Very clean place with lots of sitting space. Great customer service. Lots of parking around there due to being a large shopping center.

Well, I never get a truly good meal at this place because they never cook the food completely, String Beans in the string bean chicken were not cooked, raw beans is what we got.

We came in an hour after opening and it wasn’t very busy. Only one person ahead of us and they almost messed up his order too. I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. For our other plate, it had the broccoli beef so we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. I wish they let us know there was a wait for it before they rung us up. Eventually, they give us our plates and we go. Neither of our plates have the honey walnut shrimp, yet we got charged for the premium price

It's a fast food Chinese restaurant, so if one is seeking atmosphere you'll need to go to China Town. But it was comfortable and the food satisfying. They've dumped the high fructose corn surp which is a big plus.

They don't have any of the items ready. Wait time for items to be cooked are over 10 mins.

We got there before closing, therefore there wasn't the variety that they have at all times, but the food was great as always.

After leaving Panda Express in Downey, come to Panda Express in South Gate. No lines but the person in charge was very rude. I stated I was going to wait for fresh chow mein 3 times and he replied with an attitude.." I didn't hear you"..

I always ask for more beef than broccoli but the gentleman who made my children and my plate would not do it for my order. My 2 babies got what they wanted and I ordered a small broccoli beef and asked for more beef than broccoli and the employee would not do it. Never have I ever been told no. I would’ve even paid extra but to be told no is not acceptable. I hope this store does better in the future. And remember we all deserve to be treated fairly.

So extra fee for steak lol three pieces of bland a** meat over seasoned veggies and poorly cooked this panda Express is not good at all the rice lacked flavor and the shrimp where chewy for 15 bucks I expect a lot better if not I could have gone to the donut Chinese food place

What tiny scraps of food they did have was lukewarm . The orange chicken seemed like it had been out entirely too long . Save yourself some time . Bread some chicken breast chunks . Fry them . Pour sauce over them WALA it'll be better and likely cheaper

It's really good place to get something quick however the seating so weird but it's ok! Because good makes it worth it always best eaten after a movie

All they seemed to care about was hurrying and getting you out of there, serving whatever food was left in the container.

Coming for lunch and they have the doors locked. People are sitting inside eating so, it's obviously open. We knock for they can open the door and start laughing instead of opening the door. Worst location to come and eat.

I agree! this store needs a new manager. Harold (manager) is very rude he denies the validity of customers statements. He answers the phone very rudely and hangs up the phone on the customers. He truly doesn't care about the restaurant nor his customers. I hope he's not rude to the employees, as they are the ones working with him, I will definitely, will not be returning to this panda.

Kinda of hidden, good service and the food is good as well. I go here once in a while during mid day and it is somewhat empty but very clean. I recommend this panda express.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!! Skinny bone Jones serving our food gave us such misery portions of everything!! My kids did NOT get full, seemed like the food barely tickled their guts! Never going back, and definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know. He unacknowledged us, we asked if he could give us more veggies and shrimp, because he served only 4 !! Such stingy and shiesty place!!

I went today to this location and the food was very horrible. The food was burnt, there was no flavor. We called the manager but he was all rude. Very bad experience will not be going back.

A rated restaurant. Big parking lot but they're small business around there. Orange chicken ⭐⭐ ( just not enough flavor) Beef broccoli ⭐⭐⭐ ( some of the broccoli wasn't cook enough) Chow mein ⭐ it had that burn taste. Like when you burn it on a pan🍳🔥 but decided to keep using the same pan. You know you just wipe it off and putting new gradient. Can't eat the chow mein with a big disappointment. Free 🥠😁
