I want to say that from the first moment when we arrived we were welcomed with ice lemonade and towels to wipe hands. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and make you feel like at home but vacation style. Have to mention the food is so tasty and many options even for vegetarians and vegan. The room is very beautiful and clean with little details as flowers and fruits and some decorations from the staff on the bed. Beach is lovely and pool is clean and warm perfect to cool yourself in sunny hot days. In conclusion I will highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation!

Hotel and services were fabulous. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, remembering orders by the end of our week. Food was good with some regular items and then different things every day. Tunisia is beautiful but you can see the affect of the pandemic still. Hope fully it will recover soon.

Wow such a great hotel small but that is what we like Big all inclusive hotels is not for us Adult only here staff food super .Hoping to return next year ...booked for September and might get a checky week inMay / June if lucky

From the moment we arrived to departure for our 10 day holiday, we were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel, well maintained and clean, but the icing on the cake are the amazing staff. They remember you, your preferred drinks, where you prefer to sit etc. 11 out of 10. Will definitely be going back.

What a fantastic place ,hotel is very well looked after by the fabulous teams of people from gardeners/ cleaners to waiters and Tui team. Everyone is so will to help in anyway, and always easy to find . Food is fantastic and plenty to do, from just sitting on the beach to volleyball in the pool and even good old darts matches.. If the is one thing that I could possibly think of as a negative its the pool bar, food is fantastic and very well plated, But maybe can you have a small plate option, I ask for beefburger....and boy did I get one, 4 burgers . But my fault for not asking. 100% great all round, can't go wrong with this hotel from first meeting arriving and taking you to the airport like family.. xx

Ideal hotel. Not big, very comfortable. I have been in more than 10.. 5 star hotels, but I really liked this hotel. The food is excellent. Every day something new, and everything is of high quality. The staff really works! They remember what you drink, what you eat. They are really happy for you and want to make you happy. There was live music during dinner in the restaurant. I felt great. The interior is beautiful, everything is done in a modern design.

Amazing food, lots of choice around the hotel at different locations. Great pool, amazing beach but swim area is small....speedboats buzzing close by to the safety zone deterred snorkelling further out. fish life and eel grass abundant. Lots of locals fishing or harpooning small bass. Staff are very attentive and massage at the spa is highly recommended.

A peaceful oasis where every member of staff works tirelessly to give you the best possible holiday. The hotel communal areas, grounds, rooms, beach and pools are all immaculately kept. The food is excellent the variety offered at every meal is phenomenal. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options are always available. The service on the terrace, in the dining room, A la Carte restaurant, Thea's bar, Reception bar and Relax Pool bar is nothing short of outstanding. There is a fantastic gym and the exercise classes offered were excellent. The sand is powder white, the sea is warm, the service and food are outstanding. We are going back for the fourth time next year. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Great friendly service and great staff always welcome can do anything wrong great guy allway joking about happy Security do a great job. The only downfall is the shop in the hotel. We are asking 41 price and the next day Entertainment very good Reception staff very helpful always up for a laugh Same goes for the guys behind bar always joking about brilliant blokes Would recommend any couple to come stay here and have a long free time

We have been to Tunisia 3 times before, in which we have stayed in Hammamet, this the first time we are staying in Sousse....and I must say this hotel is amazing. Pros : Very clean, there is always someone cleaning something. • The staff are very friendly and attentive, and nothing is too much for them. • The rooms and balcony are very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bedding smells clean and fresh. Now we come to the restaurant....well what can I say....Amazing... The whole set up of the food is very well with lids on, very hot. There is everything for everyone. The food is cooked to perfection. There is no chewy meat. Everything melts in the mouth with flavour. Everything has FLAVOUR, which is a big thing for me as I'm a big foodie. All the catering staff are professional, and you will always see a head chef watching to make sure things are on point, which is a big bonus. I can honestly say the setup, the service, and the quality of the food can all most be on the same par as a cruise...and I've been on a few of them. I had to compliment the head chef on the quality of the food. Well done and a job well done to all the catering staff 👏🏾 Cons : None.... I will be booking again for my birthday next year.

