After we had booked our holiday we started seeing reviews which were not good and we decided that everyone’s expectations are different and we will judge it for ourselves. When we got there it seemed really nice the pillars and the reception area nice and clean. The staff were lovely too and inviting. However when we got to the room we were not happy. The bathrooms are very dated, the shower was like from the 1980s the grouting was dirty in the tiles, there were ants walking around, sink was also old school and the mirror was not cleaned properly. Moving onto the room it wasn’t very spacious however it was a room that we could sleep in. My kids their room had a damp odour and the a/c was not working and they had a lot of ants. They got another room slightly better. When we showered there was no hot water at times. The cleaners only clean when they are tipped, I swept my floor myself I dd take some dettol spray with me after reading the reviews and cleaned everything. Our bedding was not changed for the 10days that we were there. I do understand they are understaffed but if u can’t do it then atleast make it available so that we can do it ourselves. For breakfast everything is available but I don’t think it’s hygienic. The floors need a good mop, the tables need to be cleaned with a good detergent. Again they are understaffed, they can only do so much and they do and are a lovely team. They shld limit things like pastries and other things to 2 to a person as so many people waste so much and some don’t get anything, it’s the small things that need to be acted upon like being considerate towards others. There’s a wide variety of everything during breakfast for everyone. Worst one for me they don’t do English tea, had to take my own bags. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, to get a fridge an extra charge, no iron. No bin in the bathroom. The outside space is beautiful and is washed everyday along with the indoor bar clean and staff are very kind and helpful. The pool is ok too lots going on; yoga, belly dancing, dodge ball etc, the animation team keep on top of that. The aqua park needs some health and safety checks as a lot people got hurt, the drops on the slides are mad, proper steep. There are slides to cater for all ages and there’s a lovely area for the younger children. Lunch and dinner are served in the halls, up and downstairs, but it’s repeated everyday, my kids got bored eventually and we ended up in kfc and pappadoms down the strip. The animation team hve been changed as I had heard, these guys are ok some shows were really funny but some just got very boring. When the audience were involved it was jokes. I had a hammam done it was lovely however for the money could’ve been better. The hotel has many facilities and is beautiful however there are politics involved and the managers shld take into consideration that people pay alot of money and shld get what they have paid for. The excursions are good but need to have more variety. If u like quads and can drive ask for the private sessions otherwise ur stuck on a track following the slowest people. Which cn get very boring. The beach is close and it’s lovely! The door in the kids room was broken they called someone out to fix it and all he dd was stick a pole in it so that it won’t open. As beautiful as it is I will not go again and would not advise anyone to go there unless there has been a major refurbishment. The security at the gates. the bar and restaurant staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. There is no wifi we all had to get data. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but if it’s going to help someone then it’s worth it, just save a bit more and go to a 5star hotel, movenpick is amazing!

Location is very good, beach is not big, but enough. The sand is super smooth and nice. Rooms are a bit dusty, there is mold , but overall it is a nice room. Not much more to expect from 4* hotel in Arabic country. Personnel is super polite, food is okay!

The restaurant services are bad and the food is bad . Poor customer service . Average security services. The bar is closed and there are no night parties. Water games are very wonderful and fun. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. Daily activities and games are excellent and make you feel a lot of fun. The pools are very beautiful and multiple. Fun 10/10 . Food and Catering 4/10 . Customer service and reception 4/10 . Rooms 7/10 .

The place is nice, but that's all, no services for the money you paid, all-inclusive is a joke, 98% of the food it's not comestibles, there are no rules of hygiene, the chance to get food 🤢 sick is enormous. Probably if they would invest in theirs employees first it could make a difference in time. A plus if you have kids is that they organize a mini disco everey evening and they animate the kids for one hour, after they put up cabaret shows and entertainment for all. If you're a woman ordering 🍺 they look bad at you and even comment that you had enough if you ask for 2nd or 3rd. The quality of beverages on bars for allinclusive is bellow any good words, i wouldn't give those juices to anyone not even for free. They serve a local alcohol free beer at draft pretending it's normal beer, one day of seven it was with alcohol. The plastic glases on the pool bars are passed true water and served to the next customer, there you can get some bonuses... If you drink coffee in the morning or during the day in whole the resort you'll get instant coffee of bad quality. There's a coffee shop neraby outside the resort but there lower your expectations too because they don't know to use the coffee machine and you'll get a burned latte. Tried paying tips from day one to bartenders, they took the money and no difference. The mentality of employees is pay extra from the start if you want normal service, but you still won't get it. The resort is big enough but needs a lot of renovation, including some of the aquapark slides on wich you can get hurt.

