I am new to hobby of marine fish keeping. Natural Sea Water supplier has been absolutely amazing. When I have needed advice they have been more than happy to assist. Never have I once had a problem with communication from them. I have my Water delivered monthly and on a Direct Debit. Its been so helpful not having to worry about delivery or when to pay... The guy who delivers the water is always cheerful and willing to help. The office (Christina) always goes above and beyond to assure everything runs smoothly. I have spoken to a guy called Ant and he seriously knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable, reassuring, helpful and friendly. I can't recommend the Natural Seawater Supplier enough..

I love these guys a very convenient and simple service to use. I get 50L delivered to my door each month. I leave out my 2x25ltr containers behind my bins and the water is delivered around 7:30am. I dont even have to wake up they just swap them out. The water parameters have been stable since Ive been using them. Possible a perfect little service!

Used their service for the first time this Saturday, Turned up 10 minutes early and within 5 minutes had removed 350 litres and replaced with seawater. The very knowledgeable person who obviously loved his job then spent a whilst going over questions I had and recommending things to do. Excellent A+++ service, what more could you want. Oh, and the tank is already looking much better and the fish seem to have a new zest of life !

Naturally Amazing. This company goes above and beyond. Not only do they offer fresh sea water delivered, the staff are amazing. They are all very polite, efficient and friendly. They give options on how to receive the water, either in containers or directly into a water butt on my drive. It can be pumped directly into the tank too. The office also asks how the fish are doing and offer their advice for free. I believe they are marine biologists so are very experienced. Amazing people, from the office to the delivery. They are unrivalled !!!

Great Reliable staff and always helpful. water quality is 100% and since fully changing over to NSW my tank just keeps getting better. corals are growing like mad. not had to do a water change now for 4 months just topping up with Ro which they also deliver. Delivery was spot on! I was kept up to date for the whole process, we're not the easiest place to find but we had no issues. The price is also amazing - it's no more than our local shop! We're having 100ltrs salt delivered for our water changes and RO, it couldn't be easier! We've done 2 water changes and our coral is already looking happier 😍 can't recommend enough!

Can’t fault the company as since day 1, customer services have been spot on with all my queries and quick response. Over the period, I’ve run into issues with my tanks where, for me, making RO water and mixing with salt and heat just would take too long and with the amount required, takes almost a day of the weekend. NSW came to the rescue since I know use to drop off 50 litres on a monthly bases to assist my downgraded 4 ft tank. I’m glad to say my ICP testing has come back with better results compared to me making my own salt water. If making own salt water is too much or a burden, consider having filtered NSW drop off to you instead.

Fantastic service from Natural Seawater from the initial filling of the tank to the monthly deliveries. Communication is fantastic and they respond to emails very quickly. I recently had some issue with my tank which the LFS could not help with. I emailed Natural Seawater to to explain my situation and they asked their own marine biologist to call me to provide me support. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Natural Seawater Supplier, and Christina, my point of contact, have been exceptional! Having always wanted to use NSW, after my first year of reefing, I was ready but unsure how to switch. Christina took the time to find out what I had in my tank, what my goals were and explained the best way to go about making the change. This was really reassuring. I receive a monthly delivery of 100litres. The delivery is smooth - I receive a reminder and put my barrels outside my front door; the driver fills them and puts them back by my front door. I do not need to be present and payment is taken by direct debit. If I need extra barrels filled, I leave them out and send a quick email to Christina to let her know; this is never a problem and she adjusts the direct debit without me needing to arrange for an additional payment. I am incredibly pleased with the results from using NSW - fish are happy, active and their colours are bright, my corals are growing well and more vibrant in behaviour and colour. I will be continuing to use NSW and the company, Natural Seawater Supplier. If I were to set up another tank, I would use NSW from the off. I cannot recommend this company enough.

It's the third year that regularly, I use their services for my 3 reef tanks. Apart from the high quality of their products and the difference that it has made in my acroporas, what really makes the difference for me is the amazing customer care of everybody involved. Been In the hobby for 12 years and had a few tanks, set up a new tank 3 months ago and decided to use these guys this time instead of messing around and mixing my own, also heard from a few fellow reefers this was the way forward and would never look back. I just moved home and they helped by loaning me extra containers for water and of course extra nsw to use. Which thinking about it they didn’t even charge me for. They will also give free advice if you have any issues and generally a great company with only great service 😍

Wow what an experience! professionalism, friendliness and always happy to advise. I've currently dealt with Christina and Tony. Christina - very helpful, organized the delivery and always seems to be on the end of emails (5am at one point I think?!) Tony - Has called me after I had an issue with my buckets storing the sea water has gone out of his way giving me advise on my cycle which seems to be taking ages. The delivery guy was helpful and filled each 120L buckets up in no time. Thank you all.

I totally recommend Natural seawater! I set my marine tank up using it and it looked amazing from day one. The hose reached from the back of the van and it saved so much effort than lugging 25lt containers back from the local fish shop. I leave the containers out and they are filled on the date given. Also extremely flexible if you need to increase/decrease your orders each month. Excellent service, thank you!

Amazing water and customer service :) We started our tank back in April doing a fishless cycle for 4 weeks then added our fish in late May and added more since and they are doing so well I would never use any other water than Natural seawater from here we also use the RO from them to top up!

He turned up on time and I had forgotten to put my tubs out and so I rushed to get them out and he was perfectly happy to still full up the water tubs all socially distanced. He the asked how my tank was doing and I mentioned my corals seen to be struggling and so he asked me a couple of questions and then advised me to check my salt level in my tank as he thinks that is the problem as I had never been told to top up my tank with just purified water. I have just done this and my level is high. So I just want to say a big thank you and what a great service. Also he mentioned you can deliver the water I require

I have been getting my tank water from NSWS for over a year now and all I can say is WOW... I recieve 100l a month Naturally, I was sceptical at first, thinking it was too good to be true... but I have to say, this water is perfect. Peramitors are always bang on, Christina is the email queen... sometimes even replying in the middle of the night. Price is very competitive, sometimes I wonder how they do it 🤣 Delivery driver is always really friendly and like clockwork.... never have I been so impressed by a company's professionalism, quality, timing and consistency .... I ordered my initial fill of 400lt from this company. Christina was the young lady that helped me through the process. She is very knowledgeable, very kind and polite. She responded to all my emails very quickly to my surprise. The water was delivered on time and filled my tank within minutes. Being new to saltwater aquariums i thought this would be the best option. It has been seven days now and my tank is fully cycled. Amazing. I'm naturally sceptical but Christina and the crowd at NSW put my mind at rest. After delivering 450L of water to a first floor tank with complete confidence, I receive 100L of water a month for maintenance. The cost is lower than making my own up and a whole lot less hassle too! I still make the odd 50L up with rodi/salt just to boost some nutrients but I can't fault the service at all. So very happy.
