The staff acts as if they don't need to speak with you with respect. They seem to have forgotten that at the end of the day we are customers and human beings. Horrible customer service that starts with the initial contact when trying to schedule an appointment and continues with reception staff. I am going to change my primary care doctor because this level of service is unacceptable .

I feel RWJ is reading these reviews and trying to better their service bc I haven’t had a problem. I have been in 2 times, late 2018 and now April 2019. Yes I have had to call a few times but my call is eventually answered and I left a voicemail and received a call back within 20 min. I did have to wait a while in the waiting room even though I had an appointment but it was worth the wait I had a training doctor and he was great then the lead doctor came in and welcomed me as a new patient and said my health and business in important to the facility. I felt really cared for and will definitely return. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy with no issues.

Very disappointed with this practice! Have been going here for years and its like they truly don't care about their patients! You are past along to different PA or students. They have the worst bed side manner. They just want to quickly diagnose and disregard even if they can't!

I give up after 4 years going here. The app is terrible, the appointment setting process is horrendous, you rarely get the same doc twice, I have been on phone hold for up to 33 minutes myriad times, one doc MOCKED me in her after visit notes. One bright spot: the nurses are EXCELLENT! Will be filing state complaints and will NEVER darken their door again. Disgusting, re-read your oath because I am pretty sure it says nothing about treating patients like cattle.

Can't make appt. No one answers phone or answers email. Will be making a formal complaint to RWJ RUTGERS. I am too sick to be not getting appt.

2022 Update: They have a very good system now, in which I can make appointments online, see my test results, see what preventatives I'm due for, do the check-in online before I get there and even communicate with my doctor. So much easier and more convenient. The receptionists and office staff at this clinic are the worst I've ever had. Forget about getting them on the phone to make an appointment; I've found it quicker to drive there to make the appointment. I only go there because I like some of the doctors they have there and the place is covered by my insurance.

Do you have voicemail, Family Practice?? I've tried calling on 2 phones!!! Nothing! Thank God I am not dying! You can call me, but I can't contact you?! Please answer the phone or have voice-mail open so that I can make MY appointments as you asked! It's been a half hour already! Since 3! I am a working client. I love FAR so I need to know thanks!!

Worst treatment ever, even if you are sick, they will give appointments within week and please if it is a follow you will never get an appointment. Find another doctor or practice, they are really not good at all

when you have an appointment and you are on time .. they take you and take 50 minutes just to start . they get you prepped then have you waiting. i don’t appreciate being here for 2 hours just for a physical.

My fiancé had an appointment last week, she used the pharmacy attached to the hospital, right across the street, as the pharmacy to pick up her prescription. She had been hospitalized a week before and was given a couple of days worth of the scripts she was prescribed. The pharmacy needs to ok something with her doctor before they dispense the script AND NO ONE WILL CALL HER BACK! She has called and left messages NO ONE has called her back. This is a medication that she NEEDS to be on for her AUTOIMMUNE disease she has.
