Disappointment! Trusting was a mistake that will never be repeated, as I will never do business again. We bought a trip to Chile with the employee's promise that we would stay at the NH PLAZA, opposite SKY Costanera. Everything was confirmed via WhatsApp with him, including that it would be this hotel, I trusted, paid, and signed the contract. When we arrived in Santiago, I saw that the hotel was the NH Casacostanera, far from what he confirmed. Damn moment when I decided to trust blindly, because all our logistics, including the information for the Chilean police, was that we would be at the promised address, but the contract for me to sign (first we paid, after we had access to the contract for electronic signature) was different .
