I
will
NEVER
recommend
this
clinic.
I
hope
nobody
ever
goes
here
and
it
gets
shut
down.
The
staff
have
NO
education
about
safe
and
proper
labor
and
delivery
and
newborn
practices
/care.
They
are
also
scammers
who
charge
significantly
more
than
they
quote
and
then
do
not
respond
about
miscellaneous
and
ambiguous
items
on
the
bill.
I
will
not
go
into
every
single
detail
on
this
review,
but
I
gave
birth
here
in
September
and
the
experience
was
so
traumatic
that
I
have
to
go
to
therapy
to
work
through
it
because
I
cry
whenever
I
think
about
it.
Clinique
el
yosr
turned
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
special
and
empowering
day
for
me
into
a
nightmare
in
which
I
felt
powerless,
vulnerable,
and
violated.
-
I
was
the
victim
of
outdated
medical
procedures
that
are
not
even
performed
anymore
(like
an
episiotomy
that
I
did
NOT
consent
to).
-
They
cut
the
cord
right
after
birth
even
though
I
specified
NOT
to
cut
it
until
it
stopped
pulsating.
I
was
so
heartbroken
that
I
couldn’t
even
bear
to
look
at
the
cord
and
placenta
even
though
I
had
been
looking
forward
to
seeing
it.
Now
I’ll
never
get
the
chance.
-
The
nurses
forced
the
baby
from
my
arms
minutes
after
I
gave
birth,
despite
my
protests
and
crying,
promising
to
give
her
back
in
a
few
minutes
after
some
“necessary
checks”
that
apparently
could
not
wait.
They
brought
her
back
to
me
completely
BATHED
(even
though
I
did
NOT
want
her
bathed)
and
bundled
up
in
layers
of
clothes
and
blankets
even
though
I
specified
I
wanted
at
least
an
hour
of
skin
to
skin
contact.
Then
they
took
her
upstairs
without
me
and
looked
at
me
like
I
was
crazy
when
I
told
them
to
take
her
clothes
off
so
we
could
do
skin
to
skin.
-
I
ended
up
caving
into
an
epidural
I
didn’t
want
because
they
would
not
allow
me
to
labor
in
comfortable
positions.
The
epidural
took
a
long
time
to
administer
and
was
significantly
more
painful
than
any
of
the
contractions.
Then
the
epidural
ended
up
only
working
on
one
side
half
the
time.
-
I
kept
a
painful
IV
in
my
hand
during
the
stay
because
they
said
it
was
necessary
to
administer
pain
medicine.
Come
to
find
out,
they
were
giving
me
liquid
paracetamol
(acetaminophen)
the
whole
damn
time
and
I
could
have
just
taken
it
orally.
My
first
moments
with
my
child
were
completely
violated
in
every
way
without
my
consent
and
I
will
never
get
those
back.
I
could
dismiss
the
failure
of
the
epidural
and
even
the
complete
violation
of
my
body
with
the
unnecessary
and
unwanted
episiotomy.
However,
I
will
NEVER
forgive
Clinique
el
Yosr
for
turning
the
birth
of
my
first
child
into
a
nightmare
that
I
regret
every
day.
They
stripped
me
of
the
right
to
a
dignified
and
empowering
birth
experience.
Then
they
practiced
several
unsafe
procedures
with
my
baby
and
knew
nothing
about
the
importance
of
skin
to
skin
contact,
delayed
bathing,
delayed
cord
cutting,
and
a
safe,
clutter
free,
flat
sleep
surface
for
baby,
among
several
other
things.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
I
was
charged
WAY
more
than
I
was
initially
quoted
and
when
I
reached
out
to
meet
with
someone
and
go
over
the
whole
experience
and
my
bill,
they
continued
to
ignore
me.
I
sent
two
separate
emails
and
they
act
like
they
did
not
receive
them.
I
will
be
going
in
person
to
address
these
issues.
Until
then
I
will
inform
as
many
expecting
mothers
as
I
can
to
NOT
go
here.
You
deserve
so
much
better
than
this
garbage
experience
to
birth
your
children!
