(The
visit
was
about
1
year
ago)
I
wanted
to
go
from
brown
to
blonde
and
turned
to
this
salon
to
do
it.
I
explained
to
them
that
I
wanted
a
nice,
smooth
finish
and
that
I
have
very
long
and
thick
hair.
They
assured
me
that
they
would
give
me
beautiful
hair.
During
the
coloring,
the
bleaching
agent
was
left
on
the
hair
for
twice
as
long
because
the
hairdresser
couldn't
get
the
pink
tint
out.
The
end
result:
the
hair
broke
off
at
5cm
:)
The
“nice
course”
was
a
brown,
uneven
bar.
It
looked
like
my
roots
had
grown
out.
After
6
hours
the
hairdresser
was
probably
tired
of
it
and
told
me
to
come
back
in
a
week.
Of
course,
I
wasn't
told
that
I
would
need
several
sessions
(to
do
the
approach
in
a
second
appointment?!).
In
addition,
every
hairdresser
has
been
able
to
color
my
hair
perfectly
in
one
go,
except
him.
What
I
also
found
very
absurd
was
that
it
was
-5°
outside
and
he
asked
me
if
he
should
blow
dry
my
hair.
But
this
costs
extra.
Since
I
have
so
much
hair,
two
of
them
blow-dried
my
hair.
During
this
process
I
was
burned
with
a
hairdryer
the
whole
time
as
they
were
obviously
in
a
hurry
that
Friday
evening.
Since
the
hair
couldn't
be
saved
anyway,
I
still
wanted
to
have
nice
curls.
He
put
this
on
my
still
wet
hair,
and
after
10
minutes
there
was
no
sign
of
the
curls
anymore.
The
hairdresser
took
a
before
picture,
but
no
after
picture.
He
was
probably
shocked
himself
by
what
he
did.
I
would
be
ashamed
to
let
my
customer
go
home
with
such
catastrophic
hair
and
charge
another
$400
for
it.
The
only
good
thing
was
the
hair
color.
The
blonde
didn't
have
any
yellow
tint
or
anything
like
that.
If
you
still
want
hair
on
your
head
after
your
visit,
then
I
wouldn't
recommend
this
salon.
