Really poor dinning experience. The waiter was abrupt and pushy, the food was less than average and came out cold. We got charged 14TD for beer which was 7TD in the menu. Avoid!

We ordered 5 beers, the price in the card was 7dt per beer, but on the bill it appeared as we had to pay 70dt!! And we were charged for 10 beers!!! We were told 7dt is price for small one and price for medium beer is 14dt I asked to show me the price in the card but apparently they haven't change it yet. Very unpleasant service, avoid.

Unpleasant service trying to squeeze most expensive item from menu. Demanding paying for thing twice saying that it was small portion therefore double price. Food cold and not worth money. Better go for takeaway. Avoid!!!!

The service is trash , the waiters are impolite and to be clear we didn't have any arguments it's just their attitude and their vibe especially that old lady... Also I ordered a crepe to bring back home it wasn't good and it was all over the place... The only good person their is the guard guy ...NEVER AGAIN

Some dishes that we ordered were tasty and some plain, also nearly all arrived barely warm. However, the worst of all was the customer service. First, our waiter tried to pressure us into ordering the most expensive dishes, and then basically conned us into paying double the price for drinks. Better avoid, very unpleasant experience overall.

This place abuses their strategic location + popularity, and it doesn’t live up to their name! Food and drinks are not that good, and service is bad.

The food is reasonable priced for the european salaries, the service is really slow and bad, the POS didn't work giving us excuses of bad internet connection, asking us to go to the nearest bank to withdraw money. After paying, they butter you up with words of kindness.2/5 stars for the food.

Beautifull place! Good food and service

We only stopped for coffee and cake but we were given excellent service and not felt rushed in any way. It's next to a very busy road but it still felt relaxed and "up market" without the up market prices. The pastiche gateaux with custard was lovely.

Amazing service and good food, non alcoholic drinks are served here. Pina colada, ice tea citron and carbonara with mushrooms, hamburger with beef classic.

We sat in this lovely cafe on a busy night with a few tables open. We were served almost instantly, the waiter was very very nice, and the atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend!

Wasn’t too happy with the shisha & service. 3 times had to call the waiter about the shisha being too harsh & was not smokable at all, the tea however was very nice. Don’t think i will come back again though.

Service is great, very nice atmosphere, food tastes great. However, for a “healthy” breakfast, the juice, yogurt, and cake were loaded with sugar that I felt sick afterwards.

Nice interior design, the colors are just 👌 The service is quite slow and the quality of food is .. acceptable, but overall the food lacks the spirit lacks the passion, I wish it was the same level as the decor and organization

Nice and friendly waitress. The frappuccino was great for kids. Basically an ice cream sundae. Really good coffees. If you're missing a British style coffee go here. Nice decoration and modern place. Don't go if you are anti smoking.

Bad food, had problems with stomach 2 days after and got charged more then should without giving bill, just total price which was inflated by 30%. Ice teas drins are nothing special just sugary water. Avoid this place at all cost!!! It will destroy your holiday.
