I have been coming here for 37 years! And am soooo disappointed with them! I came in January and was turned away cause my authorization code was wrong by Sandra. So I had it changed. I came in today and was told my code is wrong and needs to go back to the first code! It's sad that none of them agree on what code is to be on authorizations. I feel like I need to find a new eye dr! 37 years thrown away I feel so hurt. If they treat old patients like this I feel sorry for new patients. Dr Cohn has been so accommodating with my vision problems and I truly trust no other but I can't get in to see him. I even offered to pay for the visit and was told I couldn't cause I have insurance?! 😥😠😠 I hope he knows what his office people are doing.

The doc leaves a lot to be desired

This place is so wrong and ubsurd my dad was sent here from his doctor and let me tell u people they worsten he saw kinda blurry and ended up doctors telling he needed to pull his right eye out how unprofessional and ubsurd of a eye doctor will tell you something so harsh to comprehend on a patient that once saw good and now not seeing 30% of his original eye sight my father talked to me about this place and their very poor reputation and Staff I would never recommend this place to anyone not even as a last resort Dr Cohn Shame on you.

The office is clean and the staff is nice. When you have to see Dr Cohn your appointment doesn’t take that long. Unfortunately when you have to see a specialist they overbook appointments and it’s only one day a week. The waiting room is packed and you wait forever.

DO NOT COME HERE my mom had eye lazer surgery and DR. KEVNNETH BURN HER EYE .and unfortunately now she is blind fron one eye and her other eye due to the same surgery she also developed cataracts VERY BAD MEDICAL PRACTICE.....DONT RECOMEND ....

I once made an appointment i waited for months, they canceled it for me the day of the appointment, a month later was my next appointment i was a few minutes late and they canceled it for me. This place has a horrible selection of glasses, they have very long waits and just totally unprofessional. I truly wish i could give it a negative 5 stars but take this one star.

Horrible customer service if I could give them a zero I would new people with horrible service. My father would go to this doctor for many years. After I started to go me and my three children. They don’t care about their patients. They lost 5 accounts I will never go back. They act like we need to beg them to be seen. Front desk horrible waited more than a month for them not to see my husband. And as for my son they called me a couple of days before my appointment to tell me they are taking my sons insurance. What joke this place has been save your time and a headache with them. I wonder if the doctor knows what’s going on?

Dr. Cohn is the kindest and best doctor. He really helped my vision and I had seen multiple eye doctors prior to coming to him that weren't able to. I have only had the best experience coming here. I always get the best service and care. Highly recommend this doctor and practice! Thank you Dr. Cohn for all you do!

Best opthamologist I have ever been treated by. Dr Cohen is:1) extremely knowledgable, 2) very kind, 3) Most thorough eye exam I have ever had 4)professional, attentive support staff. 5)Doctor and staff very respectful to all patients.

I had no choice but to change the optometrist because they told me that they don't have my record at all even though I have been there for 2 years. I recommend going to other places if you have options.

I was there about 5 months ago. The doctor gave me a very strong glasses. The next appointment I asked why he gave me the strong glasses.and he told me to go somewhere else like farmaci and try different glasses and get the best for me. What was the point to go see the doctor? He is totally wrong about it. He is changing good money to the insurance company for nothing that is Big scam

Please for the sake of your eyes, do not allow Dr Cohn see you, diagnose you and don't let your primary refer you here. Dr Cohn sadly is a senile man that should not be in practice. How no one has reported him to the board yet is beyond me. I only came here because I was referred by my primary. I paid $120 dollars for Dr Cohn struggle to hear me, not register anything I said and wrote possible diagnosis on little blank business cards and told me to Google this. How unprofessional as an Optomalogist to have a patient research symptoms and take a guess what it could. I this may be harsh but it's a true experience, this doctor should not be in practice. He is probably only successful in a predominantly Latino community because they don't speak up as much others and thrre is definitely a language barrier. You've been warned.

Kenneth Cohn is a wonderful ophthalmologist! Both of my parents went to see him and were very pleased with the results. He is a skillful professional with many years of experience in his field. He also obtained several awards for being one of the top ophthalmologists! In addition to all of that, he is a very pleasant and caring doctor.

Dr.Cohn is very nice and patient with my mom and I as well as the women working in the back where you choose your glasses :)! But the front desk girls have so much unnecessary attitude ! They make me feel like an inconvenience and like if I’m dumb :/ I hope Dr. Cohn gets better front desk receptionist who are more welcoming and helpful.
