Almost everything is double over priced here.. can you believe that Philips beard shaver is priced at $80 dollar?? The samething in the USA will cost u less than $30. they are ripping people off.

Their customer service is the worst. I bought a product this morning and returned it in one hour later and they have denied to give my money back. Don’t shop here. It’s a rip off market. Please support small shop owner businesses because they deserve your money. Everything at Hayat Market is very expensive. Hayet Market is best and largest supermarket in Mogadishu,

Employees are ghetto and people are overwhelmed when they shopping there, because they never had big super market so this is something new to them. And one more thing I hate about this place is the traffic jam and security guards they can't manage the parking zone.

in one market that can get everything you need in Mogadishu really is amazing and makes easily for the people to get what they need at one place with out paying transportation at many different places. you deserve to get more encouragement.

Hayat market is the biggest supermarket in Mogadishu, Somalia. It operates just like supermarkets in Europe or America. Almost anything one needs from a supermarket is available at Hayat. They also have good customer service, but on the down side, Hayat market is pricey. What you would get for 2$, Hayat might be selling for 4 dollars. I raised this issue to one of their customer service representatives, but not sure if that will change anything going forward. On occasions like the new year, Ramadan etc they provide great discounts for all items. Majority of the time, Hayat is packed with customers who come to shop from different parts of Mogadishu.
