I am so, so thankful for Boya. On December 2, I arrived in Paris to my birthday bouquet from another florist - needless to say, it was a disaster and customer service horrible. My birthday was the next day. I called Boya around 7pm and asked what flowers they had and if I could have something delivered the next day. She told me to place the order online, mention we had spoken, and it would be delivered between 10-12 the next day. My absolutely gorgeous flowers arrived first thing in the morning and I cried tears of joy. Boya saved my birthday. Beyond stunning work and high quality speciality flowers such as ranunculus and garden roses. Thank you for saving the day and for your kindness. Amazing bouquet! I ordered "Spring Pastels" for my sister indicating color choices and it turned out beautiful. Also good price in comparison to other places and great service. I had to change the date of delivery and it was done. Will definately order more flowers at Boya in the future.

As I can't visit my friend in Paris, I did a search on Google to find a flower shop that can help me do delivery to my friend's house, and glad that I've found this shop. I liked the shop owner's taste from the photos she uploaded on Instagram and facebook, so I just ordered online without any hesitation. And I was right, she indeed didn't make me disappointed. My bouquet is so lively and beautiful, and the service is superb. The flowers were delivered on the same day as promised. I highly recommend this flower shop!

Ordered an €80 bouquet and didn't give much direction other than it's for a love interest and she's taken some ikibana classes in Tokyo. The staff of BOYA Paris is super helpful, I have ordered a basket of flowers to the suburbs of Paris where my friend and her family lives and received exquisite help and quick answers in english (I myself can't speak french unfortunately) through e-mails. Even though I ordered from Hungary, everything went swiftly and without hiccups. My friend reported to me that the flowers were gorgeous and had a wonderful fragrance too.
