Very bad! 50% of the goods arrive defective. Complaints are sometimes not processed and are simply ignored. The complaints that are processed take an extremely long time. In the end, no one responds to emails and the account is simply deactivated. I cannot recommend this wholesale distributor! Keep your hands off it! In a very short time I had goods worth over €2,000 because they were defective.

Too many broken parts. Complaints are sometimes not processed at all. Emails are no longer responded to. Everything is blamed on Corona, although the clothes were sent back to the wholesaler long before Corona. I had to send back 3 packages with a value of over €500. I did that. And now there is simply no response to my question as to when I will get the money back. Very bad service!

Best platform for clothing in France. I'm glad there are Paris fashion shops. I used to always have to go to France to buy goods. Now I can have everything conveniently delivered to me. It occasionally happens that wholesalers send incorrect or defective goods, but the support from PFS is great. If you have a problem, you can report it via the site and support will get in touch within a short time and help you solve the problem. I have been a customer for years and am very satisfied. And I will remain a customer there for a very long time.

i have very bad experience .i order them but after three days they said pay us more otherwise we will cancel your order .for me its just fraud kind of website and there is no guranty you peoples will get your order intime .

I order regularly from Paris Fashion Shop and am satisfied with the reliability of the deliveries until this order where I received a defective one. I receive up to 30 packages per week to supply several stores with 2 people processing packages in order of arrival. The time to process, distribution to the store, installation, detection of the defective to finally report the defect took 2 weeks, which is nothing extraordinary for us. I was told that I only had 7 days to report a defective! Nothing can be done for me! Damage!!! By By Paris Fashion shop!
