Centrally located in Hargeisa, Carro Edeg is one of the best in town. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and responded to booking queries promptly. The restaurant is actually better than another famous one in town, and with better price. Rooms are big and clean (but shower geyser needs repair). Rooftop restaurant and bar are nice places for socialization. The hotel also offers airport pickup/drop off for a reasonable fee.

We ate super tasty, the treatment, the speed and the quality and quantity of excellent food! The delirious cheese bread! Karma lamb, rice with nuts, stepmother prawns and coconut ice cream pistachio ice cream for dessert? oh the samosas are very good, we will definitely repeat!

A comfortable hotel to stay in the downtown area with a reasonable rate. Situated close to ZAAD, Dahabshiil, Premier Bank, Amal Bank ATM, etc. Great rooftop area for dine and chill with friends or colleagues. Amazing service from entrance, front office, restaurant, house keeping, and gym. Either Raho or Suhayb will meet you in the front office and they will help you to settle in a comfy room.

Stayed here for a month in Dec 2021. Very new hotel. Rooms are newly furnished and very clean. Very comfy bed. Wifi is quick. Washrooms are clean and spacious. Staff is highly courteous and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in downtown Hargeisa. The only negative for me was the food as was below-par and we often use to eat from outside.

The reason for giving four stars is that the price is on the high side, the food does not quite match the price, and the cooking time is a bit too long, but it still has other advantages, including a good clean environment, good atmosphere, and good service attitude!

Wow for under $40 and including buffet and rooftop I don’t think you can beat this hotel deal it was amazing staying here and the location was perfect downtown and the room was cold with a/c and it had sitting area with king or queen size bed I will definitely come back and awesome customer service at the reception

It was the most beautiful experiences during my stay in the home land, the staff are very polite and understanding, I asked them about the menu is details and rooms and they knew what they were selling, recommended.