Hotel is lovely staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble rebeh our cleaning lady treated use like Kings she was excellent at her job and a lovely friendly lady I would be proud to have her working for me if she was in the UK x activities the team put a lot of effort to make your hoilday good fun the only down side was some nights the music was alittle to boom boom they could mix it up with some 80s or 90s for the middle age people the bar staff are great there so busy but still make time for you but in general its a lovely place x

Very delayed review, straight back to work! Came in June 2023 An unbelievable stay at this hotel which was made so very special by the hardworking staff. They go out of their way to make the holiday memorable in every way they are able to. From arrangements in the room to romantic table settings, remembering our drinks, and treating you like you have paid for 5-star service. There are too many names to remember, but the Manager of the poolside café, the restaurant Manager and staff, the poolside drinks guys. Everyone there made such an effort to create an experience holiday. Natalie, the fitness instructor was a solid well experienced addition to a young events team, who were also great. Water polo was a highlight. Our only negative, or let down was the entertainment, which on a two-week loop, was dull and repetitive at best. There needs to be a change in my opinion to the current offering, as it is a resort holiday, and you rely on the evenings at the hotel. Great food, Great Rep, and Amazing Staff!

This place is an absolute golden find to stay in. The service is friendly and genuine, the kitchen was the best I’ve experienced so far on a resort and the spa was amazing to experience. Definitely worth your money and I highly recommend it to everyone.

First all inclusive experience and even though the sea was rough, everything else is great. The staff are amazing and work hard all day!! The room was lovely and the food amazing!

Is a lovely place, good food ,have to be up early to get your towel on sunbeds round pools,very warm in July sea quite still ,hotel staff very friendly ,possibly would return

The rooms are really clean and has a nice view. The personal is really friendly and so kind. The food is very delicous.

Rooms are modern, comfortable & spotlessly clean. They are somewhat small but only there to shower/sleep in Housemaids are exceptional - cheery, helpful & attentive, with bedding/towels changed daily. Restaurant staff, bar waiters, pool staff & reception staff are all willing to provide excellent service. Location not ideal for us. Beach security staff keep any unwanted traders away, but generally, we felt uncomfortable away from the complex. Taxi drivers are intent on overcharging- cabs look barely roadworthy! Traders constantly harass tourists in Medina. Town generally looks dirty & unwelcoming Fast track booking in service provided by Tui on return journey was very expensive, but given the number of passengers departing at similar times, maybe it was worth it for us & the only other couple who paid it!

What a place, super friendly staff, great service all room. If you want some R and R with your partner this is THE place in Tunisia, nothing was too much trouble, fantastic weather and amazing food

This Adult only hotel was of an excellent standard. Great private beach , good standard of accommodation and staff. Do not visit if you want chips every night at meal time as the food is more varied and not a typical all inclusive.

This hotel is not a 4*+ as Tui states, based on the 4/5* I stay in at Turkey. The food is average at best and you have to wait long periods in queues while they cook some things to order. The restaurant is too small for how many people are there so it's absolute carnage. The pool restaurant is average too. The a la carte restaurant is decent and a change from the carnage. I also got two cold beers which I was pleased about as it's almost impossible to get a cold beer anywhere else. We went out to the hard rock cafe a couple of times to get some good quality food and decent drinks which is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. Trying to get a sunbed is impossible near the pool unless you get up at 6 am. If you come back from a trip in the afternoon you won't even get a sunbed on the beach. Entertainment is ok, mainly singers but if you're not down early enough you won't get a seat. It seems the hotel can't accommodate for the amount of people at the hotel. The staff are great, very friendly, the rooms are good with amazing views of the pool, sea, beach and gardens. The area's outside the hotel grounds are not good.

If you get the chance got to Tunisia to Sousse & stay at the Tui-Blue Scheherazade you will not be disappointed. Adults only, great weather, service, food. All the staff friendly & can't do enough to make sure you have a great holiday, a credit to the hotel. One I shall happily go back to for sure

Rooms are lovely and modern. However they aren't laid out efficently. We had the only suite swim up room and it loses sun by 11am. Overall nice design but needed a little extra thought

Fantastic hotel & wonderful service. There's not a better compliment I could give than to say I'd go back here. Use Meet & Greet service at the airport as is really good and very fast. We were off the plane and sat in the taxi 15 mins after leaving the plane 👍👍

Great hotel lovely and clean. rooms maybe a little small for most and get ants from time to time. plenty of choice when it comes to the food great for most people but it's not for me. great swimming pools the hotel has its own private beach which has plenty of sunbeds and parasols. the staff are fantastic all of them they really can't do enough for you. all in all a great hotel I would definitely come back here again.

