A nice hotel with good facilities. The restaurant services are great and the menu is on point. The room is spacious. The floor mat is however very unclean and there were hair strands on the bed sheets, and that's quite Unpleasant! Perhaps regular vacuuming would help! Otherwise a nice place with very happy and helpful staff. The staff I would give a 5 STAR.

Mansoor is always good, wonderful atmosphere

It has comfortable and splendid view inside. There are beautifully organized trees and pathways. It is amazing. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Big parking lot and you can enjoy weddings other meet-ups that happen there very often. I loved it.

Best place to stay in Hargeisa. Rooms are provided with private balcony and nice and quiet environment. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 05 minutes walk and you can choose your needs comfortably. Very safe location and hotel security is also extremely good.

The rooms are quite noisy with noise from corridors and outside. The room was very clean, but had a musty smell. Food was better than average. Room was reasonable value, but perhaps not consistent with better options in Hargeisa. Some staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Others were a bit less so.

I loved the hotel, good service, food and friendly staff A variety of seating space if you want to work. Kept it's standards from 1994. ATMs in the hotel, the list is endless.

Nice, but there is a big space for improvement ...

I think it is an ideal place but the bathrooms are not friendly..the toilet chamber is just next to the walls..you can't even stretch your legs. The ladies cleaning the rooms are doing great job.even though they are not fluent in English but they are so responsible. Food and the waitress good team

I saw this hotel the first time in 2002 and through the years it has expanded to what it is today. It enjoys a good reputation with many businesses, organisations and visitors from around the world. "t is also a 17 minute journey from the Airport, the Government office to hotel 7 minute and one hour drive from Ethiopian boarder." Except that on the website if fairly inaccurate. It is definitely not a 17 minutes journey from the airport due to the state of the roads, heavy traffic if you choose to come all the way down through town. the other option has very bad roads most of the way, so no speeding. The food range could be improved greatly and so the choice of desserts and pastries to accommodate various tastes. Yet hot drinks are cheap and in line with many cafes in town except a well known franchise one. Mind you this hotel has no entry set for delivery of goods apart from the main entrance .Security doesn’t seem to be briefed on events taking place and those hosting them with their specific requirements. Maybe it’s time to think of having a separate entry for goods delivery because on a graduation day with queues of cars you can’t get through or manoeuvre easily around the entrance . Be proactive is my suggestion to the management and improve this beautiful venue .

Large area for walking and plenty for parking. Rooms are spacious and adequately furnished. Housekeeping ladies are on top of their game. Food is good though a little bit pricy. Restaurant service is hit and miss. Reception staff is excellent and will go out of their way to help you. Internet is extremely slow - less than 1mps.

The hotel was extremely busy over the 4 days and nights I was there. All their meals are Al a carte, breakfast was very basic - tea, bread with an omelette or fried liver. Drinking water was not provided in the rooms. Internet was not very good either.
