Maison les Chandelles is the most beautiful place in a wonderful peaceful setting. I didn't want to leave! Accommodation is comfortable and homely, got everything you need. There is a swimming pool and pétanque. Karen and Jerome are brilliant hosts and very welcoming. They have great knowledge of the local area. We will definitely be going back.

Karen and Jerome are wonderful hosts and the property and facilities are fantastic. The beautiful location is peaceful, but also close to many of the region's most popular sightseeing destinations and historic places of interest. A true gem and we cannot wait to come back!

We stayed at Maison Les Chandelles for a week in 2016. Jerome and Karen are a lovely couple who run a fantastic holiday home in the Dordogne. We loved everything about the rustic houses with walnut and fig trees. I especially enjoyed the local market and caves (gouffre de padirac). If you want a holiday in rural south of France on a ancient pilgrim trail with a swimming pool and private boules court look no further! We'll definitely be going back.

We feel so lucky to have found this gem. The last and best stop of a 32 day trip around South West France by motorbike. The property and surroundings are beautiful and your hosts, Kevin and Jennifer are delightful. Sadly we only had 3 nights here but hope to return next year for more relaxation. Simply stunning. Thank you for making us so welcome and for taking me for a spin inthe sidecar!

Un superbe séjour chez Jennifer et Kévin. Nous sommes venons entre amis (12 personnes) pour un séjour d'une semaine et nous nous sommes régalés. La maison est superbe, spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Les extérieurs sont géniaux avec une très grande piscine et un terrain de pétanque. Jennifer et Kévin sont très à l'écoute, disponibles et surtout très très sympathiques. Nous avons eu du supers conseils de leur part et des petites attention merveilleuses. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la région est formidable, nous pensons déjà revenir dans les prochaines années. Merci à vous deux :)

C'est la 2ème fois que je viens dans cette maison d'hôte. La 1ère fois il y a un an avec ma fille de13 ans qui a adoré son séjour. La 2ème fois, récemment avec ma compagne qui a été séduite par le lieu et l'accueil des hôtes. Jennifer et Kevin sont très professionnels et sont au petit soin pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Un havre de tranquillité dans un environnement très agréable. A recommander. Richard

Nous avons passé 10 jours formidables chez Jennifer et Kévin en mode gîte chambre d'hôtes. Très belle découverte de la région à moto, du gîte et humaine ! Jennifer et Kevin sont de belles personnes passionnées toujours à votre écoute et pour vous faire partager les pépites de cette région de France. On revient bientôt !

Very welcoming host, calm place, easy parking, great swimming pool, barbecue place fantastic. We had such a great time and pets and motorcycle more than welcome is a great plus.
