Regular KFC Restaurant, zinger meal is 12,5 DT. Very tasty for a "junk" food.

Staff really rude, waiting 50 minutes for "fast food" yet most people after me got served. Staff got order wrong and argued that I ordered a different meal than the receipt I produced

Well KFC in Tunisia a went a couple of times when a missed meal times it's just like any other KFC in the UK but the prices are so so so much cheaper and that's what puts a smile on your face only difference is some hardly speak English other than that okay a guess

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to order leg’s and thighs when making a purchase they always force you to eat the white meet such as the breast I have explained so many times that I can’t swallow the hard meet but they don’t listen and the chips always cold and the drinks is flat on gas, I also never get any hand soap in the bathroom nor it’s clean see the pictures

Open on 12noon , we arrive 10mins early , serve us a sit to wait . Friendly counter , fresh fries & crispy original chicken. Love it . And reasonable price compared with uk .

Ordered using Jumia app 1 kids meal crispy and 1 duo backet. The food was cold and really bad. Ordered coke zero and insteas i got the normal one. Not to mentiom that many things were missing. The worst experience ever and will never order again from KFC. SHAME ON YOU!!

Long queue to order around 15 minutes and More than 30 minutes waiting to get your order. Toilets for ladies are not cleaned after use, i spent more than one hour there and they did not clean them. so not safe to use

Service was slow but the joint was busy so I don’t mind waiting. Setting areas available and are kept clean. Food was freshly made and piping hot. Tasty meal. Can’t fault the food. Staff were friendly but it took a while to order as the lady couldn’t understand my English. Not her fault or mines but we got there in end and the order arrived correctly. Visited here a few times in my holiday and had great food wash visit.

Nice staff, food was correct, no complaints, nice staff again

Overall a great place me and my partner are always happy with the delivery service and food standards but for some reason the fries are always on a raw side and today we received our order with some out of date mayo sachets, which kind of put us off our food. This needs looking into.

You don't find many fast food restaurants in Tunisia, but with small kids you can't go to normal restaurants. So we were very happy we had KFC here.

Terrible service. I have ordered a duo bucket. There was supposed to be drumsticks in there and i looked and found none. Than i confronted the workers and i talked about the situation and all they said was "mix" i saw that there was a separate drumstick that i can buy. I said i wanted 5 of them and they said we cant do that and than they said "mix" this is the weirdest service ever.

The service was really bad. Waited 10 minutes for one of the three workers infront to take our order and they didn't do it until the manager came. We had been calling for one of the workers to come and help us take the order but he pretended as if he didn't hear us, eventhough he was standing right infront of us. They said that they didn't have any burgers or chicken strips. After have waited 10 minuter for them to recieve our order, they told us that our order will take a whole 20 minutes. It's supposed to be a fast food place, yet, they are telling us that it will take 20 minutes when there were 3 people working at the front table. Very unproffesional.

Super friendly staff and they all speak english. Fresh and flavourful chicken. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. Beautiful surrondings. The Colonel would be proud pf this establishment.

I needed food similar to home for just once and KFC never lets you down no matter where in the world you are. Had to wait a while for the Colonels original but not a worry. Needed Internet and the manager was happy to connect me. Brilliant thanks guys

The food ratio and standards do not meet KFC in other countries like the UK or France. French fries were a bit too salty. The drinks are perfect, and the ratio or size is too small. Prices were higher than when they opened. Service is very friendly. Clean tables.

This place was next to my hotel I was like yes Halal KFC and guess what it was a dissapointment again! Not KFC standards at all you need to do better!!! Can't fault the staff were nice.

Tonight it took KFC 33 minutes to complete my order. It wasn't crowded at all when I arrived. Apparently they had no original recipe chicken strips ready, but the cashier failed to warn me it would take 25 minutes for them to cook. I don't think I've ever waited that long for fast food in my entire life. After 20 minutes I began to ask for a refund but I was refused twice. Also the fries must have been sitting under heat lamps for the entire 33 minutes of my wait time because they were cold, chewy, and limp. The portions are small and the price is high. If you want fast-food chicken I recommend you support a local business rather than this poor representation of an American fast-food icon.

Staff are rude and haven’t got a clue this restaurant had no drinks and no sauces don’t waste your money. This team really need to go back and do some training!!!

They took an hour and didn't even diliver my order and when i complained they didn't take me seriously and when i decided to cancel the order they didn't even apologise.
