This place was a few nice find. As a truck driver stuck in a motel by the interstate, my options were limited. I was a bit apprehensive walking a mile to this place in 80 degree temps with air quality alerts in effect. I was not disappointed in the least. The pizza was quite good. Way more than I could eat for lunch, but Ill handle the rest for dinner tonight. :) The price was a good value for the quality of the pizza. This was my first wood fired pizza in quite a while and I definitely can't recommend them enough.

We're always on the hunt for a good pizza, and this place is legit good. The pizza are 10 inches in size, perfect for one person or to share. Their ingredients are fresh, and delicious. We ordered pepperoni and jalapenós along with a ceasar salad - both fantastic. Give this place a try -the staff was super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

I’ve been meaning to do this review for ages! This is the BEST place to get wood fire pizza. I recommend El Hornito to anyone who is looking for some delicious pizza. We loved them when they were a food truck and it’s so great to see them carrying it over to a restaurant. You will love the pizza and should definitely give it a try. Their salads are also fabulous, and if you enjoy beets, I highly recommend their beet salad. You can tell they really care about what they are serving.The customer service is top notch as well, wonderful people!

Probably some of the best pizza I've had in MN. I love the flavors and the ingredients taste fresh. The crust is a good combination of crisp and had a little bit of a nice chew to it as well. The cheese bread is pretty dang good too. I love the thinly sliced garlic pieces in there and the dipping sauce was solid as well. Don't sleep on this place. Sleep in it and eat their pizza forever lol.

This is a MUST TRY! MY First visit for a pickup order. I was not disappointed. This maybe the highest quality wood fired pizza I've had yet! Everything is as fresh as you could desire. It was piping hot and ready to go when I walked in. The margarita pizza was over the top! They took the simple ingredients and created a masterpiece! Pepperoni was delicious! Pizza size is standard 10" size for wood fired, and quality is superb. Pricing is very reasonable. The restaurant interior was beautiful, very clean and had a great view of the oven and kitchen. Seating size is modest if it gets busy, for groups over 6 you might want to call ahead. Find them on the corner of upper 55th and 5th Ave S, not very far off the 494-expressway. Easy to find. Low entry threshold for wheelchairs. Parking is decent.

Heard about it many times, tossed a round at north valley and it was nearby, so I said hell yeah. Man, am I glad i did! Toppings were amazing on my Margherita, and my buddy got a sausage/pep with red bell peppers. Both were absolutely astounding! Crust was light and nicely charred, sauce wasn't too hearty and had a slight sweetness, which was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough!! Service was amazing, and they looked like they were having a good time while working, which I love to see!

Delicious! 😍 My go-to pizza place now. I advise you to try this amazing wood-fired pizza yourself! Staff are kind and friendly. Pizzas are about personal size, and make good leftovers if you're like me and can eat about half in one sitting.

I ordered and paid for jalapenos added to my Hawaiian and they forgot the jalapeños. So sad! Other than that it's good pizza.

Solid. First time here got the Hawaiian and oh yeah baby, all around great flavor. Excited to try every dang pizza they got. And plz, plz plz don’t forget the try the spicy ranch!!! Best pizza in town!!