Where do I start.?....Firstly I understand we are all different and it may take one thing to upset you and the visit is ruined......just got back from our 11 nights here and it was perfect from start to finish,we have visited Tunisia several times and this is our best experience....our room 804 (see view in photo) brilliant..the food plentiful and stacks of choice ...the shopping Mall just outside the gate not the one with elephants the one next excellent no hassle "shop and spend" the pharmacy is 5 minutes walk very helpful for your bites or stomach problems..what more can you want....Aladdin our Tui representative was quite simply the best I have seen in 30 years of travel..Dave the Tui guide on site was impeccable can't fault his professional but down to earth friendly nature...Abbie for her patience watching us play games we were rubbish at LOL 😆..and finally Hamdi Melletti..constantly smiling, great service and a real credit to the hotel a stand out man.....Strongly recommend this hotel....Will return if we are lucky enough to get spaces because demand will grow I'm sure..Andy and Fay..2 very happy visitors.

Lovely hotel, everyone friendly, my favourite is the souvenier shop guy Moez, he's really funny and goes above and beyond for you. Our waiter Sied remembers everyone drinks, also very nice guy. He even got my table decorated for my birthday. Hassan and Mohammed the customer service guys, are a credit to the hotel. If you want that bit extra pampering this is a good start.

Where do I even start? This currently is and has been one of the best holidays I have had.  Let me start with the staff, from the minute we arrived we were greeted by TUI staff who took us to our bus to be transferred to the hotel, which was comfortable and smooth. Upon arrival at the hotel we were again greeted by very friendly TUI staff members who welcomed us with a refreshing glass of lime juice, check-in was hassle free, quick and efficient (just what is needed after a flight). Ohhhh the room§, so me and my sister opted for the private pool room which was LUSHHHHH. Very modern, clean and spacious. The housekeeping ladies are on point with the cleanliness, so props to them! In fact the hotel itself and the facilities are very competitive and full on in a sense that there is so much activity and so much to do within the hotel (live music, fitness activities, games, gala nights and more.), it is almost tempting to just be within the premises throughout your stay (but i would recommend to get out and explore the country). Now, let me name drop a few people, firstly our new friend Nabil (the restaurant manager), oh Nabil is amazing, such a lovely, friendly guy who made sure all his guest (not just us) were consistently satisfied and if not he would see to it and not to mention the staff at the restaurant who were equally as great! I must say breakfast, lunch and dinners were 10/10 so much variety and choices, totally love love loveee the mixture of selections. There is a lovely coffee shop at the hotel, so let me give props to the manager Kaled!! He makes great coffee with outstanding service all due to his presence, care, friendliness and hospitality as well as his staff members. The energy in service is truly unmatched. I would recommend going to the conference within your first two nights as Dave and Aladdin are bound to have you laughing, cheerful and give you a good insight into your holiday and Tunisia. These guys definitely live by an above and beyond service culture here which is soo soo refreshing! I believe that there is a true passion in making sure that guests are truly comfortable and happy whilst staying so as Dave said no matter how small an issue is that affects your stay is very important to them so make sure you raise this as I am sure they will appreciate and make right of it. I am currently still here (I just got really excited and couldn't wait to write a review) so I am most definitely going to update my review with loads of pictures and videos we have taken throughout our time here as well as more info, to give you a real insight of TUI, this will include the Spa experience as well as a visit into Sousse it self which we are very excited about (I may upload a youtube video because I have soo much footage). Before I finish, I have to commend EACH AND EVERY staff member here, they honestly make you feel so welcome, you will not pass a staff member without them greeting you or giving you a warm smile, its honestly pleasing and refreshing. Very relaxing holiday, food and drinks are good, plenty of choice. Great hotel clean and tidy, friendly staff. Lovely views, every room has a sea view , booked the swim up room and its well worth that bit extra

Can't fault the staff or hotel at all. Our arrival and departure was amazing with little touches making it special. The rooms are clean and the staff in the restaurant and bars cant do enough for you, always going round making sure your glass is full and checking you're ok. The pools were lovely and the beach too. Can't fault this hotel at all we will definitely be returning!!!
