I like the room for its spacious, quiet and rated 3 star being a 3 star budget hotel. It's really economical value for money, cos saving hotel. Minus points as follow , no tissue paper provided., not enough rubbish bin provided in the room, with only one provided in the bathroom no toothpaste and tooth brush, dust on the safe and floor, poor internet connection especially no internet in the extended room under triple luxury. Will be great once can improve on the above points. Last point, I experienced occasional walking footstep noise from the room on top. Not sure what's going on.

Relatively still new budget hotel. Clean room. Unfortunately wifi sucks despite feedbacks given to front desk. One thing I can’t understand is the toilet light cannot be switched off n bcos the partition between the room and toilet is a tainted glass, the light permeated through the room, making it bright. If you need total darkness to sleep, this is very bad news! Otherwise reasonable rate n relatively good location near to most activities.

Great budget hotel, always stay here when we are in town. Nice and clean room big enough for small family so at least try. (warning) for vapors, do not vape inside the room not even in the bathroom. I did last time we stayed, smoke alarm went off like 22:00pm. People in my floor were panic and ran off. So I did paid some small fine so just don't vape or smoke at all. The fire alarm system are super sensitive.

One more thing, this hotel doesn’t have extra pillow. The luxury triple room is so dirty. Rubbishes left by previous guest in the room , housekeeping did not clean it and throw it away. Ask receptionist in the counter and was rudely replied “you may call housekeeping yourself” ! Wifi provided for us but can’t even use it! Will not recommended this hotel and will never book this hotel again in the future

Very good place to stay & not so busy traffic. short distance to Diana shopping center & not far from Lee Garden.

Although it is a budget hotel, basic hygiene should be available! Very disappointed. The luxurytriple room is was so dirty with dust everywhere. Especially the toilet, it seems that it has not been washed for several months, just like the unpleasant smell of public toilets. They were all moldy, and when I checked into the room, I found jewelry left by the previous customer. What's worse is that when you go out and come back, you can't get in the door. It took a long time for the counter staff to open the door for us. We let the technicians handle it as soon as possible, but we have to waste time waiting for them to repair the door, which really delays the time and affects the leisure mood. Looking up at the ceiling while sleeping is full of spider webs. Also, this hotel doesn't have extra pillow. In such a hot country, the hotel lobby has no air conditioning at all. There is no fan, and it is very hot waiting for check in. The photos and appearance of the hotel are very new, but the fact is not. Hotel under maintenance. Will not recommended this hotel.

It is recommended to choose this Hotel to avoid busy traffic of Hatyai and if you have your own transport. Otherwise you need to get tuk tuk service which is always available in front of the hotel. Deposit required as 500bath, please make sure you prepare that much money as other hotel normally only ask for 200bath. The room is clean and big. I booked luxury triple room and it is very good. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. This hotel only have one elevator. It cannot fit a big group.

Although the property name is Premeir but there is nothing premier about this. Basic accommodation, basic stuff. Can’t even get an extra key card and an extra pillow. Location is pretty decent. About 5-15 walk to some eateries. The Wifi kept dropping on and off. Mainly off.

Poor wifi coverage. Keep on disconnect. Room616 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Lack of proper lighting coverage. Toilet & bathroom so dark. Too many sharp edges on furniture. The tv all burn spot, result poor picture quality.

Easy to find using waze. Ample parking spaces. Smooth check in process. They take 500thb for deposit upon checking and they do check the room upon checkout before return back the deposit. Room is very spacious and clean. Wish they could provide iron like most hotels in my country. You could ask for iron if needed. Tuktuk always ready to take passengers in front of the hotel with 100thb for up to 4 persons or 150 for up to 6 persons. Staffs here are very helpful and polite.

Google reviews was overrated. If u can afford the price value for this hotel, please don’t choose here! Out there still gt alot of better choices than this. Room was different from their photos. Room is kind of creepy, it have a big mirror beside your bed facing u! Room light is very dim. The room & toilet is little dirty. The shower water pressure unstable. Only gv 1 room card. Location is far from everything.

