Two attempts of scam from cafe staff during a single visit, the ice cream good decorated but of moderate taste, please avoid that place!

almost lost our son due to ALLERGY. Had indicated everything in advance and there would certainly be no milk in the pasta. After 15min our son started to have difficulty breathing and a swollen throat full of rash and had to go straight to the hospital. Next day went back exhausted shocked they just laugh at us and send us away. INHUMAN! out of respect for our son, we can't leave it like this!

This place is now absolutely the worst for service, food quality and the price has doubled. Owners should pay attention that this business is only getting worse. Few places arround him better quality and price. Only thing that they have going for them is the location.

Very nice and fancy place! The service is top notch, and the decor Is nice as well. The ice cream Is also very good :)

Not all staff know English, ice cream is excellent and everyone is friendly! Great place to have gelato! Tip: try black chocolate and mint ice cream mix.

Waiter’s are so rude

Third visit tonight on two weeks holiday before heading home tomorrow. Cant fault the place. Yeah you may wait a little longer for your food but your on holiday, chill!! Great food, great staff and very very decent prices!! Plus outstanding icecream if you can squeeze in a cone for the slow walk home

Real gem in the city of Sousse. Gelato is superb, and you definitely want to take it in a cone just like in Italy. Be aware that more than 2 balls are just not possible in a cone. But it is soooo good you will want to have another one really soon.

The gelato cafe faces a busy road which is great if you like people watching. The food and drinks were decent and the cheech pipe was apparently great ( I don't do it so it's a second hand opinion).

the cafe is in increasingly poor condition. indifferent service for guests. You have to wait a very long time for the staff to notice you have entered. waiting for coffee is even longer, even though there are few guests. the tables are dirty and wobbly. toilets are a disaster.

To enjoy a nice and quiet atmosphere with some delicious ice cream, I advise you to come to this place... 😍🍨🍧🍦

Good place to visit, nicely decorated and delicious food, the price is as expected (in between) , I didn't like how they try to scam you in the price, or they request tips directly, if you're not from culture that familiar with tips you won't like it, and always double check the recite

Nice place to sit and have coffee, ice cream, pizza, etc. There is a corner for kids to play (free of charge but you have to take care of your child by yourself)

My very favourite place to go when am in Tunisia this place is family friendly and always full there's a lil park on the grounds so you can see where the children are.

The food is really delicious there . Big menus and the waiters are nice. But in the night it is chaos there and the food was cold. But the waiters bring us warm food. Thanks 😊
