Went to this place for a suit for a wedding and got it tailored. The suit was gigantic on me after the tailoring and the people in the store said it looked good on me. When I got home everyone told me the pants were way too big and the suit was huge as well. I paid over 100 for the tailor work so it's insane that it came out so bad. On top of that I took the risk to wear the suit to the wedding because I had nothing else and the pants ripped😡 will definitely not be buying any more suits from here and If you are buying any I definitely would not recommend getting it tailored at this location.

I had a wonderful experience with exceptional service. I started a new job and required a suit last minute. Completely my fault I waited until the day before; late afternoon to make it better. Upon arrival I was greeted by Cheyenne. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. She assisted me in finding the right suit and sizes very quickly. Issue was, I required alteration. It was already late afternoon but they were kind enough to take care of it same day. I returned in the evening when the store was closed, and Christopher was awesome to grab my alteration and hand it to me at the door so I can make it to my new job perfect. Thanks to both Cheyenne and Christopher for the phenomenal experience. I am not going anywhere else in the future for suiting needs, I love a location that puts the client first!

I’ve been in 3 wedding so far this year, once as a groomsman, once as a best man, and once as the groom himself. Each time a big effort was made to make things right if needed which was the case for both my best man wedding and the one where I was the groom himself. The staff were understanding, helpful, and flexible, particularly the manager at the Forrest Hills location. Even if it’s not seamless or a mistake is made, they will make it right which makes all the difference. Customer service is not about being perfect, but about making it right which Mens Warehouse has done a great job with. There’s a reason they are the leader in wedding attire and it shows! Disgusting service. Sold me a bad tux and refused to return in 5 days later. Also they don’t provide solutions. If you don’t accept what they offer, they just leave you at the register to speak by yourself. Edit: emailed these people 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. Seems like they just respond to bad reviews just for the look of it

First time getting a suit for an occasion.. i walked into this location last friday not having a clue where to start.. i was greeted right away from all angles ..i ended up being fitted by a woman ( forgot name but she was a college student) who was beyond patient and helpful!!!! Long story short it had to b tailored and picked up today.. my experience today was even better . Went to pick up and try on in store .. very happy how it came out . But here is the best part to because im big on customer service, the man who took suit from me to put in bag took his time to show me piece by piece the best way to hang suit on hanger and the service that comes with purchasing a suit from them …. I walked out wanting to come back AND I WILL

Just went for a second tuxedo rental fitting after having had a bad experience at a different store. I have to say, Daniel was spectacular! My tux fits much better than the previous fitting. I highly recommend the place, especially if you do business with Daniel.
