It is a disaster hotel. It need to be renovated. We have paid a lot of money as we thought that standard will be the same like Tuimagic Fuerteventura- do not make this mistake!!! A big disappointment!

This place is a mess. It was fully booked when I went there, the reception and the staff could treat people good and not even manage the problems. I decided to leave the hotel and I have to call the police because they were very aggressive with me, they did not hear me and did not understand my complains. They only think about money and not about people. Customer service = 0. So I ended up making a police report and I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this place. Please don’t go! Even if your agency say it’s good or the price was ok, DO NOT GO there! They are very aggressive people.

Very nice hotel. Organisation was top. Water sports such as Kayak, Banana boat and wind surf were free and included in the all inclusive package. You only need to download the application called "Magic live", select your hotel (magic live penelope) and get yourself registered. The food was good too with huge choice and getting new things everyday. I had once a red Mediterranean Tuna. A very expensive fish but again, there it was free. Animation team was outstanding. A big thanks to Mohammed for keeping Ismail and Safia. Especially during dinner time. It was much appreciated. Big thanks to Riley as well. Zahra loved the activities in your company. Thanks for this memorable time in Djerba, and we will all see you very soon ❤

We spent one week and had a wonderful time. All the staff is friendly and supportive at all times. The food was delicious and lots of variety. Also the activity team does a fantastic job. We went for a horse ride on the beach for my daughter's birthday and it couldn't have been better ❤️ Thank you for a lovely holiday 2022 🥰

IT'S Very hard to find wher to start but let me start by the main gate. The security personnel was very kind and welcoming to us they helped us find a packing spot for our car then the different teams started to help us in the best way they could . starting from the reception all the way back to the reception agine. When we checked out 4 days later, all the teams were amazing, especially that animation because we spend most of the time with them . I would like to say thank you to HAMSA, that archery instructor MICA the singer RECO shuffle bord instructor RAFAYAL tha great dancer BRUNO LILY And all members of the amination team .

Entertainment program was always available and very encouraging to get people involved. Entertainment crew was outstanding and haven’t met such a good bunch of people at any other hotels. I could recommend the hotel. Very nice environment and well maintained yard. A lot activities in the hotel - gymnastics, free canoe on the beach included, banana ride and windsurf/wakeboard. Nice and clean room but small. The bed was with separate mattress instead of a double bed. Variety of food every day. The beach is very good and big enough. There isn’t wifi near the pool in front of the main restaurant. I didn’t like the massage studio - went to check up the price, the guy didn’t speak English well. I asked for price list he show me only French and German, and told me there is not available in English. It was annoying though… The sauna in the spa center is not included in the all inclusive. The stuff was friendly in general.

We visited TUI Magic Life Penelope Beach as a couple in early October. The park is very tidy with wonderfully maintained gardens. When you arrive the staff greets you with a nice drink and they are quick to help you move your luggage. We had a wonderful holiday at the resort, even though there are things that can be improved for sure. Our experiences: Positives: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are great! The Tunisian A la carte restaurant is amazing, they have an extensive breakfast, lunch and evening meal buffet. The desserts are delicious, great pastries, cleaning of the rooms is on point (public toilets could be better), good and friendly children's facilities, friendly service, everyone seems to enjoy their work: the staff in general REALLY deserves praise! Dromedaries, horses and photographers (for a fee) available on the beach, a clean beach with included sunbeds, themed entertainment every evenings, on-site souvenir shop, spa and doctor's office are located at the resort. You can book outings through Ali near the reception, which are very well organized outings with e.g. a carriage or quads. Included activities can be booked through the Magic Life app, which generally works really well! Some points to improve: Straps come loose quite easily, after which you have to queue at reception to have them fixed. Not a smoke-free park as indicated, which is especially annoying. Smoking took place in all outdoor areas of restaurants, bars and on pool loungers, including shisha. It seems like the guests just don't care and the staff is too nice to correct them. Regarding food; not much vegan options in the buffet, although vegetarian options are available in spades. Half of the buffet has no nameplate; this is a real easy fix and would help people out a lot! We had a sports activity canceled without notification, which was a bummer. Some guests that want to watch a football match claim the entire main lounge with VERY loud noise, making it impossible to chill out. Regarding drinks: there is no ice tea in the entire park, which is a bit weird. Not all cocktails can be ordered at all bars even though the menus all list them. Finally, you can only hand in the bath towels in one time slot and pick them up in another time slot, which is quite limiting if you want freedom to plan your day (although we can imagine that this might be part of the eco-policy, in which case it's understandable). Side notes: Some employees speak little or no English; they mainly speak German and of course French and Arabic. Not a real issue, but know that you really need to speak French or German to order your food. There is no ATM in the resort and you cannot pay by card at all places, so you need cash. The nearest ATM was out of order, so we walked through the streets to the next one (assume you'd have to walk about 20 minutes in total at least).

If you don't speak German/French /Arabic you will have a hard time interacting with the staff...from reception to waiters non of them speak English..... The grounds where amazingly maintained, pools where really clean and beach as well . If you are looking for a big diverse Menu you are out of luck here as the "recycling " of ingredients is very visible here. Main dining area looks a little outdated and could use a good clean .

Nice rooms, shower 🚿 👌 but no bath. Excellent service, cleaning service, bar service 👏 This place is nice, but the environment and location around the hotel is very fake and not friendly place.

I visited this hotel based on multiple recommendations from friends and I'm greatly satisfied with the quality of service at this hotel. The staff from the reception gave me my room card within 20 minutes of arrival even though I was early for the check-in. The staff at the wunderbar, restaurant are super friendly and will put a smile on your face. A special thank you to Chaouki at the beach bar who is a tie model for the kindness and professionalism in which he treats everyone, a smile if not a laugh therapy id guaranteed with his great sense of humour and jokes. A great work from the the entertainment team who will keep you busy throughout the day with lots of activities, thank you Mario, Jo, Nuria, Laura and in house DJ. Last bit not least, the staff at the restaurant from the waiters to the Chef will definitely make you enjoy your stay with the quality of service and the good variety of TASTY DELICIOUS MOUTHWATERING food ..(I'm hungry already :)))) plenty of options. The rooms are renovated and cleaned everyday with an amazing view to the beautifully well maintained garden This is why this hotel deserve 5 stars. Will definitely come again again for more holidays! Thank you to all the staff, keep up the good work, you guys are amazing!!!!

It was nice experience except the receptionist was a bit rude and cannot speak English well and we couldn’t communicate with her.

Fine/OK, but not as a Magic Life Club. Except the Animation Team with Belu, Laura, 2xRafael and Jason, etc. - they were great - and made our holidays. Food is good, especially the national dishes. We heard of "reduced staff !?" - but at this price !! In the second week the management tried to improve the services with more organization (e.g. more dishes were described), but still no magic life standard. High Prices - low staff - and therefore low service - a current mismatch !

I went here for the first time ever with my mom and it was so fun!! They organize a lot of activities like Zumba, salsa, fat burning, pilates, ... So there is something for everyone to enjoy. Their employees were all very friendly and polite and really made you feel welcome. I really enjoyed the shows and parties that were organized there and also the extra activities you could do, like parasailing! I really had a much needed, wonderful vacation and I'm really hoping to go back there one day.

We had a wonderful experience. The perfect combination of sport, joy, rest, food and a beautiful place. I don't know what else to praise. I might choose one thing. Thank you to the amazing, tough and incredible coach from Argentina, Nuria (Dance captain). We had 4 rough lessons together and in one word WOW! I will miss you all over the resort. I hope to come again next year.
