    DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Are you kidding Me! This baby burrito....where is the rest of the food in the Bowl? 2 burritos, 1 bowl, guacamole with chips $33.00 bucks? I have gone to other chipotles restaurants in Anaheim and they serve you like a king (big portions and without the attitude). Recommendation to owner: * teach your employees some manners *Do not be uptight with the portion servings

    This location doesn’t allow refills. They haven’t had change for around two weeks. Either corporate or the managers at the location need to take a business class . How is a big corporation running business like this?

    This place is flooded with fake reviews. I took my family here and ordered to go. Didn’t really pay too much attention to how they made the food (my fault for trusting). Got home and everything was wrong. Missing beans guacamole was gross. My wife called to complain and they told her to bring her receipt in and they’ll make it right. Great! Went in a week later to get dinner and they refused to honor the replacement and lied saying they checked the cameras and said my food was made correctly. They just told me to take it up with corporate. My wife (waiting in the car) came in after and they did not treat her well. Never coming to this place again. Don’t trust all the fake reviews.

    They staff is stingy about the portions they give out such a pathetic small amount of it is not fair to the price your paying if you ask for more they seem to make excuses to not make more if they running out of it there lazy has hell the staff is rude has well especially this short girl that works in the line. I don’t recommend coming here compare to other places they don’t have problem giving you what you want there just lazy in general this place. The times that I have come so many times is the same thing just at pinch 🤏🏼 of everything even the sour crème is pathetic .

    Hey chipotle please stop putting so much salt in your Quoc in your steak in your everything salt is something that if you put in there too much you can’t get out of that he don’t put in enough well the person that’s eating it can always put a little more and if they want to this is the second time I’ve eaten there what it was so salty it was terrible

    Don’t even no where to start really bad customer service acting like if the food cost is coming out there own pockets steak was hella cold and hard and also they are really bad in keeping the place clean on the counter where they serve the food there is food everywhere and mix in different container really nasty I love chipotle but this place had the be the worst one I’ve been too and also the last time I’ll be there do not recommend this place at all

    WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. They keep messing up my order every. single. time. Their phone system makes it IMPOSSIBLE to reach your local store. you're stuck with a machine. literally. if you use their chat feature, they can't connect you to a local store either. Please stick to mom and pop shops instead. They'll make sure your orders are right and they will answer your phone when you call. Goodbye, Chipotle. You were too impersonal, careless with orders and your customer service is awful.

    First time going to this Chipotle location. I placed an online order for a steak burrito and was made to perfection; it included everything I had asked for and a little more. Rice was cooked perfectly, and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful.

    I typically have a decent experience when I come to this location. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Today I ordered my meal and paid almost $20 for it. No biggie. The fountain drink was out of coke so i asked for a refund on the cup. The clerk offered me a water bottle instead of the refund. I agreed to buy the water. But I still wanted my refill for the cup. The clerk told me I had to pay for the water before I can get a refund. I was going back and forth with her. So I thanked her and told her it was all okay, I didnt want my refund anymore. As I walked away. I hear the clerk talk about the conversation her and I had as if I couldn’t hear. I walked out of there feeling so confused and uncomfortable. After all I am a paying customer. The cashier and her coworker reflect respect.

    Place is nice but they put like a teaspoon of meat in my bowl and like barely any rice . The bowl was filled to 30% of its capacity. Which is crazy for the price. I’m very disappointed 😔

    I used to work for Chipotle many years ago as a store manager .Nothing is as it used to be ,always have my food looking fresh and if it wasn't I simple ask for a fresh bash of meat or beans ect. But it would always look clean . I been going to this Chipotle for a while but every time I go it makes me think that they don't put as much effort to have a better quality and friendly environment,costumer service is just bad. I went yesterday beans look so bad and dry not caring to put in in new container ,one of the employees had a fresh bash of beans and just pour it on top of the old beans that was a no no for me .is the other way around Follow FIF0 first in first out .(it was a must follow rule) I ask my husband is just not the same anymore ,one thing I notice I saw young people,it is because of that I really don't know but in my time when I was a manager my employees were outstanding great costumer serive very friendly and my restaurant was always spotless.

    Got delivery from here today there was barely any rice and chicken, and I ordered chips and guacamole on the side. The chips were so stale that it hurt to chew on them. Don’t know how often they change out the chips but clearly they were very old. More than half of the chips that I ordered had to be thrown away.

