Absolutely horrible drive through experience. I burned a quarter tank of gas waiting in line for my food. Slowest service I’ve ever received. Never coming here again.

I have now ordered toasted items at this Wawa 10 times and they toasted it once. Is it that hard to use a toaster oven? Wawa is great. This is the worst one I have been to

I ordered online, no problem. I get to Wawa to pay and pick up my order. The first cashier, young black girl with the longest fake lashes rings me up, I swipe my card, pay and go to pick up my items. Well the man says, it's not paid for. I go back to the counter where the manager says "the system crashed in the middle of my transaction". She claims she voided my payment and I need to pay again. No problem, I'm still pleasant, but now I see both transactions processing in my account. I show the cashier and the manager. Once again, the manager claims she voided the transaction. Well now I'm upset and say, please just cancel my order. The black girl snatched the bag from me with an attitude. The transaction was never voided, so they stole my money and kept my order. HORRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered a caramel cold foam and it is literally the nastiest tasting coffee I've ever had whoever is working behind the counter today nov 26th 2023 needs to get out from behind the counter he has one job I'm not a happy camper

This is the most outrageous ghetto wawa I have ever been to. My entire family got accused of stealing after we paid? and the workers had HORRIBLE attitudes towards us. I will never come here again.

This is a great and friendly place, happy customers and happy employees, Nice people and nice atmosphere all around. Food is great and bathrooms are clean!

I have had a few bad experiences with employees here at the register but most of the employees are very friendly and make up for the bad experiences I have had. The food is consistently good 👍

Wawa has good coffee, decent breakfast sandwiches, loads of cold drinks and snacks relatively clean bathrooms and the employees are generally very friendly.
