Ordered breakfast from here this morning for pickup from the app. Had ordered a sausage egg and cheese and I selected extra sausage and cheese. Even paid for the extra, when I opened my order when I got back to work, there was only 1 patty and 1 slice of cheese. Even asked for ranch sauce and didn’t get it. I don’t get either these people don’t know how to read, or simply they don’t care how they treat their customers. I really hope the owner of this place gets their employees to actually read and make the order correctly. I would give negative stars if I can. May I also add that I picked up the order around 9:30-10 and I waited for like 10 minutes just to get my food. There were 4-5 workers but only saw 2 actually working. Even a truck driver parked try to get in but the doors were locked. I read the sign and it said dine in from 9 am onwards. If the owner is reading this. Please make sure your employees follow the orders to how US customers want.

We to the location for breakfast around 10am. My intention were to dine in. But the front door was locked even though the hours of operation sign said the dining room is open at 9/10am I believe. So I had no choice but to get back in my car and go through drive thru. The wait was ridiculous for a drive thru order . However, I ordered a 2 large breakfast combo (honey butter chicken biscuit w. large wedges and Lg Oj). After waiting about 10 mins for my order at the window- I checked my bag to makes sure everything was right and I ended up receiving size small wedges. So I had to wait another 10 mins just to get it fix . The lady that took my order was super nice and apologetic. Furthermore, as I’m eating my Chx sandwich It had a weird undone taste to it. So I start to examine my sandwich and come to realization that the sandwich wasn’t even cooked. Then they gave me roll bread instead of biscuit. At this point I’m very DISGUSTED by what I received and later suffered from a stomach ache and diarrhea. I will never come here again . And honestly don’t want to eat from any Wendy’s franchise EVER.

Never visit this Wendy’s around lunch time on a Saturday. They do not care what they feed their customers. They will charge you almost $12 for a #6 (Spicy Chicken) that is absolutely awful. They gave me raw chicken on two occasions and they gave me a rock hard bun on my spicy chicken today. Take a look at the photo and see how the bun is so hard it can support the weight of a full large soda. A waste of money! $12 can buy you a much nicer lunch almost anywhere. N

12/4/23 - 9:30 PM - just idiots - second time through that drive through. Ordered a Parmesan chicken salad, no dressing, no utensils, no cheese. Is it that difficult to get it right. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I’m not done. I will get my money back. In the meantime I’m quite hungry. Dave Thomas would be mortified.

This Wendy's has the 4 for $4.00 deal. It includes a cheeseburger, fries, 4 nuggets and choice of sauce, and soda or coffee. I also bought a key tag to support Adoption for $2.00 so I can get a free junior Frosty with each purchase. Right now there are chocolate and strawberry Frosty flavors. I like to spoon some Frosty into my hot decaffeinated coffee instead of milk and sugar. They made a fresh pot of decaf for me. Usually Wendy's fries are Hot and Crispy. When my coffee was served, I let the employee know that my fries, while hot, weren't crispy. He said that I should have ordered them well-done. I told him that I don't have to order fries well-done. Wendy's advertises Hot and Crispy Fries and will replace them if they're not. He took away the fries and came back with hot fries. Unfortunately, these were not crispy either, so I didn't finish them. The rest of the meal was sufficient.

9out of 10 times that I have visited there, they gave me the wrong order. They are so stupid that they can't even get the orders right even during non-rush hours and when I order just a single sandwich. It seems they are doing things intentionally. I would not recommend this place ever. Total waste of money. If you happen to be there please check your order by opening it before leaving. Especially, when you order through drive through. And I would not even recommend ordering online. For sure, they will rip you off.

Went in for a burger asked for no cheese and no onion. Got a burger with cheese. They replaced the burger. The second burger was over-cooked and the bread was also not fresh, appeared over-baked Worst experience in Wendy's ever. Service was OK

Shockingly bad. I arrived here and doors were locked. Went to drive thru and got stuck for 20 minutes watching helplessly as they took 10 minutes to serve each of the two cars infront of me Can’t even leave never again

Just wanted to shout-out the staff. I'm going to butcher his name and I apologize in advance, but Kiriatos (so sorry for the spelling) is always so pleasant and welcoming at the drive thru. The new hires seem to be trained well so shoutout to the management team as well. This has become my favorite Wendys!

Can't fit under their drive thru unlike most other Wendy's with a 10 ft clearance. Dining room doors locked at 1120am, couldn't order food at all.

I’ve been to this Wendys twice and the first time, my chicken was seriously overcooked. The second time (last night) my mom got food poisoning from the chicken nuggets. Never coming back here again