    My 1st Time ever ordering from here and of course they messed up my order I ordered a full size burrito and they gave me a bite-size one so when I went up to the counter the gentleman that was first helping me said no problem I will take care of it and redo it but then a so-called manager named Jason said no we cannot do that you have to call this number to get a full refund I said why I’m right here and I said this is not how you treat your customers this is not customer service he said wait let me tell you the full term and how we handle this I said what this is ridiculous it’s just a burrito please just either give me a new one or forget it just give me a refund he said here’s a number I was like wow I will never be coming here again 🤬😡😤

    This place sucks. About 10 people in line waiting and only one poor little girl taking orders, prepping the orders and ringing up the customers while other workers come from the kitchen, look, and turn around. Update: Matthew Hernandez is not doing his job as a manager and leaving people in charge that will do a good job. Rice had no cilantro and lime just plain white rice. No green salsa No guacamole No chips No extra limes No forks or spoons stocked The guy doing the sides looked like he didn't want to be there. I get it. It's a Friday night at 930pm but come on.

    Don’t come here when they open, nor near closing time if you are vegetarian. they are continuously out of fajitas and guacamole and they don’t offer any compensation for that and expect you to pay full price for your veggie bowl and burrito. And if you buy chips when they open, beware you may be getting stale chips from the day before…

    They don’t prepare in advance. You have to wait 1 hour to get al pastor chicken. So slow. They don’t care if customers are waiting or not. They don’t communicate each other.

    I drive from work going home & I'm glad it's right in my way I'm lazy , tired from work Friday evening me & the wife stop by and get our selfs a Bowl of chicken alpastor with just about everything but we changed it up to different meats . My mom is diabetic and this is what she should be eating with out to much tortilla . Black beans or pinto beans little brown rice grilled bell peppers with onions the meat's , sourcream Pico de Gallo , Guacamole , lettuce little cheese this is my favorite bowl 😋red salsa on the side it's really good but a little spicy test the waters you will like it.

    I ordered a chicken burrito with easy black beans and easy Brown rice. With veggies and other sides. This burrito was super salty. not sure which one of the items made it that way. Also the person that wraps the burritos did not know what they were doing. They rolled the burrito into a ball instead of into a burrito shape

    As soon as I got to the first employee she immediately mentions they are only accepting card payments and they don’t have lettuce and a few items of the menu not available I agreed to proceed with my order I ordered a kids meal and a bowl Once I got to expo Jesse the supervisor on duty mentioned they did not have kids fountains drink my son only likes the fountain drink. Jesse said I can get a large cup but that I would be up charged, I then asked him to honor the regular price since it’s not my fault their restaurant failed to do inventory correctly, he then said I did not need to get a drink if I did not wanted to pay extra . I repeated it was not fair for me to pay for the restaurants mistake he then gave me attitude and said the same thing I then very upset agreed to pay extra for a large cup as I did not want to hold up the line. Once I sat to eat I realize they made my sons order wrong 😡 it was a very unpleasant experience his customer service was horrible. When I looked at my receipt I realized he actually charged me full price for the large cup he did not even deduct the kids drink from the charge. I have eaten and chipotle for many years and i was very disappointed in Jesse’s customer service slash attitude he was so proud to give me his name and where I can’t speak to corporate as If chipotle agrees with this behavior

    Chose steak for the protein in my bowl. Didn’t look like there was any. Girl said there was. Preceded to put like 4 pieces of steak the next guy didn’t want to say anything and covered the whole thing in cheese. All of it was cold

    This is the only chipotle that is 9x out 10 always out of both steaks everytime i stopped by at 7x thinking they got new cooks or more fajitas & guacamole and chips anywhere from 4pm until they close & they never do .. the laziest team members and they never want to accommodate the customers like seriously they have hours before they close and don’t even offer to make a fresh batch of anything .. don’t come here if you plan on getting any of those items with your order those grills get cleaned early so that they don’t have to keep working

    So this chipotle is just like any other chipotle place it's good. The only thing i don't like about this location is that the food servings are really skimpy and the price does not compare to the serving they give compared to others places. Over all it's good.

    Horrible portions. Horrible quality. Nothing is fresh. They take forever. There's ALWAYS hidden pieces of meat in my VEGETARIAN meals.... they don't answer the phone ever.... if you placed an order you need to cancel and get a refund? Good luck