Needs a lot of maintenance and organizing...All-inclusive offer not worth it especially with the poor organization...long waiting lines for snacks and bars... Restaurant and food very bad 👎 Pool area and water park are good...good for fun and definitely a positive addition for this hotel... Room: not good (water going off several times) Service: average Could be much better hotel if good maintenance and better service are provided.

I’ve never seen a hôtel who is supposed to be 4 stars, dirty like this The first room was smelling smoke, and then we changed to another room a little better but still not clean. Just for example the mirror is 2/3 cleaned ! The top 1/3 part of the mirror is not clean. The towels !!!! They just put them in the garbage I don’t want to talk about the restaurant and the food... they can not offer cheaper than what they are offering ! They charge you 15 tnd for the fridge when it is supposed to be included And to finish our journey there, the AC stopped working... I don’t recommend this hotel at All and more than this I will report it to the tourism agency

I cannot recommend this hotel. The pools and water slides made the kids love it, but everything else was a big disappointment. All inclusive offered the whole family one bottle of water per day. If you wanted to drink lemonade, you had to queue for half an hour. Restaurants dirty and queued got very long in every line. The food was usually out of stock and it didn't taste like anything. I recommend saving your money and choosing just a day ticket to the water park and staying in a better hotel.

This hotel simply serves the worst food ever. Avoid eating there at all costs!

A disaster hotel, although we took a suite, but a room in a 3-star hotel is a thousand times better than it. It is full of insects and cockroaches. The hand washing machine is ruined. The closet is broken and dripping with water. The air conditioner is broken. The restaurant does not work. It is disastrous. Eating the same uncooked potatoes and beans every day, lunch and dinner, and the swimming pool is polluted. The water is not changed and the water park is not right for you once because of the large number of people, in addition to the people who come to the water park, they pass from the rooms of the residents in the hotel, and theft takes place from the honor of the rooms. A towel and slippers were stolen. A waste of money and time

The worse hotel ever,before I went I read the reviews I thought people are fussy but after returning from there yesterday what ever people are saying it's all true,you have to tip the cleaners to clean the room otherwise they don't care even if you leave the sign outside to clean the room!!even then they don't clean the rooms. Iv been on holidays before this was our worse hotel ever!!!!! Please avoid this hotel...... It's upto you but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! The food is baaaaad But the staff in the bar restaurant staff are very good.. Dirty bathrooms, Ants everywhere, Rooms stink of damp, Restaurant floor is dirty No air conditioning in the lobby area People are arguing about the Rooms Kids are suffering in the lobby whilest they waiting!!!!

The food is terrible, not even edible, we had to change the room 4 times, in the first room the AC does not work and the door can't be opened, the second room there's no AC too, they told us they'll fix it by 3pm, we waited for them till 9 pm but it didn't work, so we went politely to ask them to change the room we 2aited till 10.30 pm to get a new room, and surprisingly the new room doesn't have a bed, we asked them to change us the room again and finally the room was good. The second day, the electricity went off too many times at day and night. The only good thing about the hotel is the pool

Hotel was shocking, not for the English at all, the food was terrible nothing for the kids they don't cater for the English at all. Water slider r fun Wen they r open The workers r rude and arragant even couple ask for money. The hotel manager doesn't care it goes in one ere out of the other It's not maintained The entertainment team make the holiday fun they interact with everyone and can AV a laugh with them. Best thing is there is the weather.

Nice hotel for price just a few niggles, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, all inclusive food unavailable after 21:00 so we didn't have any dinner on arrival but the staff are super friendly if you make an effort to say hello and tip a small amount in gratitude for VIP attention. A good selection of food in the main restaurant and 3 speciality restaurants you can book in advance. Lots of fun poolside activities to join in with and a special mention to Nina and Simo on the Animation team for making our stay extremely fun and treating us like life long friends

Some rooms are ok but some has issue with air conditioned and water leaks. Food is ok but not great and the plates are not cleaned very well. Drinks are cheap and sometimes the beer was finnished and the stock was fullfiled only the next day. Very often the drinks are not cold (beer, wine). Another problem is with the ice used for drinks (cocktails, wiskey) because is a little bit salted. Beach is a little small but at least is not crowd and have nice sand. Services are not so good. The staff don't try to do all the best to resolve the issues. Some people from staff don't understand english very well and some of them have problem even with french. The guys from the bar are not organised. Sometimes you have to wait long time to be served and it looks that the bartenders don't care about this. The bar on the beach serves only water and juice. For beer, wine and other drinks you have to go at the pool bar (200 meters, 2-3 minutes away). The best thing is the Aquapark, which is ok (not great) but in the middle of the day it can be very crowded and you may have to wait long time.

Everyone says its a bad hotel its not the food is very good the rooms are very great at least I got a good room the air conditioning works very good the beaches are and good the aquapark is very fun of course there are a bit of bad things like dirty plates and a blind spot in one of the pools where u land in from the slides but everything aside the hotel is very good.

