This hotel is very good, decent and clean. It safe to stay and it is not an expensive one. Security wise very good. Staff were very kind. I have also found an Indian Chief working in this hotel so it is always makes one happy if u find some one from your home land. He cooked really tasty and he was very kind too.

Only curse can get you here have seen my next door a happily married in the same Hotel were sadly broken due to hotel staff that entered their room without knocking their door they spoke to management but were responded to lower than human level the family had heated disagreement Of what happened into their prospective way and broke in to my eyes seen very sadly i had multiple suspectful entering that voilated my privacy too but I could say nothing seen what happened at my next door i prayed to that family may have been restored to their hope Wich was home

Staff are friendly. Prices are way cheaper than many other overrated Mogadishu hotels. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Marhaba Hotel & Restaurant is the best hotel in Mogadishu which locates the most safest place area. It is a wonderful decorated as international style, all staffs are open and smart and good friendly attraction. Enjoyed the food, coffee, shopping, Gym and roof seat for rear view. Security is high, a walk-through body scanner is installed. So, I say, come and enjoy to see the reality. The price is acceptable as normal as everybody and every level. There is also a high level supermarket that we can say All-in-One.

Clean, functional rooms. Great coffee at the rooftop cafeteria. Nicely equipped gym. Generally clean & tidy. The staff could do better with a little training in customer service. Crude/rude security guys at the entrances. A bit pricy at $50 a night. All in all, I liked the place.

My experience I went one time it's some expensive for local people in Mogadishu We were 3 guys we ate $25 for 3 burger and 3 copechino but it's good place not crowding

First off all I would like to say that I’m proud that such a beautiful and modern building is in my home city and I really enjoyed the gym that was on offer but that was all ruined by the absolute disgusting treatment by the members off staff who have no respect and no customer service skills. If you want to stay at this hotel expect to be greeted with dirty looks, rude remarks and when going past security having the biggest gun I’ve seen in my life pointed at your face. They are consisten at ruining your day and making you hate your holiday. My stay at the country was for 2 weeks and so was my booking for the hotel but I had to leave the hotel because I couldn’t stand to be treated in this degrading manor. The one star I gave is highly overrated as I would give no stars. And if the manager/owner is reading this I would highly recommend that you review your staff and have them do a customer service course to teach them on how to actually treat your guests. I hope that this message will help your company grow as the rooms are very good.
