    I'm sorry but how is this acceptable at an establishment like Starbucks? Apparently it is a regular occurrence at this location now that I've read prior reviews. It's more understandable with a family business. But a large corporation like Starbucks? On a Saturday morning. Our group had to drive 10 minutes down the road to a different location in the end.

    This is happening a lot, not just once. They never make sure the lids are secure. This time it was completely loose, half of the drink was all over my shirt and pants. Not only it's sticky, I was not heading home either. Have to walk around hours like this! When I went inside to complain, all I got was "Ok" with a don't care attitude! Not even proper apology! There is nothing wrong hiring teenagers but come on train them properly! Starbucks is failing at many locations. Not respectful anymore.

    Doors locked drive through only totally makes ordering on the app pointless. Poor excuse for a starbucks needs better managment. If the store is not open for in store pick up don't allow it on the app no one wants to wait in the drive through line. 🙄

    Don't make the mistake I did by deciding to try the Tomato and Mozzarella Panini. It is nothing like what they show in the menu. There is hardly any Mozzarella and just a few pieces of tomato skin. They should be ashamed to serve this! When I showed it to the cashier, he said they are pre-made and shrugged his shoulders. They even messed up my Matcha Frappuccino that came in liquid form instead of frozen. I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened but will not be going any more since they obviously have no quality control

    Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Even during the morning rush, the staff makes no intention to work a bit faster. It has taken me 17 minutes to get my coffee through the drive through

    I live 2 mins away from this Starbucks and avoid it like the plague. Drive through line takes anywhere from 10 mins to over 20, and baristas inside blatantly ignore you and purposefully will not even glance toward the pick up area if you’re standing there. Ironic that they put a sign saying not to reach over the counter in the pick up area, but your drink will be sitting right there and they won’t acknowledge you to pass it to you anyway. Also the drinks are NEVER made correctly/well. Espresso drinks taste like milk with a hint of espresso or flavoring. Just stay away.

    Horrible management. Sat at the counter for 4 minutes as employees (including the manager) ignored me from the other side while the building had no patrons but me. Once my order was taken (in a building with no customers) it took them another 10 minutes to make it. I would understand if they were packed but it was a ghost town. They were just too busy talking to each other to give mind to their actual job.

    Awful experience! The barista, Ibraheem, who served us today was absolutely terrible to us. He was rude and unprofessional. He never asked what the name for the order was which caused confusion when we tired to pick up our drinks. Our drinks tasted awful. In conclusion, I don't recommend this Starbucks and will never be back here again.

    I went to order inside late Friday morning. There were 7 baristas working and it took over 20 minutes to complete my order. I’m not sure if they were training new people, but it was very un-organized. I try to steer clear of this Starbucks location because the overall quality and customer service is not great.

    The service is not good. They did not add oreo as i asked.they forgot about my order for spinach fet wrap. I was waiting for about 20 min when i went to ask them, they were puzzled and they found at that there was no one taking care of warming items.

    This has to be the slowest Starbucks in NJ. Typically waiting in a 15-20 minute drive through line to receive my order. On the rare occasion there is no line, if you dare enter the line prior to giving them 5 minutes they have something to say. Today, my order was made hot instead of cold, no big deal, I was willing to roll with it. I was willing to drink it until I realized it was only 3/4th filled and the remainder was filled with whipped cream. I then asked for my order to be remade cold, as I initially ordered, and I was told they would have to refund me on my card and then recharge me for the iced price because I "ordered hot". Interestingly enough, my refund price and newly charged price were the same. 🤔

    This has to be the best Starbucks location I have ever been to. The customer service is PHENOMENAL…even when its busy the employees are still smiling being cheerful and pleasant to their customers. I live closer to another location that sucks and I take the longer drive to this location because I know my drink is actually going to taste good and I am going to encounter a good energy from the employees especially Ke. He is always going above and beyond to make sure he gets customers their orders in a timely manner.

    I've only been through the drive thru. Tricky lot and entering/exiting, just need to be super aware. Service has always been great. My dog loves the pup cup.

    I enjoy this Starbucks greatly. The staff is nice and makes great drinks, but it is very difficult to order at the drive through because of the loud noise from route 1. Please help us with this issue.

    Used to be great now they are slower then anything and the order os never right. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait 15 minutes then try to call to cancel and the phone is disconnected

    I have consistently gotten my drink made wrong even when it’s as simple as a mango dragon fruit refresher. For some reason the drink is clearly not shaken with ice rather the ice is just drizzled on top so the drink ends up too concentrated and not even cold. When I tried asking for extra ice they just give me a cup and tell me to do it myself. Horrible service at this location. Edit : stop being stingy with the ice please I’m paying for the drink to have extra ice so please give me what I ask for instead of the literal 5 ice cubes you give me. If I ask for light inclusions please give light inclusions not the exact same amount of inclusions as normal. Thank you.

    This was under an hour ago. I bought a protein box through the drive through and after an hour and a half commute from work to home, prepared to eat something, this is what I open the box to. Don’t waste your money at this location, or at least in the drive through. My refresher was filled almost to the top with ice and most of the food items in this box are inedible, as the picture shows how moldy the food is. I would call a health inspector. Also, many of Starbucks items always seem to be unavailable when I go to this location. I think they’re under stocked and probably leaving food like the one I purchased tonight on shelves, even to the point of spoiling, until someone buys it.

    This Starbucks is by far THE WORST Starbucks I have been to. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I am appalled at what they have become. The hours change constantly, the drive through is closed off and on throughout the day, the walk in is closed periodically throughout the day, and mobile gets shut off all the time. I spend a lot of money with Starbucks.... and when I say a lot... that is no exaggeration. I made the decision today to no longer go to any Starbucks. The service this morning at this location was the straw that broke the camels back. I understand that in the grand scheme of things I am one person and Starbucks could care less... as well as the people that work there... but I had to say something about how atrocious they have become...especially this location.

    No convenient way to pick up mobile orders since they weren’t letting anyone inside due to staff shortages even though there were 4 or more employees inside. Had to wait in a long line in drive thru, only to go up to the window and not have my mobile order ready. Not a great Starbucks, don’t recommend coming here.

    The staff is friendly and the person working the drive thru was helpful in that he ensured he got the order correct. Pros: 1. The drive thru generally moves fairly quickly. 2. The service is friendly. 3. The orders are always correct, with the exception of napkins and condiments for food items. Cons: 1. They are always out of condiments like ketchup and sriracha sauce. 2. When you ask for salt and pepper for food items the staff never puts it in the bag. 3. The staff generally does not give napkins, even with food items.

    I get there around 6:15-6:30am and this Starbucks is either closed, insanely slow, or perfect. There is no middle ground. And lately it’s been closed more than anything. Super disappointing since I was a frequent visitor. When in perfect status the staff has always been nice and friendly but the turnover seems really high. This speaks more to management than to the staff themselves.

    I ordered a bag of ground Pike Place, and they accidentally gave me a bag of decaf (not a big deal, it happens!). They ground me a new bag of Pike Place and fixed the error, no questions asked. Great store here, show them some love!

    Caden helped me immensely! I saw him doing a lot of different tasks and was waiting patiently. He helped the elderly woman in front of me, which is hard to come by in the youth. He then apologized for the wait and explained some menu options, made my drink personally and insured I’d like the modified options he recommended and I decided to try. It’s hard to find a big chain, with people who care about the customers. I definitely will be here weekly!

    Right off rt 1,is this Starbucks very spacious with outdoor seating ,has big tables as well as sofas,I was here on a Saturday the drive through was packed,so went inside ,the staff were trying to do their best but they were short staffed
