I have always used the MedCenter medical service. This complaint does not refer to the doctors but to the administration of the place. My husband had a consultation with a urologist, Dr. Lineu, who requested several tests. Today the exams were ready and the return (free) is due on the 31st. But the doctor won't be attending any more this week, so the attendant told me that I'll have to pay for another appointment. I ask who is at fault, if the return can be until the 31st??? This procedure is not correct. I was unhappy with this service.

Her husband underwent consultation on 12/06/16, with a return deadline of 12/31/2016. The doctor came to the clinic, with an appointment available on 12/20/2016; but I did not find any contact between you and the Clinic. I will contact you by phone to explain and schedule an appointment with Dr.

Terrible, because I arrived 20 minutes late because I'm from Itapeva and the bus was late but the attendants didn't even want to know, I still tried to ask for understanding so they could talk to the doctor but they told me a big no, I won't be back.