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 10 days and we're content. First of all - the aquapark is awesome! I personally didn't use it at all because I'm not a fan of this, but everyone else enjoyed it very much. Second thing - many mosquitoes. But that happened probably because there was a flood before we came. Everything other is just average - not too good food, animators with terrible "music", a little bit dirty sea (but great pools and slides). Nothing extra special, but any real problem so it's probably the best hotel we've ever visted abroad.

Last minute advised our reservation has been cancelled due to hotel closure. Alternative options given were already sold out. Turned our holiday into a complete nightmare. 😡

A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Lots of space and very clean... with a very good beach, with water sports on site. The Aquapark is very good; gets busy with day visitors but all still good, without too many queues. Food is good but at busy times it is frustrating re: wait times; it's still OK... but this could be better. The Animation Team are excellent... friendly, energetic, fun & very hard working. All-in-all... a good hotel.

My whole family ended up getting an ear infection after two days that lasted for a week (injections and the hotel nurse saved the vacation). The youngest one got a stomach virus too. Pools are incredibly dirty because there are way too many people for the size of this place. They are completely short-staffed as many of them I kept seeing working from 5 am to 11 pm, every day (how is that even legal). Aqua Park is great, but the lines are way too long, and all the slide pools are nasty because of too many visitors, even though they clean them daily. All-inclusive is a hoax as you get three meals a day at specific times. You get free cheap drinks but glasses are shared among all guests, so good luck with that. If hygiene matters to you at all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel or honestly, Tunisia in general.

Very bad experience, it starts with the very nasty smell that hits you once u enter the lobby and it is always there 🤮, staff are very uncompitant and lack the basic customer service skills. The air-condition is very week. Food is poor and tasteless with a daily struggle of getin a cup or a spoon. Only entertainment team and the aqua park are good but the rest is far below average and the management nead to improve their performance.

Poor service and terrible food. We had to ask and wait for basic necessities such as bedsheets and toilet paper. The all inclusive thing is a joke since basically the food is barely edible, lacking quality and quantity. They would put together whatever for dinner and save the leftovers for breakfast. Very little space around the pool. Very poor service at the lobby where we had to wait for 3 hours with no AC for someone to check us in. The only nice things about this hotel are the aqua park and the night entertainment staff. Otherwise, would not recommand.

This hotel is beautiful, People saying it's bad. First they eating like pigs and cleaners can't clean everything in a minute. Many people say they want money they want money because they working so hard. Room is good AC is working everything is good. There is aqua park and this aqua park is so big and so fun.

Aquapark is fun, lots of variation. Better to come half pension and eat out! Food is no go here. Always the same dishes and not very tasty. Drinks are bad too. People are nice but want to profit from you. Check out prices everywhere before you buy. Shop in the hotel ( Cola = 2 TND ) Bar in the hotel ( Cola = 4 TND ) No WiFi in the rooms. Only hotel lobby and pool.

Sitting just there and reception is under critisism. Bungalows are horribile without working ac. Trying to change room in 2 days and they just playing dumb. To be honest, when we get another room, the other thinks were ok. Food ok, pools ok. Cleaning rooms was to late ca 5 pm and towels not changed everyday

Horrible. That’s one word to describe it. Staff are incredibly unhelpful and the place is undermanned. If you expected free wi-fi then you’re in for a shock as it doesn’t even work. Hygiene is also a problem and cross-contamination with alcohol and other drinks are common aswell. The rooms are filthy and don’t even provide any towels. Don’t even get me started on the pool which looks murk and not to mention how in accessible entering and leaving the pool is with broken stairs and sharp edges. A terrible experience that left me in pure horror and annoyance

We wasted our money on this hotel, definitely doesn’t worth its price. Rooms less than ordinary, you have to pay extra money to get a refrigerator and to get tv remote control to watch 5 channels with image quality of the 1990s . When we arrived the bathroom was dirty, no towels, we had to ask several times to get things done. No wifi in the rooms, only in loby and personally (all of us, we were 5) couldn’t have access to the wifi even in the loby and when we asked the receptionist he simply answered:because there are a lot of people and proposed we buy a tunisien sim card from them. Workers were not serious you have to ask over and over. Food wasn’t so great, meat wasn’t fresh i guess. Animation ordinary. Aquaparc, they allow access from the outside so you have endless waiting rows. The only positive thing was the pool. My advice: spend your money on an other hotel.

PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!!!! DONT COME HERE!!! ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY, EVERYTHING IS A MESS, THEY BARELY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, WE CHANGED 5 ROOMS BEFORE FINDING A DECENT ONE. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY, THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM, AGAIN, AND THE MANAGERS ARE BEHAVING VERY BAD WITH THE TOURISTS.
