Rays is a great hotel, with a very nice garden to receive / meet people and service can be improved as it takes sometimes too long to order or get your food. It is near the known Seheeraha 'park' (nice green area with some farms which should be protected but is unfortunately disappearing due to constructions). If possible take a walk to this place, engage with farmer and/or the many youth that come there to hang around, to play, to make pics or see the amazing sunset!

I visited this hotel couple of weeks ago it was amazing and the food was very delicious although they don't have camel meat in their menu i don't know why, may be the people in borama don't like camel meat. People from hargeisa usually like camel meat lol

Service was OK but cleanliness was bad they can do better. Also they have to keep up with maintenance specially how many customers and money they are making. The restaurant and the kitchen was dirty and food was not handled well and sanitary. The bathroom was offal and smells ooooh. This hotel 🏨 can have proper toilet 🚻 specially for elderly. They need sitting bathroom and not bush bathroom 😒. Is 2021 God gracious.

Very good appearance and relaxing, but very bad service, we came at Rays Hotel VIP at 6 pm as group, it seems we were begging waiter about taking our order. We left at 8:30 with uncomfortable service. I hope CEO will hire some professional people, or change the policy.