The location might be far about 1-3 km if you wanna go to tourist attractions place, but the tuktuk service at there really affordable and the tuktuk driver really kind 👍 they even bring us to anywhere without took extra charge since we already ask them about price, for room, the light 💡 room is very low for me… the worker at there really nice 💖

By far the worst experience I’ve had in any hotel establishment, hence no stars for rooms nor service. Our suite (room 501) was dirty and poorly maintained, with loosely fitted vinyl floors, stained sofa, and moldy bathroom with signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the air conditioning gave way during our stay. Size of alternative rooms could not comfortably fit our group size, and we resigned to staying in our original room with a fan. Seeking reasonable recourse was declined by the management, who could only afford “special discounts” for future booking as compensation. Definitely wouldn’t want to touch any of their B2 hotel outlets again, and will not recommend this to anyone.

Three families from my side had booked rooms one month in advance for our stay. However, during check-in, we were given rooms on different floors: floor 5, 6, and 7. When I requested to have all the rooms on the same floor, they ignored my request, claiming that the other rooms were not of the same design. However, it should be noted that the room design depicted in the pictures and the actual rooms were not exactly the same. Furthermore, on floor 5, we experienced negative energy, and one of my family members was disturbed during the night by something scratching his legs. Additionally, the lighting in the room was extremely dim.

new hotel, not to crowded.. around 800 mtrs walking distance to Asean Night Bazar.. need take tutut or grab if need go to Lee Garden, KimYong n Tamrab. But need to change lighting inside room- too dimmer.

This is my favourite hotel if i came to Hatyai... easiest to got public transport like tuk tuk if you want to go anywhere if you are doesn't want to drive...best hotel and best staff..very2 helpful

I'm having trouble check out, the staff did not check the room properly and informed that the room slippers were missing, while they were in the closet. Wasting almost half an hour of my time to get to the airport due to the negligence of the employees. no apology at all.

Good value for money. Room 209 Bathroom has a bad smell. Some of the room lights were not working, so the room was quite dark. The wifi is quite slow. Good location, 10mins walk to eateries and 7Eleven. Parking is provided too. Tuktuk available from Hotel entrance. Friendly & Helpful staff!

This hotel is crazy. Its location just around everything. Staff was polite and give good service. Must give credit for their cleaner. They will keep clean your room everyday without miss. Perfect stay when come to Hatyai. We got best stay for 4 ninght here. Thanks

Decent budget hotel. 900m to Central Mall Hatyai and around 2km to market place. The triple room was quite small. The room was a little under maintenance. A bit dusty on the furniture. No proper mirror inside the room so girls who want to do their make up have to go in the shower room. But overall it was fine with the price. Plenty of parking lot if you are driving there. There is a nice cafe just in front of the lobby which I highly recommend.

Good things, the room is big space and clean for 3 persons. The attraction like asean night market, greenway market and central festival mall are walking distance. Bad things, when we arrived, the lift was not working, checkout is hustle, you have to wait till they checked your room so dont expect easy check out. Pls dont bring back the given shoes as you need to pay. You need to pay deposit 500 bhat if you smoking in the room

Worst customer service from the receptionist doesn't not even bother to greet and attend the guest with an attitude with sour face. Does not attend or fulfill our request. Requested for make up room the receptionist ask to call the housekeeping ourself. Booked room which can occupied for 3 persons but only give 1 card key. Request for extra pillow and tissue box receptionist said dont have. never recommend this hotel outlet to anyone.

Nice place. The room lighting is a bit dim. Also I wish that they have a water server for drinking water. Location is good, near to the central festival mall.

This was the most lauzy hotel that i stay in hatyai. Pillow Dun have extra. 3person only one card use for room. Room very dirty. Waiting hall no air-conditioned. Like a ghost hotel

i book luxury triple room is same with the agoda app show...room price acceptable...convenience parking area...but the water pressure in toilet is very slow....bathroom's door no convenience to open ...bathroom's door change to sliding door is better...
