
and
she
said
“I
said
sorry
ma”
I
told
her
“sorry
doesn’t
solve
the
issue”
then
she
said
that
she
would
look
into
the
issue
lol
and
I’m
like
look
into
what???
All
you
need
to
do
is
tell
the
ppl
you
are
in
the
phone
with
a
customer
and
they
should
be
quiet!
Sorry
doesn’t
mean
anything
if
you
aren’t
doing
anything
about
the
issue!
Sorry
is
actually
poor
customer
service
